Herein, we described the physicochemical properties of deproteinized extract of calf blood(DECB) and established a hypoxia model treated with or without DECB to detect the sugar, lactic acid, protein, and ATP contents of mice and then identified and analyzed the differentially expressed genes between two groups using mRNA expression chip. According to the results of the airtight hypoxia experiment, mice in the model+DECB group had a signifi? cantly prolonged time of hypoxia tolerance compared with the model group. The biochemical test indicated that DECB could significantly increase the level of sugar, ATP and proteins and reduce the amount of lactic acid in mice. It also revealed that Hmgcs2, Cptla, Angptl4, Cyp8b], and Ehhadh genes were involved in mice energy metabolism, and were closely associated witli metabolic signaling pathway. These results suggest that DECB might be a potential drug to treat metabolic diseases. Among the genes with differential expression under hypoxia, Angptl4, Cyp8bl, and Ehhadh were critical factors for sugar metabolism. Hmgcs2 provided energy directly, and Cptla regulated cellular inflammatory responses, promoting energy metabolism.

A photocatalyst of Au/ZnO(s-Au/ZnO)has been prepared via an approach,which uses spinach leaves with in terconnected hierarchical structure as sacrificial biological *** resultant s-Au/ZnO has well maintained the physical characteristics of the spinach leaf and demonstrated superior photocatalytic performance as well as enhanced photocurrent generation ***,functional sacrificial agents(AgNO3,ammonium oxalate(AO)and tert-butyl alcohol(TBA))have been employed to quench electrons,holes and hydroxyl radicals respectively to identify the active species of photocatalytic reaction and to investigate the mechanism of photocatalytic *** facile method herein presented provides a convenient option for the preparation ofbio-inspired leaMike photocatalysts of ZnO-based nano-materials,holding potential applications in not only environmental purification but also solar-to-electric energy conversion.

The influence of surface roughness on the interfacial dynamic recrystallization kinetics and mechanical properties of Ti-6 Al-3 Nb-2 Zr-1 Mo hot-compression bonding joints was systematically *** is found that for the bonding interface of rough surfaces,elongated fine grains are formed at the bonding interface due to shear deformation of the interfacial *** the surface roughness increases,the proportion of elongated grains drastically decreases as they further reorient to form equiaxed grains along the bonding interface of rougher surfaces resulting from severe incompatible deformation of the interface ***,high-density geometrically necessary dislocations accumulate around the interfacial recrystallization area to accommodate the incompatible strain and lattice rotation.A rotational dynamic recrystallization mechanism is thereby proposed to rationalize the formation of fine interfacial recrystallization grains during bonding of rough *** contrast to that of rough surfaces,bonding interface of polished surfaces exists in the form of straight interface grain boundaries without fine grains under the same deformation *** with the increase of deformation strain,small grain nuclei form along the bonding interface,which is associated with discontinuous dynamic recrystallization assisted by strain-induced boundary migration of interface grain ***,the bonding joints of rough surfaces show lower elongation compared with that of polished *** is because the formation of heterogeneous fine grains with low Schmid factor along the bonding interface of rough surfaces,leading to worse compatible deformation capability and thereby poor ductility of bonding joints.

The rapidly advancing energy storage performance of dielectric ceramics capacitors has garnered significant interest for applications in fast charge/discharge and high-power electronic *** the exceptional electrical properties in harsh environments can further promote their practical *** carriers can be excited under luminance irradiation,thereby leading to degradation of energy storage ***,a synergic optimization strategy is proposed to enhance energy storage properties and luminance resistance of(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))NbO_(3)-base(KNN)***,the introduction of Bi(Zn0.5Ti0.5)O_(3) solid solution and La3+ions disrupts the long-range polar orders and enhances super paraelectric relaxation ***,doping La3+ions can increase the band gap and reduce oxygen vacancy concentration,resulting in excellent luminance ***,the viscous polymer process is employed to suppress the grain growth and promote chemical *** a result,ultrahigh recoverable energy storage density(Wrec)of 8.11 J/cm3 and high efficiency(η)of 80.98%are achieved under an electric field of 568 kV/***,the variations in Wrec andηare only 12.45%and 1.75%,respectively,under 500 W xenon lamp irradiation compared to the performance under a dark *** findings hold great potential in facilitating the practical application of dielectric ceramic capacitors in luminance irradiation environments.

