A new approach for flexoelectricmaterial shape optimization is proposed in this *** this work,a proxymodel based on artificial neural network(ANN)is used to solve the parameter optimization and shape optimization *** improve the fitting ability of the neural network,we use the idea of pre-training to determine the structure of the neural network and combine different optimizers for *** isogeometric analysis-finite element method(IGA-FEM)is used to discretize the flexural theoretical formulas and obtain samples,which helps ANN to build a proxy model from the model shape to the target *** effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through two numerical examples of parameter optimization and one numerical example of shape optimization.

The dielectric confinement effect plays an essential role in optoelectronic *** studies on the relationship between the dielectric confinement and the photoelectric properties are ***,three organic spacers with different dielectric constants are employed to tune the exciton dynamics of quasi-two-dimensional(quasi-2D)ruddlesden–popper perovskite *** transient absorption spectroscopy reveals that the small dielectric constant ligand enables a weak dynamic disorder and a large modulation depth of the coherent phonons,resulting in a more complete energy transfer and the inhibition of a trap-mediated nonradiative ***,the increase in the bulk-ligand dielectric constant reduces the corresponding exciton binding energy and then suppresses the Auger recombination,which is beneficial for high-luminance lightemitting *** work emphasizes the importance of dielectric confinement for regulating the exciton dynamics of layered perovskites.

Intestinal flora affects the maturation of the host immune system,serves as a biomarker and efficacy predictor in the immunotherapy of several cancers,and has an important role in the development of colorectal cancer(CrC).Anti-pD-1/pD-L1 antibodies have shown satisfactory results in MSI-H/d MMr CrC but performed poorly in patients with MSS/p MMr *** recent years an increasing number of studies have shown that intestinal flora has an important impact on anti-pD-1/pD-L1 antibody efficacy in CrC *** and clinical evidence have suggested that anti-pD-1/pD-L1 antibody efficacy can be improved by altering the composition of the intestinal flora in ***,we summarize the studies related to the influence of intestinal flora on anti-pD-1/pD-L1 antibody efficacy in CrC and discuss the potential underlying mechanism(s).We have focused on the impact of the intestinal flora on the efficacy and safety of anti-pD-1/pD-L1 antibodies in CrC and how to better utilize the intestinal flora as an adjuvant to improve the efficacy of anti-pD-1/pD-L1 *** addition,we have provided a basis for the potential of the intestinal flora as a new treatment modality and indicator for determining patient prognosis.

Fusarium pseudograminearum is a devastating pathogen that causes Fusarium crown rot(FCr)in wheat and poses a significant threat to wheat production in terms of grain yield and ***,the mechanism by which *** infects wheat remains *** this study,we aimed to elucidate these mechanisms by constructing a T-DNA insertion mutant library for the highly virulent strain WZ-8A of *** screening this mutant library,we identified nine independent mutants that displayed impaired pathogenesis in barley *** these mutants,one possessed a disruption in the gene FprCO1 that is an ortholog of Saccharomyces cerevisiae rCO1,encoding essential component of the rpd3S histone deacetylase complex in *** further investigate the role of FprCO1 in ***,we employed a split-marker approach to knock out FprCO1 in *** ***1 deletion mutants exhibit reduced vegetative growth,conidium production,and virulence in wheat coleoptiles and barley leaves,whereas the complementary strain restores these ***,under stress conditions,the FprCO1 deletion mutants exhibited increased sensitivity to NaCl,sorbitol,and SDS,but possessed reduced sensitivity to H_(2)O_(2)compared to these characteristics in the wild-type ***-seq analysis revealed that deletion of FprCO1 affected gene expression(particularly the downregulation of TrI gene expression),thus resulting in significantly reduced deoxynivalenol(DON)*** summary,our findings highlight the pivotal role of FprCO1 in regulating vegetative growth and development,asexual reproduction,DON production,and pathogenicity of *** study provides valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying *** infection in wheat and may pave the way for the development of novel strategies to combat this devastating disease.

