Landslide hazard mapping is essential for regional landslide hazard *** main objective of this study is to construct a rainfall-induced landslide hazard map of Luhe County,China based on an automated machine learning framework(AutoGluon).A total of 2241 landslides were identified from satellite images before and after the rainfall event,and 10 impact factors including elevation,slope,aspect,normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),topographic wetness index(TWI),lithology,land cover,distance to roads,distance to rivers,and rainfall were selected as *** WeightedEnsemble model,which is an ensemble of 13 basic machine learning models weighted together,was used to output the landslide hazard assessment *** results indicate that landslides mainly occurred in the central part of the study area,especially in Hetian and *** 102.44 s were spent to train all the models,and the ensemble model WeightedEnsemble has an Area Under the Curve(AUC)value of92.36%in the test *** addition,14.95%of the study area was determined to be at very high hazard,with a landslide density of 12.02 per square *** study serves as a significant reference for the prevention and mitigation of geological hazards and land use planning in Luhe County.

Sensitivity to structure and composition is very challenging to establish in nanocatalysis due to inadequate definition of structures that are very close in *** synthesized a pair of atomically precise copper clusters that are very close in composition,[Cu_(20)H_(9)(Tf-dpf)_(10)]·BF4(Cu_(20)H_(9))and[Cu_(20)H_(8)(Tf-dpf)_(10)]·(BF_(4))_(2)(Cu_(20)H_(8)),by using a pyridyl-functionalized flexible amidinate ligand,N,N′-di(5-trifluoromethyl-2-pyridyl)*** one-hydride difference in their composition leads to significant variation in geometric and electronic structures and,consequently,distinctly different optical and catalytic ***_(20)H_(8)exhibits 25 times higher catalytic activity than Cu_(20)H_(9)(96.7%vs 3.7%in yield)in the selective hydrogenation of anα,β-unsaturated aldehyde(cinnamaldehyde)to saturated aldehyde(3-phenylpropanal).Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry combined with density functional theory calculations reveal that the greater ease of dissociation of one Tf-dpf ligand compared to Cu_(20)H_(8)is the key to its higher *** work demonstrates a clear case of structure and composition sensitivity in nanocatalysis and that one hydride,out of∼330 atoms in the nanoclusters,can make a huge difference in the catalytic *** insights will be useful in the design and synthesis of atomically precise nanocatalysts.

利用N-甲基吲哚对类固醇药物的前驱体16-脱氢孕烯醇酮乙酸酯(16-DPA)的D环C16位进行修饰,采用ZrCl_4-乙酸乙酯廉价催化体系,合成了16个3β-乙酰氧基-16α-3'-吲哚孕烯醇酮化合物和6个3β-羟基-16α-3'-吲哚孕烯醇酮衍生物.该方法具有收率高、立体选择性好和底物适应性强等优点.通过噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法测试了22个化合物对三阴性乳腺癌细胞(MDA-MB-231)的抗肿瘤活性.初步测试结果表明, 3β-乙酰氧基-16α-3'-吲哚孕烯醇酮化合物6h和6i对MDA-MB-231癌细胞有较好的抑制活性,其半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))分别为18.07和23.22μmol/L;而化合物7a~7f均对MDA-MB-231癌细胞有较好的抑制活性,其中化合物7e的抗肿瘤活性最好,其IC_(50)为12.50μmol/L.目标化合物为药物筛选提供了一定的参考.

BACKGROUND Postoperative abdominal infections are an important and heterogeneous health *** samll abdominal abscesses are resolved with antibiotics,but larger or symptomatic abscesses may require procedural *** SUMMARY A 65-year-old male patient who suffered operation for the left hepatocellular carcinoma eight months ago,came to our hospital with recurrent abdominal pain,vomit,and fever for one *** computed tomography showed that a big low-density dumbbell-shaped mass among the liver and *** showed a submucosal mass with a fistula at colon of liver *** showed a big rupture on the submucosal mass at the descending duodenum and a fistula at the duodenal *** colonoscopy,the brown liquid and pus were drained from the mass with“special stent device”.Under gastroscopy,we closed the rupture of the mass with a loop and six clips for purse stitching at the descending duodenum,and the same method as colonoscopy was used to drain the brown liquid and pus from the *** symptom of abdominal pain,vomit and fever were relieved after the *** The special stent device could be effectively for draining the abdominal abscess respectively from colon and duodenum.
