A warm corona has been widely proposed to explain the soft excess （SE） in X-ray above the 2–10 ke V power law extrapolation in Active Galactic Nuclei （AGNs）.In actual spectral fittings,the warm coronal seed photon temperature（Ts） is usually assumed to be far away from the soft X-ray,but kTscan reach close to 0.1 ke V in the standard accretion disk *** this study,we used Monte Carlo simulations to obtain radiation spectra from a slab-like warm corona and fitted the spectra using the spherical-geometry-based routine THCOMP or a thermal *** findings reveal tha high Tscan influence the fitting results.A moderately high kTs（around 0.03 ke V） can result in an apparent low-temperature and flat SE,while an extremely high kTs（around 0.07 ke V） can even produce an unobserved blackbody-like *** conclusions indicate that,for spectral fittings of the warm coronal radiation （SE in AGNs）,kTsshould be treated as a free parameter with an upper limit,and an accurate coronal geometry is necessary when kTs>0.01 ke V.

阐明中药复方的质量标志物对于了解中药复方的作用机制、质量标准提升使用和中药新药二次开发至关重要。近年来的研究表明,表面等离子体共振(SPR)技术在中药生物质量标志物鉴定领域具有广阔的应用前景。该研究建了一种基于SPR垂钓技术来分析安宫牛黄丸的质量标志物。首先,利用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS分析安宫牛黄丸主要化学成分71个,并采用网络药理学对鉴定化学成分预测包括STAT3在内的安宫牛黄丸抗脑卒中的潜在靶点;其次,构建STAT3蛋白芯片,采用SPR垂钓系统对安宫牛黄丸提取物进行垂钓回收,分析鉴定其潜在的活性成分,包括黄连碱、巴马汀、表小檗碱、小檗碱、甲基黄连碱、去亚甲基小檗碱、药根碱、四氢黄连碱、黄芩素、黄芩苷甲酯10种成分;第三,采用SPR筛选和分子对接技术确定10个活性成分对STAT3靶点的亲和动力学参数KD分别为44.7、44、58.1、51.3、39.7、32.1、49.2、69.1、19.7、24.9μmol·L^(-1),分子对接结果良好。首次利用STAT3靶点芯片联合UPLC-Q-TOF-MS有效鉴定安宫牛黄丸化学成分及与STAT3靶点配体成分,提示STAT3可作为安宫牛黄丸构建生物质量评价的潜在质量标志物。

We present a flexible manipulation and control of solitons via Bose-Einstein *** the presence of Rashba spin-orbit coupling and repulsive interactions within a harmonic potential,our investigation reveals the numerical local solutions within the *** manipulating the strength of repulsive interactions and adjusting spin-orbit coupling while maintaining a zero-frequency rotation,diverse soliton structures emerge within the *** include plane-wave solitons,two distinct types of stripe solitons,and odd petal solitons with both single and double *** stability of these solitons is intricately dependent on the varying strength of spin-orbit ***,stripe solitons can maintain a stable existence within regions characterized by enhanced spin-orbit coupling while petal solitons are unable to sustain a stable existence under similar *** rotational frequency is introduced to the system,solitons undergo a transition from stripe solitons to a vortex array characterized by a sustained *** rotational directions of clockwise and counterclockwise are non-equivalent owing to spin-orbit *** a result,the properties of vortex solitons exhibit significant variation and are capable of maintaining a stable existence in the presence of repulsive interactions.

Conjugated homopolymers based on six-member rings,e.g.,polyfluorene,always exhibit blue emission and conjugated homopolymers based on five-member rings,e.g.,polythiophene,can give red emission with low *** this work,we report a series of new conjugated homopolymers based on six-member rings with high-efficiency deep-red *** repeating units of the red light emitting homopolymers are double B←N bridged bipyridine(BNBP)with the boron atoms functionalized with diphenyl,borafluorene,and 2,7-di-tert-butyl-borafluorene groups,*** relationship between the chemical structures and the opto-electronic properties of the monomers and the homopolymers has been systematically *** three polymers emit pure red light(λ_(max)=656 nm)or deep red light(λ_(max)=693 nm)with fluorescence quantum efficiency in solution higher than 60%.The polymers can be used as the emitters in solution-processed organic light-emitting diodes with red emission and decent device *** work indicates a new strategy to design highly efficient light emitting conjugated polymers.

Ab st ra ct Nanocrystalline materials exhibit unique properties due to their extremely high grain boundary(GB) ***,this high-density characteristic induces grain coarsening at elevated temperatures,thereby limiting the widespread application of nanocrystalline *** experimental observations revealed that GB segregation and second-phase pinning effectively hinder GB migration,thereby improving the stability of nanocry stalline *** this study,a mouified phase-field model that integrates mismatch strain,solute segregation and precipitation was developed to evaluate the influence of lattice misfit on the thermal stability of nanocrystalline *** simulation results indicated that introducing a suitable mismatch strain can effectively enhance the microstructural stability of nanocrystalline *** synergizing precipitation with an appropriate lattice misfit,the formation of second-phase particles in the bulk grains can be suppressed,thereby facilitating solute segregation/precipitation at the *** concentrated solute segregation and precipitation at the GBs effectively hinders grain migration,thereby preventing grain *** findings provide a new perspective on the design and regulation of nanocrystalline alloys with enhanced thermal stability.

