A sunspot is an ideal waveguide for a variety of magnetohydrodynamic waves,which carry a significant amount of energy to the upper atmosphere and could be used as a tool to probe the magnetic and thermal structure of a *** this study,we used the New Vacuum Solar Telescope and took highresolution image sequences simultaneously in both Ti O(7058±10?A)and Hα(6562±2.5?A)*** extracted the area and total emission intensity variations of sunspot umbra and analyzed the signals with synchrosqueezing *** found that the area and emission intensity varied with both three and five minute ***,the area and intensity oscillated in phase with each other,this fact hold in both Ti O and Hα*** interpret this oscillatory signal as a propagating slow sausage *** propagation speed is estimated at about 8 km s^-*** infer that this sunspot's umbra could have temperature as low as 2800–3500 K.

With the rapid development of wearable electronic devices,modern portable energy sources pay more attention to lightweight,low cost,high flexibility and high *** paper proposed a flexible single-electrode triboelectric nanogenerator(S-TENG)composed of multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT)/polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)*** S-TENG has the advantages of high flexibility,high hydrophobicity,light weight,low cost,and high output *** peak-to-peak open circuit voltage can reach 435 V and the maximum short-circuit current density is 13μA·cm^(−2) under continuous *** the external load is 40 MΩ,the maximum output power density is 3.7 mW·cm^(−2).The S-TENG can not only harvest the mechanical energy generated by biological movement,but also can be used as a sensor to effectively detect human movement and handwriting *** addition,a 4×4 sensor array and a wireless transmission system were constructed to realize multi-point distributed detection and wireless transmission of portable smart *** S-TENG can harvest energy from falling water droplets,uninterrupted water flow,wind and percussion sounds,which demonstrates its broad application prospects in the field of flexible wearables.

Phase change materials(PCMs)are a highly promising candidate for thermal energy storage owing to their large latent heat and chemical ***,their intrinsic brittle induces poor flexibility and low mechanical strength,which limits them use for wearable thermal ***,the electrical insulation and weak solar absorption make them lack multi-responsive ***,we report a facile strategy to synthesize mechanically strong and flexible multi-responsive phase change films by stirring an aqueous dispersion of cellulose nanofibrils(CNFs),MXene(Ti_(2)C_(3))nanosheets,and polyethylene glycol(PEG),followed by air-drying self-assembly and coating with hydrophobic *** hydrogen bonds and nacre-mimetic synergistic toughening networks formed by ternary CNFs,Ti_(2)C_(3)nanosheets,and PEG endow films with high mechanical strength(16.7 MPa)and strain(10.4%),which are 18.6 and 8.7 times higher than those of pure PEG film,*** films exhibit outstanding flexibility and do not crack or fracture even when bent,twisted,and folded into a complex small ***,the laminar structure formed by the self-assembly Ti_(3)C_(2)nanosheets enhances electrical conductivity(3.95 S/m)and solar absorption,affording excellent electro-thermal(68.3%–81.0%)and solarthermal(85.6%–90.6%)conversion efficiency,thus achieving multi-response to external stimuli(electron/solar radiation).In addition,the as-prepared films also deliver large latent heat(136.1 J/g),outstanding cyclic and shape stability,leak-free encapsulation even under compressed at above 5000 times its weight,excellent hydrophobicity(131.4°),and self-cleaning *** work paves the way for developing flexible,mechanically strong,and self-cleaning phase change film with multi-responsive function for wearable thermal management devices under high humidity condition.

An imidazolium-based ionic liquid(IL)modified triphenylamine derivative,namely 1-(4-((4-(diphenylamino)benzoyl)oxy)butyl)-3-methyl imidazole tetrafluoroborate(TPAC_(6)IL-BF_(4)),was designed and synthesized,and further applied with 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene(EDOT)to prepare conjugated copolymer P(EDOT:TPAC_(6)IL-BF_(4)) via electrochemical *** cyclic voltammetry curves show that the copolymer P(EDOT:TPAC_(6)IL-BF_(4))possesses two pairs of redox peaks,which should be ascribed to the redox behaviors of EDOT and *** ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)absorption spectrum of P(EDOT:TPAC_(6)IL-BF_(4))exhibits one maximum absorption peak at 580 nm and a small shoulder characteristic peak at 385 nm under neutral state which are assigned toπ-π^(*)conjugated structure of EDOT and *** being applied at the positive voltage,the copolymer color changes from dark blue to light blue,which is close to the color of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT).Surprisingly,the copolymer P(EDOT:TPAC_(6)IL-BF_(4))shows shorter switching time of 0.37 s,0.30 s at 580 nm and 0.38 s,0.45 s at 1100 nm compared with *** is more intriguing that the copolymer P(EDOT:TPAC_(6)IL-BF_(4))exhibits electrochromism even in free supporting *** results confirm that the existence of imidazolium-based ionic liquid has an improvement on the ion diffusion properties and the switching time of conjugated polymer,which may provide a potential direction for the preparation of high-performance electrochromic materials.

