Aim:To elucidate the mechanism responsible for the antiproliferative effects of anovel homospermidine conjugate,anthracenylmethyl homospermidine(ANTMHspd),in the human hepatoma BEL-7402 cell ***:The viabilityof the cells was assessed by MTT assay and the trypan blue dye exclusion *** changes were observed by fluorescence microscopy with Hoechst33258 *** cycle distribution,apoptosis,and mitochondrial membranepotential were measured by flow *** expression was detected byWestern blot ***:ANTMHspd strongly decreased BEL-7402 cellproliferation in a dose-and time-dependent *** 33258 staining andthe flow cytometry assay showed that ANTMHspd induced cell apoptosis andcell cycle ***,ANTMHspd could induce mitochondrialmembrane potential loss and cytochrome c release and enhance cleaved caspase-3,cleaved caspase-9,and Bax protein expression without caspase-8 *** could also decrease the expression of Bcl-2 and cytochrome c *** addition,the specific inhibitors of caspase-9 and caspase-3almost abolished the ANTMHspd-induced caspase-9 and caspase-3 activation,***:ANTMHspd could induce BEL-7402 cell apoptosis viathe mitochondrial/caspase-dependent pathway and the Bcl-2 family was involvedin the control of apoptosis.

The phylogenetic relationships of Osmanthus *** investigated using the nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer(ITS) regions and non-coding chloroplast regions(psbA-trnH,trnL-F).The two datasets support the conclusion that Osmanthus is polyphyletic,with some species of the subtribe Oleinae nested within *** didymopetalus *** is nested within the clade formed by species of section Osmanthus in two *** attenuatus ***,*** ***,and *** *** of traditional section Osmanthus are clearly divergent from other accessions,and do not form a monophyletic group with other Osmanthus *** marginatus *** embedded in the clade formed by species of section Osmanthus in the ITS *** cpDNA trees all species of section Osmanthus are placed in the large clade and all species of section Leiolea formed a *** taxonomic incongruence among trees for ITS and cpDNA indicate hybridization,as introgression may have occurred among some species of sections Osmanthus and *** of Osmanthus is discussed in light of molecular and morphological data,and a revised infrageneric classification with three sections(Leiolea,Siphosmanthu,and Osmanthus) is *** section Linocieroides is abandoned and united with section Osmanthus.

The energy relaxation and kinetic evolution of transient spectra of bacteriochloro- phylls (BChls) in light-harvesting complex LH2 from rb. sphaeroides 601 were investigated using femtosecond pump-probe technique. Upon 783 nm excitation, the energy at B800 BChls ex-periences an intramolecular redistribution with 0.35 ps time constant before transferring to B850 BChls. With tuning the excitation wavelength, the dynamical evolution of excited BChls was clearly observed, which indicates an obvious competition between the ground state bleaching and excited state absorption (ESA) of BChls involved and an isosbestic point near 818 nm, and also demonstrates that from the lower electronic excited state of B800 BChls to the higher exci-tonic state of B850 BChls is an efficient routine for energy transfer. The excitation energy in higher excitonic states of B850 BChls relaxes rapidly to the next lowest excitonic state by inter-conversion, delocalization to adjacent molecular, populating the lowest excitonic state and the change of molecular conformation.

Hypertension significantly increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases and seriously affects people’s *** incidence of hypertension is rising rapidly in the world and hypertension has become a significant factor influencing the global average life *** diagnosis of hypertension is generally fulfilled by measuring diastolic and systolic blood pressure,but it is insufficient to differentiate essential hypertension from secondary hypertension,so it is crucial to identifying the cause of hypertension by detecting biomarkers in *** clinical practice,five plasma biomarkers are utilized for diagnosing hypertension,and the detection tasks of a large number of cases have raised increasing demands for cost-effective,efficient,speedy,and diverse methods,which makes many traditional diagnostic technologies inadequate for meeting the needs of clinical *** nanomaterial-based detection techniques have frequently attained the qualities of quick reaction,low cost,straightforward operation,high sensitivity,and strong specificity in recent years with the advancement of nanotechnology,so they have great potential for early and rapid *** this review,we will introduce the characteristics and drawbacks of current clinical detection methods for hypertension screening,the principles and advancements of nanotechnology-based detection methods,as well as their potentials for clinical application.

In this paper,a generalized nth-order perturbation method based on the isogeometric boundary element method is proposed for the uncertainty analysis of broadband structural acoustic scattering *** Burton-Miller method is employed to solve the problem of non-unique solutions that may be encountered in the external acoustic field,and the nth-order discretization formulation of the boundary integral equation is *** addition,the computation of loop subdivision surfaces and the subdivision rules are *** order to confirm the effectiveness of the algorithm,the computed results are contrasted and analyzed with the results under Monte Carlo simulations(MCs)through several numerical examples.

Let K be an algebraic number field and OK its ring of *** any prime ideal p,the group(OK/p) of the reduced residue classes of integers is *** call any element of a generator of the group(OK/p) a primitive root modulo *** both by Shoup's bound for the rational improvement and Wang and Bauer's generalization of the conditional result of Wang yuan in 1959,we give in this paper a new bound for the least primitive root modulo a prime ideal p under the Grand riemann Hypothesis for algebraic number *** results can be viewed as either the improvement of the result of Wang and Bauer or the generalization of the result of Shoup.