Increasing the recrystallization temperature to achieve better high-temperature performance is critical in the development of molybdenum alloys for ultrahightemperature applications,such as the newest generation of multitype high-temperature nuclear *** this study,an innovative strategy was proposed to improve the performance of molybdenum alloys at high temperature by using the two-dimensional MAX(where M is an early transition metal,A is an A-group element and X is C or N)ceramic material Ti_(3)AlC_(2).The relationships between flow stress,strain rate and temperature were *** microstructure,distribution of misorientation and evolution of dislocations in the Mo-Ti_(3)AlC_(2) alloy were *** microscopic mechanism of the Ti_(3)AlC_(2) phase in the molybdenum alloy at high temperatures was *** experimental results showed that the peak flow stress of Mo-Ti_(3)AlC_(2) at 1600℃ reached 155 Mpa,which was161.8% greater than that of pure *** activation energy of thermal deformation of Mo-Ti_(3)AlC_(2) was as large as537 kJ·mol~(-1),which was 17.6% more than that of pure *** recrystallization temperature reached 1600℃ or even *** topological reaction of the Ti_(3)AlC_(2) phase consumed a large amount of energy at high temperatures,resulting in increases in the deformation activation *** structures of AlTi_3 and Ti-O Magneli-phase oxides(Ti_nO_(2n-1)) were formed in-situ,which relied on kink bands and interlayer slip,resulting in many dislocations during ***,the special two-dimensional of the structure Ti_(3)AlC_(2) ceramic inhibited the recrystallization behavior of the Mo *** results of this study can provide theoretical guidance for the development of a new generation of molybdenum alloys for use in ultrahigh-temperature environments.

Land use structural optimization is an effective approach to realize land sustainable utilization and allocate limited land resource rationally. Grey multiple objectives programming (GMOp) model based on china terrestrial ecosystem service value was constructed and applied to Lilin town. The result shows that GMOp model has more practical applicability and takes ecologic, social and comprehensive benefit into consideration. There are three programs after optimization. program Ⅰ is comprehensive improvement and constructing ecological economy type, program Ⅱ is gross cultivated land dynamic balance type and program Ⅲ is compromise type. There are still problems in programs Ⅱ and Ⅲ, such as distribution in disorder, land left unused or abandoned. Based on the benefits above, program Ⅰ>program Ⅲ> program Ⅱ. program Ⅰ is the optimal case. Its comprehensive benefit is 8.43208×107 rMB yuan/a.

In this study,the hydrogel network was reinforced by covalent-like hydrogen bonding,and the strong binding ability of boron-nitrogen coordination served as the main driving *** them,acrylamide(AM)and 3-acrylamidophenylboronic acid(AApBA)were the main body,and the numerous hydroxyl groups in the trehalose(Treh)molecule and other polymer groups formed strong hydrogen bonding interactions to improve the mechanical properties of the pAM/pAApBA/Treh(pAAT)hydrogel and ensured the simplicity of the synthesis *** hydrogel possessed high strain at break(1239%),stress(64.7 kpa),low hysteresis(100%to 500%strain,corresponding to dissipation energy from 1.37 to 7.80 kJ/m^(3)),and outstanding cycling stability(retained more than 90%of maximum stress after 200 ten-sile cycles).By integrating carbon nanotubes(CNTs)into pAAT hydrogel(pAATC),the pAATC hydrogel with excellent strain response performance was successfully *** pAATC conductive hydro-gel exhibited high sensitivity(gauge factor(GF)=10.58 and sensitivity(S)=0.304 kpa^(-1)),wide strain response range(0.5%-1000%),fast response time(450 ms),and short recovery time(350 ms),excellent fatigue resistance,and strain response ***,the pAATC-based triboelectric nanogener-ator(TENG)displayed outstanding energy harvesting performance,which shows its potential for appli-cation in self-powered electronic devices.

We study the problem of L2-L1 control for a class of uncertain singular systems with time-delay and norm-bounded parameter uncertainties in this paper. A new delay-dependent robust stability criterion is obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Based on this criterion, a state feedback controller is designed to guarantee that the closed-loop system is regular, impulse free and stable with a prescribed L2-L1 performance satisfied for all admissible parameter uncertainties. A simulation example is included to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
