This paper studies the distributed consensus control for linear multi-agent systems under discontinuous communication and control updating. A fully distributed event-triggered adaptive control protocol with strictly positive minimum interevent time(MIET) guarantees is proposed. First, an event-triggered distributed adaptive control law without using prior global information of network topologies is presented, which achieves asymptotic consensus via discrete control updating and intermittent communication. Then, a hybrid adaptive event-triggering scheme with an internal timer is designed that is activated only when the timer decreases to zero from a specified positive value. Under the proposed triggering scheme, not only Zeno behavior is excluded but also a strictly positive MIET between any two consecutive events is guaranteed, which facilitates the physical implementation. In contrast to the existing related results, the proposed fully distributed protocol only needs low-frequency communication and control updating, while ensuring the strictly positive MIET property. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Partial substitution of inorganic fertilizers with organic amendments is an important agricultural management *** 11-year field experiment(22 cropping periods)was carried out to analyze the impacts of different partial substitution treatments on crop yields and the transformation of nitrogen fractions in greenhouse vegetable *** treatments with equal N,P_(2)O_(5),and K_(2)O inputs were selected,including complete inorganic fertilizer N(CN),50%inorganic fertilizer N plus 50%pig manure N(CPN),50%inorganic fertilizer N plus 25%pig manure N and 25%corn straw N(CPSN),and 50%inorganic fertilizer N plus 50%corn straw N(CSN).Organic substitution treatments tended to increase crop yields since the 6th cropping period compared to the CN *** the 8th to the 22nd cropping periods,the highest yields were observed in the CPSN treatment where yields were 7.5-11.1%greater than in CN *** 11-year fertilization,compared to CN,organic substitution treatments significantly increased the concentrations of NO_(3)^(-)-N,NH_(4)^(+)-N,acid hydrolysis ammonium-N(AHAN),amino acid-N(AAN),amino sugar-N(ASN),and acid hydrolysis unknown-N(AHUN)in soil by 45.0-69.4,32.8-58.1,49.3-66.6,62.0-69.5,34.5-100.3,and 109.2-172.9%,*** analysis indicated that soil C/N and OC concentration significantly affected the distribution of N *** highest concentrations of NO_(3)^(-)-N,AHAN,AAN,AHUN were found in the CPSN *** substitution treatments increased the activities ofβ-glucosidase,β-cellobiosidase,N-acetyl-glucosamidase,L-aminopeptidase,and phosphatase in the *** substitution treatments reduced vector length and increased vector angle,indicating alleviation of constraints of C and N on soil *** substitution treatments increased the total concentrations of phospholipid fatty acids(PLFAs)in the soil by 109.9-205.3%,and increased the relative abundance of G^(+)bacteria and fungi taxa,but decreased the relat

We develop methods to extract key dark energy information from cosmic distance measurements including the BAO scales and supernova(SN) luminosity *** using simulated data sets of the complete DESI,LSST and Roman surveys designed for BAO and SN distance measurements,we show that using our method,the dynamical behavior of the energy,pressure,equation of state(with its time derivative) of dark energy and the cosmic deceleration function can all be accurately recovered from high-quality data,which allows for robust diagnostic tests for dark energy models.

“身有所栖”而“心无所寄”现象是乡村治理工作中的突出问题,以需求回应性和农民主体性为特征的合作生产成为解决上述问题的关键模式。通过对乡村春晚案例的研究发现,乡村公共文化治理中合作生产的生成是由在特定时刻汇合在一起的多种因素共同作用的结果,即文化源流推动下文化之窗打开,通过文化源流、行政源流和乡土源流的两两局部耦合开启行政之窗和乡土之窗,在此基础上建立起政府与农民之间的资源依赖关系,实现三者的全部耦合开启合作之窗,进而在领导注意力分配的驱动下生成。乡村公共文化合作生产生成机制为理解中国情境下的乡村治理和乡村振兴提供了新的视角。

乡村公共文化治理中合作生产理论分析框架的提出是顺应中国乡村公共文化治理理论与实践发展,促进乡村从传统文化事业管理迈向现代公共文化服务体系建设,实现乡村公共文化高质量和乡村文化振兴的必然要求。文章以合作生产视角切入,不仅探索性地提出了乡村公共文化治理的概念,强调其中的合作生产核心要义。同时,将上述概念内涵进一步融入到包括乡村公共文化治理转向、资源系统、资源单位、治理系统、行动者、行动情景在内的社会生态系统框架中,建立起了文化治理理论与合作生产理论的关联,为乡村公共文化治理中的合作生产提供一个通用的理论分析框架。但作为一种发展中的命题,仍需在中国乡村公共文化治理实践中进一步丰富和拓展。

非遗资源与公共文化服务的共生发展既是满足人民群众文化需求的重要手段,又是盘活非遗资源,还是实现其与当前社会和谐发展的主要途径。从理论和实证视角对西部地区非遗资源与公共文化服务的共生关系进行分析,采用Boruta算法对影响因素进行识别,结果表明:非遗资源与公共文化服务有明确的共生界面、共同可利用的资源,两者满足共生条件;以甘肃省为例,各市州非遗资源和公共文化服务地区差异显著,共生关系并不紧密,绝大部分地区存在文化富饶型贫困问题;西部地区非遗资源与公共文化服务的共生关系主要是内外部共生环境共同作用的结果,具体表现为内部以非遗资源嵌入为核心,外部结合经济推动、科技驱动、市场促动和需求拉动,实现两者的共生发展。

低轨星座朝支持星上处理、功能可重构、星地协作和通信遥感导航控制等多任务一体化的方向演进,受限于星上信号处理和计算能力不足、星间链路容量不宽等瓶颈,迫切需要和具有强大云化处理与计算能力的陆地移动通信网络深度融合。为此,提出了面向星地融合的6G云雾化自组网的体系架构和协议体系,实现了低轨雾化卫星网络和陆地云化通信网络的协同融合,研究了基于星上雾化处理的通信遥感导航控制一体化波形和资源管理,以及云雾化协同的移动性管理和智能信息处理等关键技术,展望了未来的标准化工作和硬件试验。