An anion-rich electric double layer(EDL)region is favorable for fabricating an inorganic-rich solid-electrolyte interphase(SEI)towards stable lithium metal anode in ester ***,cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB),a cationic surfactant,is adopted to draw more anions into EDL by ionic interactions that shield the repelling force on anions during lithium *** situ electrochemical surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy results combined with molecular dynamics simulations validate the enrichment of NO_(3)^(−)/FSI−anions in the EDL region due to the positively charged CTA^(+).In-depth analysis of SEI structure by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry results confirmed the formation of the inorganic-rich SEI,which helps improve the kinetics of Li^(+)transfer,lower the charge transfer activation energy,and homogenize Li *** a result,the Li||Li symmetric cell in the designed electrolyte displays a prolongated cycling time from 500 to 1300 h compared to that in the blank electrolyte at 0.5 mA cm^(-2) with a capacity of 1 mAh cm^(-2).Moreover,Li||LiFePO_(4) and Li||LiCoO_(2) with a high cathode mass loading of>10 mg cm^(-2) can be stably cycled over 180 cycles.

文章对空战中敌方目标作战企图的各个因素进行了分析,建立了敌方目标作战企图识别的动态贝叶斯网模型,根据连续变量的不同特点,通过构造和设置不同的隶属函数和参数,对连续变量的观测值进行模糊分类,通过引入可能性概率转换理论转换为贝叶斯网能够利用的证据信息用于推理,使对敌方目标作战企图的推理过程具有前后连续性,更加符合客观实际,有效地减少了主观判断带来的误差。仿真实验表明,该方法的推理结果与理论分析一致,为识别敌方目标作战企图提供了一种可行且有效的方法。

界面的结构和行为对材料的性能具有重要的影响.本文旨在研究复杂成分多相体系材料中这些独特的界面结构和行为.我们报道了通过连接AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1)共晶高熵合金所获得的L1_(2)-L1_(2),B2-B2,L1_(2)-B2三种界面迥异的界面行为.具体是,由于热-应变诱导的晶界演化,在L1_(2)-L1_(2)界面附近出现了明显的界面动态再结晶.相反,由于极少的界面应变,B2-B2界面几乎没有发生动态再结晶,其连接可能是由于扩散引起的.由于L1_(2)相和B2相本征的结构差异,在L1_(2)-B2界面处只在L1_(2)相侧发生了动态再结晶.这类异质界面的连接是由于界面元素的扩散.另外,由于高熵合金高的缺陷-析出敏感性,在连接界面附近出现了应变诱导析出的B2_(Ⅱ)相.B2_(Ⅱ)相的析出消耗了基体中的Ni,Al元素,造成了L1_(2)相的无序化.通过定量计算相应晶粒的极限尺寸评估了这些B2_(Ⅱ)相带来的Zener钉扎效应.这种B2_(Ⅱ)相的钉扎作用及元素的缓慢扩散效应可能导致了L1_(2)-L1_(2)界面温度依赖的动态再结晶行为.本研究有助于理解多相高熵合金独特的界面行为,并为多相、复杂成分、界面析出等因素对界面演化的影响提供了新的认识.

目的:探讨Kartagener综合征(KS)患者的临床特点,并对其诊治方法进行文献复习,提高临床医生对KS的认识。方法:收集1例KS患者的临床资料,分析其治疗效果。结果:该患者经相关检查,明确诊断为KS,给予抗炎、止咳化痰、解痉和对症治疗,患者的咳嗽、咳痰、气短症状好转,出院。结论:KS是一种先天性常染色体隐性遗传病,对症治疗仅能缓解症状,但结构性改变不可逆转,需对KS的基因遗传学进行细致深入的研究,以减少其发生。

目的探讨清热排脓生肌汤口服联合大黄芒硝外敷对剖宫产术后腹壁切口不愈术后恢复情况、创口疼痛肿胀情况、炎性因子、生存质量的影响。方法选取2021年4月—2022年12月医院收治的剖宫产术后腹部切口不愈患者102例,并将纳入的患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各61例。对照组患者行抗感染治疗及定期换药处理,观察组在对照组基础上给予清热排脓生肌汤口服联合大黄芒硝外敷,两组患者均治疗2周,治疗结束后对比两组患者临床治疗效果、创口愈合时间、硬结消失时间、渗液消退时间及平均术后住院时间、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale, VAS)及肿胀评分、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein, CRP)、白细胞计数(white blood cell count, WBC)、降钙素原(procalcitonin, PCT)水平及生存质量。结果对照组治疗总有效率为67.21%(41/61),显著低于观察组(86.89%,53/61)的总有效率(P<0.05);观察组患者创口愈合时间、硬结消失时间、渗液消退时间及平均术后住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后VAS评分及肿胀评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分及肿胀评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者炎性因子水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在身体健康、心理健康、社会关系和环境领域的生存质量评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热排脓生肌汤口服联合大黄芒硝外敷显著提升剖宫产术后腹壁切口不愈患者切口愈合等级,降低炎性因子水平,改善患者创口疼痛及肿胀情况,加快创口愈合速度,促进硬结及渗液消退,减少患者住院时间,提升患者生存质量。
