Sectional velocity distribution of the East china Sea Kuroshio is one of the basic points in the study of the Kuroshio. Hydrographic temperature and salinity data at G-PN section in the East china Sea from June 1.55 to November 2001.are collected and properly processed to calculate the geostrophic cur-rent using dynamic height method at the transect of the Kuroshio. After analysis of calculation results, the basic current structure of the Kuroshio in its main part is examined together with scalar estimate and char-acters of multi- core structure, and spacial-temporal variations of current cores’ position. Main result shows that (1. single-core structure, double-core structure and multi-core structure are basic forms in axial part of the Kuroshio; (2) abvious temporal varia-tions exist in current structure of the Kuroshio; (3) the current of structure of the Kuroshio has distinctly seasonal association. The number of current cores is on the high side of core numbers in average and multi-core stucture appears in fall mostly.

BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the Department of Hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the chinese Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1.79(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(1..1.)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/1.0)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/21.)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(1.1.1.79)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and {1.%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

Despite an increase in the understanding of the soybean isoflavones involved in root-colonizing symbioses,relatively little is known about their levels in the rhizosphere and their interactions with the soil microbial *** on a 1.-year experiment of continuous soybean monocultures,in the present study we quantified isoflavones in the soybean rhizosphere and analyzed the soil microbial community structure by examining its phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) *** isoflavones,daidzein (7,4′-dihydroxyisoflavone) and genistein (5,7,4′trihydroxyisoflavone),were detected in the rhizosphere soil of soybean plants,with the concentrations in the field varying with duration of *** concentrations ranged from 0.4 to 1.2 μg g-1.dry soil over different years,while daidzein concentrations rarely exceeded 0.6 μg g-1.dry *** profiling showed that the signature lipid biomarkers of bacteria and fungi varied throughout the years of the study,particularly in mono-cropping year 2,and mono-cropping years *** component analysis clearly identified differences in the composition of PLFA during different years under *** was a positive correlation between the daidzein concentrations and soil fungi,whereas the genistein concentration showed a correlation with the total PLFA,fungi,bacteria,Gram (+) bacteria and aerobic bacteria in the soil microbial *** isoflavones were easily degraded in soil,resulting in short *** as small as 1.μg g-1.dry soil were sufficient to elicit changes in microbial community structure.A discriminant analysis of PLFA patterns showed that changes in microbial community structures were induced by both the addition of daidzein or genistein and incubation *** conclude that daidzein and genistein released into the soybean rhizosphere may act as allelochemicals in the interactions between root and soil microbial community in a long-term mono-cropped soybean field.

【目的】明晰山东烤烟上、中2个部位B2F、C3F烟叶中水溶性糖和Amadori化合物组分构成及含量分布特征,分析化合物对烤烟感官质量的影响,为改进和精准调控山东烤烟感官品质提供数据支持。【方法】选取山东主产区生产的烤烟B2F和C3F叶片为试验材料,利用气相色谱—质谱联用技术(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱—三重四极杆串联质谱技术(HPLC-MS/MS)对烤烟中水溶性糖和Amadori化合物进行分析,通过正交偏最小二乘判别分析(OPLS-DA)方法对B2F和C3F烟叶样品进行判别分析,并对卷烟样品进行评吸,通过相关分析揭示与山东烤烟各感官质量指标呈正/负相关的关键化学成分。【结果】定性定量分析山东烤烟中1.种水溶性糖和8种Amadori化合物,其中葡萄糖和果糖含量较高,蔗糖次之,其余水溶性糖含量较低;B2F和C3F烟叶间阿拉伯糖醇、阿洛酮糖和甘露醇含量差异显著(P1.50倍,B2F烟叶的阿洛酮糖和甘露醇含量分别是C3F烟叶的1.26和48.85倍;B2F和C3F烟叶中主要Amadori化合物均为1.脱氧-1.L-脯氨酸-D-果糖(Fru-Pro)(1.~45 mg/g),其次为1.脱氧-1.L-丙氨酸-D-果糖(Fru-Ala)、1.脱氧-1.L-谷氨酸-D-果糖(Fru-Glu)、1.脱氧-1.L-苯丙氨酸-D-果糖(Fru-Phe)、葡糖胺(GLU)和1.脱氧-1.L-色氨酸-D-果糖(Fru-Trp)(1.20 mg/g)。挖掘出对B2F和C3F烟叶区分贡献较大的化合物,按贡献大小排序为甘露醇>阿洛酮糖>核糖醇>来苏糖>核糖>1.脱氧-1.L-缬氨酸-D-果糖(Fru-Val)>GLU>果糖>Fru-Ala。C3F烟叶各感官质量指标得分均明显高于B2F烟叶。在B2F烟叶中,阿拉伯糖醇、Fru-Pro、阿拉伯糖、木糖醇、阿洛酮糖和Fru-Ala与部分感官评吸指标呈显著或极显著(P1.下同)正相关,Fru-Glu和GLU与部分感官评吸指标呈显著或极显著负相关。在C3F烟叶中,核糖、阿洛酮糖、果糖、葡萄糖和麦芽糖与部分感官评吸指标呈显著或极显著正相关,来苏糖、核糖醇、Fru-Glu和Fru-Phe与部分感官评吸指标呈显著或极显著负相关。【结论】山东烤烟水溶性糖和Amadori化合物的含量在部位间差异明显,进而对烟叶感官质量产生不同的影响。