Thermal stable intermetallic particles are important for the heat resistance of magnesium（Mg）*** this work,many lath-like particles formed in α-Mg grains of a Mg-8Gd-3Sm-0.7Al casting alloy when heat-treated at 873 ***-resolution high-angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy（HAADF-STEM） characterizations indicate that most of them are Mg-containing Al2（Gd,Sm）,with the atomic ratio of Mg:Al:（Gd,Sm） being ～1:1:1;a small part of them with relatively wider thickness are long-period stacking ordered（LPSO） phases simultaneously containing both 14H and 18R *** followed common orientation relationships with Mg matrix as those reported in previous *** addition,many Mg laths were observed in the primary blocky Al2（Gd,Sm） phase at grain boundaries,where the atomic ratio of Al:（Gd,Sm） in the Al2（Gd,Sm） matrix was 2:***,density functional theory（DFT） calculations illustrated the detail structure of the re-constructed Mg/Al2RE interface and simultaneously deduced the underlying reason for the re-dissolution of the newly formed Mg-containing Al2（Gd,Sm） plates in α-Mg matrix.

BACKGROUND Acute cholecystitis(AC)is a common disease in general *** cholecystectomy(LC)is widely recognized as the"gold standard"surgical procedure for treating *** low-risk patients without complications,LC is the recommended treatment plan,but there is still controversy regarding the treatment strategy for moderate AC patients,which relies more on the surgeon's experience and the medical platform of the visiting *** transhepatic gallbladder puncture drainage(PTGBD)can effectively alleviate gallbladder inflammation,reduce gallbladder wall edema and adhesion around the gallbladder,and create a"time window"for elective *** To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of LC or PTGBD combined with LC for treating AC patients,providing a theoretical basis for choosing reasonable surgical methods for AC *** In this study,we conducted a clinical investigation regarding the combined use of PTGBD tubes for the treatment of gastric cancer patients with *** performed searches in the following databases:PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,and Wanfang *** search encompassed literature published from the inception of these databases to the ***,relevant data were extracted,and a meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 *** A comprehensive analysis was conducted,encompassing 24 studies involving a total of 2564 *** patients were categorized into two groups:1371 in the LC group and 1193 in the PTGBD+LC *** outcomes of the meta-analysis revealed noteworthy disparities between the PTGBD+LC group and the LC group in multiple dimensions:(1)Operative time:Mean difference(MD)=17.51,95%CI:9.53-25.49,P<0.01;(2)Conversion to open surgery rate:Odds ratio(OR)=2.95,95%CI:1.90-4.58,P<0.01;(3)Intraoperative bleeding loss:MD=32.27,95%CI:23.03-41.50,P<0.01;(4)Postoperative hospital stay:MD=1.44,95%CI:0.14-2.73,P=0.03;(5)Overall posto

目的探讨四肢软组织肿瘤合成磁共振图像与常规磁共振图像质量比较。方法回顾性分析2021年12月至2023年1月于河南省肿瘤医院行同时行合成磁共振及常规磁共振扫描的四肢软组织肿瘤患者40例。Kappa分析两名医师主观评分一致性;比较合成磁共振与常规序列图像清晰度、图像伪影评分和肿瘤最长径差异。结果两名医师对图像清晰度、图像伪影评分和肿瘤轴位最大径测量均一致性良好(Kappa值均>0.600)。Syn T1WI、con-T1WI序列图像清晰度比较,Syn T2WI、con-T2WI I序列图像清晰度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=1.000,0.083),Syn T2STIR与con-dixon-water-T2WI序列图像清晰度比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。Syn T1WI、con-T1WI序列图像伪影评分比较,Syn T2WI、con-T2WI图像伪影评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.070、0.056),Syn T2STIR,con-dixon-water-T2WI图像伪影评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。合成磁共振成像测得肿瘤长径均值(63.21±37.90)mm,常规序列测得肿瘤长径均值(63.13±36.92)mm,二者图像所测得肿瘤长径差异无统计学意义(t=0.009,P=0.992)。结论合成磁共振成像对四肢软组织肿瘤显示清晰,大小测量与常规序列一致,Syn T1WI、Syn T2WI具有较好的图像质量,Syn T2STIR图像清晰度略差于常规压脂序列,伪影较常规序列明显,有待改善。

The intelligent detection technology driven by X-ray images and deep learning represents the forefront of advanced techniques and development trends in flaw detection and automated evaluation of light alloy ***,the efficacy of deep learning models hinges upon a substantial abundance of flaw *** existing research on X-ray image augmentation for flaw detection suffers from shortcomings such as poor diversity of flaw samples and low reliability of quality *** this end,a novel approach was put forward,which involves the creation of the Interpolation-Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Network(I-DCGAN)for flaw detection image generation and a comprehensive evaluation algorithm named TOPSIS-IFP.I-DCGAN enables the generation of high-resolution,diverse simulated images with multiple appearances,achieving an improvement in sample diversity and quality while maintaining a relatively lower computational ***-IFP facilitates multi-dimensional quality evaluation,including aspects such as diversity,authenticity,image distribution difference,and image distortion *** results indicate that the X-ray radiographic images of magnesium and aluminum alloy castings achieve optimal performance when trained up to the 800th and 600th epochs,*** TOPSIS-IFP value reaches 78.7%and 73.8%similarity to the ideal solution,*** to single index evaluation,the TOPSIS-IFP algorithm achieves higher-quality simulated images at the optimal training *** approach successfully mitigates the issue of unreliable quality associated with single index *** image generation and comprehensive quality evaluation method developed in this paper provides a novel approach for image augmentation in flaw recognition,holding significant importance for enhancing the robustness of subsequent flaw recognition networks.
