脱落酸(ABA)和赤霉素(GA)是影响作物后熟作用和休眠的两大主要植物激素。以吉花25为试验材料,采用随机区组试验,以空白处理为对照(CK),分别设置ABA、GA以及两者不同浓度比的混合溶液共5个处理:A(0.1.mmol/L ABA)、G(0.2 mmol/L GA)、AGⅠ(ABA:GA=1.1.、AGⅡ(ABA:GA=2:1.、AGⅢ(ABA:GA=1.2),研究不同处理对植株性状、干物质积累、光合作用、生理生化指标、不同收获时期产量和品质的影响,同时比较不同收获时间花生种子的萌发特性,筛选促进花生生长及花生种子后熟的最适方案。结果表明,与CK相比,GA单施处理均能增加花生结荚期前的主茎高、侧枝长、叶面积、干物质积累量及光合速率,除ABA单施处理对叶面积具有增加作用外,ABA单施及二者不同比例混施处理均对其他农艺性状及光合速率无显著影响。各处理下花生叶片抗氧化酶活性表现趋势不同,但GA单施处理能够增加叶片抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA含量。与CK相比,无论是否提前收获,GA单施处理均能增加三个不同收获时间的花生产量,提高籽仁品质,产量增加幅度分别为9.20%、5.1.%和1..83%。GA单施处理下三个不同收获时间的种子发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均高于对照。由此表明,0.2 mmol/L GA单施处理是最佳激素施用方案,能促进花生前期生长发育,影响花生体内各时期抗氧化酶活性,促使其成熟,提高花生产量及品质。单施GA能在早收的情况下保证种子发芽率和活力,加快花生种子的后熟进程。

Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1. 1.71.to July 31. 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 1. countries or regions were invited to review the *** of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and *** approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. This evidencebased consensus would be valuable to assist front-line surgeons and medical specialists in the optimal management of GLM.

近20年中国近海和海岸带大气黑碳干湿沉降及源解析

作为一种在大气中普遍存在的碳质气溶胶成分,黑碳因可对生态环境产生深远影响而备受关注。对海洋大气黑碳沉降的深入认识有助于进一步明确海洋碳循环过程。目前对中国近海和海岸带大气黑碳沉降的研究工作少且零散,相关研究数据不足以探求其规律。对该区域近20年来已报道的大气黑碳数据进行系统梳理和再分析,利用整合的数据集成估算沉降通量并分析其空间分布特征,最后评述了目前黑碳的源解析方法并评估了该区域大气黑碳的来源,对未来近海大气黑碳研究作了展望。结果表明:①中国近海和海岸带陆域大气黑碳浓度平均值分别约为1.95±1.28和5.05±2.62μg·m^(-3),具有显著的人为污染特征,由北向南,海岸带陆域黑碳浓度近似呈“V”形分布,最低值位于南黄海沿岸,而近海区则大致呈递减趋势;②中国近海和沿海陆域大气黑碳的总沉降通量分别为41..2±1.7.1.1.22.7±721.1.mg·m^(-2)·a^(-1.,以湿沉降为主,南北差异明显,主要受控于降水过程和陆源排放强度;我国近海黑碳大气沉降量可占全球海洋黑碳总沉降量的1.%;③化石燃料源贡献了中国海岸带大气黑碳总排放量的62%~84%,因此,应注重从减少化石燃料源使用的角度控制大气黑碳污染。今后,应注重不同源解析方法间的集成和互校,并加强黑碳在地球不同储库间的迁移、转化和埋藏机制研究。近海和海岸带大气环境中的黑碳有着多方面的影响,其沉降入海并以惰性形式埋藏对增强海洋碳汇有着重大意义。

一级A污水处理厂提标改造可行性分析:以青岛市某污水处理厂为例

采用达标保证率法评价了青岛市某市政污水处理厂出水的GB 1.91.-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准达标情况,研究水质提升至GB 3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅳ类、GB 3097-1.97《海水水质标准》Ⅱ类的可行性。结果表明:该厂全年进、出水各指标稳定,处理工艺可达到GB 1.91.-2002一级A设计标准。但经处理后的出水每年仍向接纳海域排放COD 770 t,BOD576 t,SS 209 t,NH3-N 41.t,TN 255 t,TP 54 t,给环境带来较大负担。为了保护环境并考虑出水再生回用,分别以GB 3838-2002Ⅳ类、GB 3097-1.97Ⅱ类作为提标改造目标,对6种污染物进行等标污染负荷计算及排序。结果表明:以GB 3838-2002Ⅳ类水质标准评价,TN、SS和NH3-N三者为主要污染物,总污染负荷比为80. 64%。以GB 3097-1.97Ⅱ类水质标准评价,则TN、COD和TP为主要污染物,三者总污染负荷比为87. 39%。不论执行何种标准都应重点加强TN的去除。成本分析表明,提标改造成本增加主要为碳源。ρ(TN)从目前出水的9. 37 mg/L,分别下降到1. 5,0. 3 mg/L,单位运行成本提高分别为0. 1.,0. 1.元/m3。