赤霉素和脱落酸对花生生长与后熟进程的影响

脱落酸(ABA)和赤霉素(GA)是影响作物后熟作用和休眠的两大主要植物激素。以吉花25为试验材料,采用随机区组试验,以空白处理为对照(CK),分别设置ABA、GA以及两者不同浓度比的混合溶液共5个处理:A(0.1.mmol/L ABA)、G(0.2 mmol/L GA)、AGⅠ(ABA:GA=1.1.、AGⅡ(ABA:GA=2:1.、AGⅢ(ABA:GA=1.2),研究不同处理对植株性状、干物质积累、光合作用、生理生化指标、不同收获时期产量和品质的影响,同时比较不同收获时间花生种子的萌发特性,筛选促进花生生长及花生种子后熟的最适方案。结果表明,与CK相比,GA单施处理均能增加花生结荚期前的主茎高、侧枝长、叶面积、干物质积累量及光合速率,除ABA单施处理对叶面积具有增加作用外,ABA单施及二者不同比例混施处理均对其他农艺性状及光合速率无显著影响。各处理下花生叶片抗氧化酶活性表现趋势不同,但GA单施处理能够增加叶片抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA含量。与CK相比,无论是否提前收获,GA单施处理均能增加三个不同收获时间的花生产量,提高籽仁品质,产量增加幅度分别为9.20%、5.1.%和1..83%。GA单施处理下三个不同收获时间的种子发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均高于对照。由此表明,0.2 mmol/L GA单施处理是最佳激素施用方案,能促进花生前期生长发育,影响花生体内各时期抗氧化酶活性,促使其成熟,提高花生产量及品质。单施GA能在早收的情况下保证种子发芽率和活力,加快花生种子的后熟进程。

Petrogenesis of Middle Triassic andesite in Sayaburi area, Laos: Constraints from whole-rock geochemistry, zircon U-Pb geochronology, and Sr-Nd isotopes

Despite the presence of a large area of andesite in the Sayaburi Province of Laos, it has received very little attention. Based on a combination of detailed field investigations, geochronology and geochemical analysis, this study aims to explore the geochemical, Sr-Nd isotopic, and source rock characteristics, as well as the genesis and tectonic setting of the andesite in this region. In the Sayaburi Province, the andesite zircon U-Pb age is(241.2±1.2) Ma. The andesite rock is classified in the metaluminous-weak peraluminous calc-alkaline series. The light rare-earth elements(LREEs) are enriched and characterized by clear fractionation, whereas heavy rare-earth elements(HREEs) are relatively depleted and have no signs of fractionation. The average δEu is 0.96 with weak-or-no Eu anomalies. It is enriched in large ion lithophile elements such as Rb and K, while depleted in high field-strength elements such as Nb, Ta, P and Ti. For andesites in the Sayaburi Province, the(87Rb/86Sr)t value ranges in 0.702849-0.704687, the εNd(t) value is between 3.53 and 4.77, the tDM(t) value ranges in 633-835 Ma, and the tDM2(t) ranges in 625–724 Ma. The results based on the synthesis of petrology, geochemistry, and regional tectonic background studies show that 1. the andesitic magma source in the study area is an enriched mantle, which is modified by subduction zone fluids;2) the geotectonic background environment of the andesite in Sayaburi area is the continental island arc environment and related to the tectonic evolution of Jinghong–Nan–Uttaradit back-arc basin, which reflects that the magmatic source is enriched with a mantle wedge component modified by a subduction zone fluid(or melt).

Background: Reaching optimal vaccination rates is an essential public health strategy to control the coronavirus disease 201. (COVID-1.) pandemic. This study aimed to simulate the optimal vaccination strategy to control the disease by developing an age-specific model based on the current transmission patterns of COVID-1. in Wuhan City, ***: We collected two indicators of COVID-1., including illness onset data and age of confirmed case in Wuhan City, from December 2, 201., to March 1., 2020. The reported cases were divided into four age groups: group 1. ≤ 1. years old;group 2, 1. to 44 years old;group 3, 44 to 64 years old;and group 4, ≥ 65 years old. An age-specific susceptible-exposed-symptomatic-asymptomatic-recovered/removed model was developed to estimate the transmissibility and simulate the optimal vaccination strategy. The effective reproduction number (R_(eff)) was used to estimate the transmission interaction in different age ***: A total of 47 722 new cases were reported in Wuhan City from December 2, 201., to March 1., 2020. Before the travel ban of Wuhan City, the highest transmissibility was observed among age group 2 (R_(eff) = 4.28), followed by group 2 to 3 (R_(eff) = 2.61., and group 2 to 4 (R_(eff) = 1.69). china should vaccinate at least 85% of the total population to interrupt transmission. The priority for controlling transmission should be to vaccinate 5% to 8% of individuals in age group 2 per day (ultimately vaccinated 90% of age group 2), followed by 1.% of age group 3 per day (ultimately vaccinated 90% age group 3).