A water-stable bimetallic Fe/Zrmetal-organic framework[UiO-66(Fe/Zr)]for exceptional decontamination of arsenic in water was fabricated through a facile one-step *** batch adsorption experiments revealed the excellent performances with ultrafast adsorption kinetics due to the synergistic effects of two functional centers and large surface area(498.33 m^(2)/g).The absorption capacity of UiO-66(Fe/Zr)for arsenate[As(V)]and arsenite[As(III)]reached as high as 204.1 mg/g and 101.7 mg/g,*** model was suitable to describe the adsorption behaviors of arsenic on UiO-66(Fe/Zr).The fast kinetics(adsorption equilibrium in 30min,10mg/L As)and pseudo-second-ordermodel implied the strong chemisorption between arsenic ions and UiO-66(Fe/Zr),which was further confirmed by DFT theoretical *** results of FT-IR,XPS analysis and TCLP test demonstrated that arsenic was immobilized on the surface of UiO-66(Fe/Zr)through Fe/Zr-O-As bonds,and the leaching rates of the adsorbed As(III)and As(V)from the spent adsorbent were only 5.6%and 1.4%,***-66(Fe/Zr)can be regenerated for five cycles without obvious removal efficiency *** original arsenic(1.0mg/L)in lake and tapwater was effectively removed in 2.0 hr[99.0%of As(III)and 99.8%of As(V)].The bimetallic UiO-66(Fe/Zr)has great potentials in water deep purification of arsenic with fast kinetics and high capacity.

BACKGROUND:Portal vein thrombosis(PVT) is a potential lethal complication and may have negative influence on the prognosis after splenectomy in patients with liver *** and timely detection of PVT are quite *** is a lack of knowledge about the clinical features and risk factors of *** study aimed to investigate the risk factors and clinical characteristics of PVT in order to figure out the high-risk ***:We collected the clinical data of 472 consecutive patients with non-neoplastic liver cirrhosis who had undergone splenectomy from January 2008 to December 2010 in our *** and surgical characteristics of patients who developed PVT postoperatively and those who did not develop PVT were *** and multivariate analyses of risk factors of PVT were *** mortality and rebleeding rate of the patients were also ***:Of the 472 patients,52 were excluded from the *** developed in 71(71/420,16.9%) *** analysis revealed that wider preoperative portal vein diameter,postoperative thrombocytosis,prolonged prothrombin time and periesophagogastric devascularization were significantly correlated with PVT development [odds ratio(OR):5.701,2.807,1.850 and 2.090,respectively].The incidence of PVT in patients who took antiplatelet drugs was not lower than that in those who did ***-up showed that patients in the PVT group had a tendency towards reduced overall survival but it was not statistically *** bleeding occurred more often in the PVT group than that in the non-PVT group(P=0.044).CONCLUSIONS:Wider preoperative portal vein diameter,postoperative thrombocytosis,prolonged prothrombin time and periesophagogastric devascularization are independent risk factors of *** is related with higher risk of postoperative gastrointestinal hemorrhage but has no significant impact on the overall survival.

We present the interstellar scintillation analysis of fast radio burst(FRB)20220912A during its extremely active episode in 2022using data from the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope(FAST).We detect a scintillation arc in the FRB’s secondary spectrum,which describes the power in terms of the scattered FRB signals’time delay and Doppler *** arc indicates that the scintillation is caused by a highly localized *** analysis favors a Milky Way origin of the ionized interstellar medium(IISM)for the localized scattering medium but cannot rule out a host galaxy *** present our method for detecting the scintillation arc,which can be applied generally to sources with irregularly spaced bursts or *** methods could help shed light on the complex interstellar environment surrounding the FRBs and in our Galaxy.

Streptococcus mutans(***)is the most common cariogenic bacteria and causes caries by forming biofilms.A novel gradient Cu-bearing titanium alloy(TC4-5Cu/TC4)was manufactured using selective laser melting(SLM)technology for dental applications,which is anticipated to inhibit the formation of *** this study,the released concentration of copper ions in both minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)was tested in order to assess the antibacterial property of the alloy against planktonic ***,and the antibacterial and antibiofilm efficiencies of TC4-5Cu/TC4 alloy against sessile *** were evaluated via quantitative antibacterial tests and biofilm *** transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was performed to analyze the expression of biofilm-related genes(gtfB,gtfC,gtfD,ftf and gbpB)and acid production-related gene(ldh).The results suggested that the MIC and MBC of Cu^(2+)were much higher than the release concentration of copper ions of the alloy,which was consistent with the lack of antibacterial effect against planktonic *** the contrary,TC4-5Cu/TC4 alloy exhibited significant bactericidal property against the sessile bacteria and efficient biofilm-restrained ability,and all genes detected in this research were *** results indicated that the TC4-5Cu/TC4 alloy suppressed biofilm formation and the sessile bacterial viability by down-regulating biofilm-related genes.