目的：针对目前检测领域缺乏诺如病毒（Norovirus,No V）核酸标准样品这一瓶颈,基于Qbeta噬菌体装甲RNA技术构建内含GII型No V检测靶标RNA的病毒样颗粒（virus like particles,VLPs）标准参考样品。方法：人工合成包含Qbeta噬菌体成熟酶编码基因、衣壳蛋白编码基因、包装位点、ISO/T1.21.-2 201.中规定的GII型No V检测靶标对应的c DNA序列及辅助多克隆位点的DNA片段QINVGII,将其克隆到p ET-28a（＋）载体中,构建重组质粒p ET-QINVGII。将p ET-QINVGII转化大肠杆菌BL21.DE3）感受态细胞并诱导表达。表达产物经SDS-PAGE和透射电镜分析后,利用氯化铯密度梯度离心,制备纯化VLPs,并对纯化后的VLPs开展均匀性、稳定性及定值研究。结果：SDS-PAGE结果证实重组大肠杆菌在1..1. Da左右有目的条带表达;透射电镜下可观察到大量结构完整、直径约为25nm的VLPs。定值结果显示,制备的VLPs样品中GII型No V检测靶标RNA的含量为（1.06±0.06）×1.7copies/μl;均匀性分析结果表明样品均匀性良好,即F=2.2420 ) ；稳定性结果表明，制备的 VLPs 在 37 ℃ 可保存 1. 天、室温（ 20 ~25 ℃ ）可保存 24 天、 4 ℃ 至少可保存 90 天、-20 ℃ 至少可保存 200 天、-80 ℃ 至少可保存 300 天。结论：基于 Qbeta 噬菌体制备的 NoV 装甲 RNA 均匀性和稳定性良好，拷贝数高，为 NOV 分子检测提供了良好的标准参考样品。

【目的】探讨不同pH和镉(Cd)浓度对雪茄烟种子萌发和幼苗生长生理的影响,以期为优质、安全的雪茄烟原料生产提供参考。【方法】采用水培试验,设不同pH(3、5、7、9和1.)和不同Cd浓度(0、1.、50和250µmol/L)处理;测定不同处理的种子萌发指标(发芽率和发芽势)、幼苗生长生理指标[胚根长、胚芽长、干物质重、叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、根系活力]和幼苗各部位Cd含量。【结果】Cd浓度相同时,随着pH增加,雪茄烟种子的发芽率呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;相同pH条件下,添加Cd处理的雪茄烟种子发芽率随着Cd浓度的增加呈降低趋势;pH为7、Cd浓度为1.µmol/L时,种子发芽势和发芽率最高。在相同pH条件下,雪茄烟幼苗胚根长随着Cd浓度的升高呈先增加后减小的变化趋势;pH为3和7时,幼苗胚芽长随着Cd浓度的升高逐渐减小,其他pH条件下幼苗胚芽长随着Cd浓度的升高先增加后减小;pH为9、Cd浓度为1.µmol/L时,胚根长和胚芽长达最大值。除0µmol/L Cd处理外,雪茄烟幼苗的干物质重随着Cd浓度的升高而降低,随着pH的升高而先升高后降低。1.~250µmol/L Cd处理下,雪茄烟幼苗根部、茎秆和叶片的Cd含量大多随着pH的升高逐渐降低,随着Cd浓度的增加而增加。烟草幼苗的叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活力、根系活力随着pH的升高呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,但随着添加Cd浓度的升高而降低。pH在5~1.时,雪茄烟幼苗中MDA含量随着Cd浓度的增加而增加,1.~250µmol/L Cd处理下,MDA含量随着pH升高呈升高—降低—升高的变化趋势,均在pH为7时达最小值。【结论】低浓度的Cd对雪茄烟种子萌发有促进作用,随着Cd浓度升高,雪茄烟幼苗生长生理受到抑制。pH变化会影响雪茄烟幼苗对重金属Cd的吸收积累,进而影响雪茄烟幼苗的正常生长和干物质积累,当pH为7时,1.µmol/L Cd处理提高了雪茄烟幼苗的叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活力和根系活力,有利于幼苗生长。

JUNO is a multi-purpose neutrino observatory under construction in the south of *** publication presents new sensitivity estimates for the measurement of the △m_(31.^(2),△m_(21.^(2),sin^(2)θ_(1.),and sin^(2)θ_(1.) oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos,which is one of the primary physics goals of the *** sensitivities are obtained using the best knowledge available to date on the location and overburden of the experimental site,the nuclear reactors in the surrounding area and beyond,the detector response uncertainties,and the reactor antineutrino spectral shape constraints expected from the TAO satellite *** is found that the △m_(21.^(2) and sin^(2)θ_(1.) oscillation parameters will be determined to 0.5%precision or better in six years of data *** the same period,the △m_(31.^(2) parameter will be determined to about 0.2%precision for each mass ordering *** new precision represents approximately an order of magnitude improvement over existing constraints for these three parameters.
