Objective To investigate the anti-inflammation effect and possible mechanism of Salvianic acid A(SAA)in mouse peritoneal *** Peritoneal macrophages were obtained from BALB/c *** induced nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in supernatant,protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and activation of nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)in the extract were *** SAA strongly inhibited the excessive production of NO,TNF-α and IL-6 in LPS-induced peritoneal macrophages in a concentration-dependent manner and blocked the expression of iNOS and *** with LPS alone increased the translocation of NF-κB(p65)from cytosol to the nucleus,but the SAA inhibited the translocation of NF-κB(p65).Conclusions The results showed that SAA had strong anti-inflammatory effects in LPS-stimulated peritoneal *** important mechanism is due to its inhibition of NF-κB activation.

Eight zwitterionic rare earth metal complexes stabilized by amino-bridged tris(phenolato)ligands bearing quaternary ammonium side-arms were synthesized and *** complexes were used as single-component catalysts for the cycloaddition of CO_(2)and epoxides,and their catalytic activities are obviously higher than those of their binary *** studies revealed that the halide anions(Cl^(–),Br^(–),I^(–))and the metal complexes influenced the catalytic activity,and the lanthanum complex bearing iodide anion showed the highest catalytic activity for this addition reaction.A variety of mono-substituted epoxides were converted to cyclic carbonates in good to excellent yields(55%—99%)with high selectivity(>99%)at 30℃and 1 bar CO_(2),whereas internal epoxides required higher both reaction temperatures(60—120℃)and catalyst loading(2 mol%)for high *** catalyst was recyclable for four times without noticeable loss of catalytic *** on the results of kinetic studies and in℃situ IR reactions,a plausible reaction mechanism was proposed.

Graphene's large theoretical surface area and high conductivity make it an attractive anode material for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).However,its practical application is hindered by small interlayer distance and long ion transfer ***,this paper aims to address the issue by introducing MXene through a simple and scalable method for assembling graphene and realizing ultrahigh P doping *** findings reveal that MXene and P-C bonds have a "pillar effect" on the structure of graphene,and the P-C bond plays a primary *** addition,N/P co-doping introduces abundant defects,providing more active sites for K^(+) storage and facilitating K^(+) *** expected,the developed ultrahigh phosphorous/nitrogen co-doped flexible reduced graphene oxide/MXene(NPrGM) electrode exhibits remarkable reversible discharge capacity(554 mA hg^(-1) at 0.05 A g^(-1)),impressive rate capability(178 mA h g^(-1) at 2 A g^(-1)),and robust cyclic stability(0.0005% decay per cycle after 10,000 cycles at 2 A g^(-1)).Furthermore,the assembled activated carbon‖NPrGM potassium-ion hybrid capacitor(PIHC) can deliver an impressive energy density of 131 W h kg^(-1) and stable cycling performance with 98.1% capacitance retention after5000 cycles at 1 A g^(-1).Such a new strategy will effectively promote the practical application of graphene materials in PIBs/PIHCs and open new avenues for the scalable development of flexible films based on two-dimensional materials for potential applications in energy storage,thermal interface,and electromagnetic shielding.

Growing evidence suggests that exercise can provide neuroprotection by improving mitochondrial quality control (MQC) on the aged brain. Adenosine 5'-monophosphate (AMP)-activated protein kinase (AMPK) signaling responsiveness declines with aging. However， whether AMPK plays a role in the exercise-mediated improvement of memory and MQC in the aged hippocampus remains to be established. AICAR (5-Aminoimidazole 4-carboxamide ribonucleoside)， a pharmacological agonist of AMPK， has been proposed to be an exercise mimetic recently. However， it has not been clarified whether AICAR could mimic the effects of exercise on the aged hippocampus through improvement of MQC. In this study， AICAR (AMPK agonist) and Compound C (AMPK inhibitor) were used to investigate if AMPK plays a key role in exercise-induced improvement of MQC and if AICAR could act as an exercise mimetic through improvement of MQC in aged hippocampus. Both exercise and AICAR improved the memory of aged mice and increased AMPK phosphorylation in the aged hippocampus. Exercise， but not AICAR， improved mitochondrial respiratory function in the aged hippocampus and increased the Microtubule associated protein 1 light chain 3 (LC3) II/LC3 I ratio and the protein expression of LC3 II and Autophagy Related Protein 7 (ATG7) in the lysate of whole hippocampal tissue. Both exercise and AICAR increased the ratio of LC3 II/LC3 I and the protein expression of LC3 II in the mitochondrial fractions of the hippocampus. Regarding mitochondrial dynamics， neither exercise training nor AICAR changed the protein level of Mitofusin2 (Mfn2). Exercise， but not AICAR， increased the protein level of Dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1). Furthermore， both exercise training and AICAR increased the protein level of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator 1α (PGC-1α)， a modulator of mitochondrial biogenesis. Magnesium-based hydrides have been widely recognized as an appropriate choice for solid-state hydrogen ***,its undesirable thermodynamics and sluggish hydrogenation/dehydrogenation kinetics are major bottlenecks for its ***,a highly stable and highly dispersed Ni-based catalyst(Ni/Al_(2)O_(3)/GN)was fabricated to promote the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2)via the electrostatic effect of NiAl-LDH/GN precursor with a co-calcination reduction ***_(2)-5wt%Ni/Al_(2)O_(3)/GN exhibits excellent hydrogen storage performance,releasing about 5.7 wt%hydrogen in 3500 s at 250℃,and can reach a saturation hydrogen absorption of about 6.15 wt%in 3000 s at 100℃.Furthermore,it also shows low dehydrogenation apparent activation energy of 89.1 and 118.2 kJ·mol^(-1).Impressively,the catalyst ensures the stability of both the physical phase and structure during ball milling and cycling *** role of each phase in Ni/Al_(2)O_(3)/GN on the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2)was also discussed through experiments and theoretical calculation,and the synergistic catalytic mechanism of Ni/Al_(2)O_(3)/GN was clearly *** work provides a unique perspective for the preparation of highly stable and highly dispersible catalysts.
