The effect of long-term fertilization on soil denitrifying communities was analysed by measuring the abundance and diversity of the nitrous oxide （N2O） reductase gene, nosZ. Soil samples were collected from plots of a long-term fertilization experiment established in 1982 in Suining City, China. The fertilizer treatments were no fertilizer （CK）, three chemical fertilizer （CF） treatments （N, NP, NPK）, manure （M） alone, and manure with chemical fertilizers （NM, NPM, NPKM）. The abundance and diversity of the denitrifying bacteria were assessed by real-time quantitative PCR, terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism （T-RFLP）, and cloning and sequencing of nosZ genes. The diversity and abundance of nosZ-denitrifiers was higher in soil amended with manure and chemical fertilizers （CFM） than in soil amended with CF alone, and the highest in topsoil （0-20 cm）. The nosZ-denitrifier community composition was more complex in CFM soil than in CF soil： Specific species were detected only in the CFM soil. The abundance of nosZ-denitrifier in the NPKM treatment was approximately two times higher than that in the CK, N, and NPK treatments. Most of the cloned nosZ sequences were closely related to nosZ sequences from Bradyrhizobiaceae and Rhodospirillaceae in Alphaproteobacteria. Of the measured abiotic factors, soil organic matter correlated significantly with the abundance （P〈0.01）; available phosphorus correlated significantly with the topsoil community composition （P〈0.01）, whereas soil organic matter correlated significantly with the subsoil （20-90 cm） community composition （P〈0.01）. This study demonstrated that long-term CFM fertilization affected both the abundance and composition of the nosZ-denitrifier community.

Objective To study the use of Chinese medicine(CM)in cancer patients in southern *** A total of 1,950 cancer patients finished questionnaires in four provinces in southern *** survey included socio-demographic and clinical characteristics of participants,dosage forms,efficacy,and side *** The study results showed that cancer patients with higher education(>12 years)were more likely to accept the treatment of Chinese *** were 54.61%(1,065 cases)of patients chose Chinese herbs for the initial treatment and 14.46%(282 cases)chose Chinese herbs as *** patients(54.51%,1,063 cases)continuously used CM for more than 6 months,and a few of them(212 cases)used CM for up to 3 *** kinds of dosage forms of CM had been used,including CM decoction,CM patent prescription and CM *** the efficacy in the view of patients,40.31%(786 cases)believed that it would be effective to take Chinese herbs before they starting the anti-cancer treatment,and the percentage increased to 81.08%after 1-month CM *** effect of Chinese herbs was mainly demonstrated by symptom relief and improvement of quality of life,and 8.31%(162 cases)of patients experienced control of tumor growth and decreased tumor ***,only 14.31%(279 cases)participants reported that they experienced side effects during CM *** This large scale investigation reflects the current situation of domestic CM usage objectively and comprehensively,which might provide new ways for cancer treatment.

Cryptosporidium is a protozoan parasite belonging to the phylum Apicomplexa that causes self-limiting diarrhea in immunocompetent individuals, and it may also cause chronic and life-threatening diarrhea in those that are immunocompromised[1]. The two main routes of Cryptosporidium transmission are via water and food. At least 30 Cryptosporidium species have been confirmed, including C. andersoni, with more than 70 genotypes of undefined species.

炼钢-连铸生产中会出现某一台转炉或精炼炉故障,目前已有的重调度方法没有考虑多重精炼或只进行了仿真研究,难以有效应用到具有多重精炼的钢厂,而采用人工调整方式则容易导致炉次等待时间过长或断浇.为此,通过引入炉次生产状态参数,建立0-1混合整数规划重调度模型,提出由"未加工"炉次的设备指派、"未加工"炉次的开工时间优化和浇铸时间调整3部分组成的重调度方法.将该方法应用于某钢铁厂炼钢-连铸生产调度过程的实际工程应用验证了所提出方法的有效性.

Iliac vein compression syndrome （IVCS）,also known as May-Thurner syndrome or Cockett syndrome,is caused by compression of the left common iliac vein between the right common iliac artery and the vertebrae.A recent imaging study have demonstrated that at least a 25%compression of the left iliac vein at the arterial crossover point may be present in 66% of the asymptomatic patient population.1 With the development of interventional technique,endovascular management as a less invasive means is becoming the first-line treatment,which can not only treat the thrombosis but also correct the venous anatomic abnormalities.2 In this study,we described a novel technique combining percutaneous aspiration thrombectomy （PAT） with Fogarty catheter thrombectomy （FCT） as the thrombus removal therapy without femoral venotomy in patients with acute deep vein thrombosis （DVT） due to IVCS and evaluated its technical feasibility and short-term outcomes.

The Bayan Obo supergiant carbonatite-related rare-earth-element-niobium-iron(REE-Nb-Fe) endogenetic deposit(thereafter as the Bayan Obo deposit), located at 150 km north of Baotou City in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is the largest rare-earth element(REE) resource in the world. Tectonically,this deposit is situated on the northern margin of the North China Craton and adjacent to the Xing’anMongolian orogenic belt to the south. The main strata within the mining area include the Neoarchean Se’ertengshan Group and the Mesoproterozoic Bayan Obo Group. Generally, the rare earth, niobium, and iron mineralization within the deposit are intrinsically related to the dolomite carbonatites and the extensive alteration of the country rocks caused by the carbonatite magma intrusion. The alteration of country rocks can be categorized into three types: contact metasomatism(anti-skarn and skarn alteration), fenitization,and hornfelsic alternation. As indicated by previous studies and summarized in this review, the multielement mineralization at Bayan Obo is closely associated with the metasomatic replacement of siliceous country rocks by carbonatite magmatic-hydrothermal fluids. The metasomatic process is comparable to the conventional skarnification that formed due to the intrusion of intermediate-acid magmatic rocks into limestone strata. However, the migration pattern of Si O2, Ca O, and Mg O in this novel metasomatic process is opposite to the skarn alteration. Accordingly, this review delineates, for the first time, an antiskarn metallogenic model for the Bayan Obo deposit, revealing the enigmatic relationship between the carbonatite magmatic-hydrothermal processes and the related iron and rare earth ***, this study also contributes to a better understanding of the REE-Nd-Fe metallogenetic processes and the related fluorite mineralization at the Bayan Obo deposit.

炼钢-连铸生产过程中加工设备起、停时间经常会出现严重延迟,导致调度计划不可行.目前人工调整,存在响应速度慢和调整结果不优化的问题.对炼钢-连铸混合Jobshop重调度问题进行了分析,提出了正在作业炉次已分配设备不变的重调度方法.并提出了求解策略,将原调度分解为两个子调度问题.引入炉次操作状态参数β,建立了正在作业炉次的时间修正模型,构造了启发式方法进行求解.对于未作业炉次,建立了多目标非线性0-1整数规划模型,构造了并行逆推启发式算法进行设备指派,采用线性规划求解各操作的开工时间.基于上述方法开发了动态调度软件应用于国内某大型钢铁企业,在缩短动态调度时间、减少钢水冗余等待时间方面取得了显著成效.
