OBJECTIVE:To test the hypothesis that moxibustion may inhibit rheumatoid arthritis(RA)synovial inflammation by regulating the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)/glucocorticoids(GCs).METHODS:Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups(n=10 each):blank Control(CON)group,RA Model(RA)group,Moxibustion(MOX)group,MIF inhibitor(S,R)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4,5-dihydro-5-isoxazole acetic acid methyl ester(ISO-1)group,and Moxibustion+MIF inhibitor ISO-1(MOX+ISO-1)group.Rats in the ISO-1 group and ISO-1+MOX group were intraperitoneally injected with the inhibitor ISO-1.The rats in the RA group,ISO-1 group,MOX group,and ISO-1+MOX group were injected with Freund's complete adjuvant(FCA)in the right hind footpad to establish an experimental RA rat model.In the MOX group and MOX+ISO-1 group,rats were treated with Moxa.The thickness of the footpads of the rats in each group was measured at three-time points before,after modeling and after moxibustion treatment.The contents of serum MIF,corticosterone(CORT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay;and the contents of synovial MIF were detected by Western blot.Hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining method was used to observe the pathological changes of synovial tissue under a section light microscope,and pathological scoring was performed according to the grading standard of the degree of synovial tissue disease.RESULTS:Moxibustion was found to reduce the level of MIF and alleviate inflammation in RA rats in this study.In addition,after inhibiting the expression of MIF,the level of CORT increased,and the level of TNF-α decreased.Treating RA rats with inhibited MIF by moxibustion,the level of CORT was almost unchanged,but the level of TNF-α further decreased.The correlation analysis data suggested that MIF was positively related to the expression of TNF-α and negatively correlated with the expression of CORT.CONCLUSION:Reducing MIF to increase CORT and decrease TNF-α by moxibustion

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Biling Weitong Granules Combined with Trimethoprim and Vonoprazan in The Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of Biling Weitong Granules(BLWTG)combined with trimethoprim and vonoprazan in treating reflux esophagitis.Methods:Sixty patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received only the combination treatment of trimethoprim and vonoprazan,while the experimental group was treated with BLWTG based on the control group.The acid reflux and heartburn symptom scores,quality-of-life scores,clinical efficacy,Chinese medicine symptom incidences,and the occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the acid reflux and heartburn symptom scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those of the treatment control group,and the quality-of-life scores were higher than those of the treatment control group(P0.05).Conclusion:BLWTG combined with trimethoprim and vonoprazan was safe and reliable in treating reflux esophagitis,effectively relieving the symptoms and improving its clinical efficacy.This treatment is worthy of popularization.

当今产品创意设计已由B2C(Business-to-Customer)向C2B(Customer-to-Business)转型,消费者参与度提升成为了企业的增长点。消费者参与有利于提高其参与感和对品牌的认可度,并能辅助企业人员完成创意探索、迭代过程。但当前消费者群体参与不够深入,且其碎片化创意元素无法有效捕捉利用。针对该问题,提出了一种融合消费者群体创造的产品创意设计方法,旨在促进消费者群体持续参与到产品创意设计过程中,辅助企业人员灵活捕捉并运用群体多元灵感来优化设计方案。首先,分析了群体创造在创意设计过程中的应用,建立了融合消费者群体创造的产品创意设计过程模型;然后运用文本挖掘和基于粗数的TOPSIS方法,研究了基于群体灵感的创意元素量化与识别方法以及基于群体评价的创意方案推演与优化方法,并在此基础上开发了融合消费者群体创造的产品创意设计系统。以桌面加湿器的设计为例,验证了所述方法的可行性与有效性。结果表明,所提出的方法能够有效拓展企业人员创意探索空间,提高消费者群体参与感。

目的在人工智能时代知识生产范式变革背景下提出了中国设计观的理论体系。方法从知识生产范式在人工智能时代的变革和我国设计发展变迁的角度出发,分析了新时代中国设计观建构的必要性。结果提出了中国设计观这一理论体系,明确了中国设计观的概念、特征,从本体层(中国设计观体系构建的理论基石)、行为层(中国传统文脉中的设计符号表达与当代转译)、战略层(中国设计观的价值传播)三个层次对中国设计观进行了深入剖析。结论中国设计观是一套富有中国风格、中国气派的设计话语体系,既符合当前知识生产范式变革的需求,又是推进文化强国建设的重要环节,对讲好中国故事、做强世界产品、传扬中国设计具有重要的现实意义。

目的对大型医疗设备充分利用,提升医院公益性、医疗效率,有效监管大型设备的使用状况和效率。方法通过建立基于物联网技术下的新型大型设备云管理平台实时监控设备使用情况和使用效率,管理员在云平台直接对设备效益进行综合分析,最大限度提升设备使用效率。结果通过物联网云平台对大型医疗设备的使用管理,直观分析设备的工作量、效率、患者感受,显著提高医院对大型设备的监管程度,提高设备使用效率,减少患者等候时间。结论通过物联网技术支持的大型设备云管理平台有效提升了医院的医疗效率,合理对患者进行分流、减少就诊等待时间,落实社会公益性,同时为医院未来信息化发展打下扎实基础。

Deep brain-machine interfaces:sensing and modulating the human deep brain

Different from conventional brain-machine interfaces that focus more on decoding the cerebral cortex,deep brain-machine interfaces enable interactions between external machines and deep brain structures.They sense and modulate deep brain neural activities,aiming at function restoration,device control and therapeutic improvements.In this article,we provide an overview of multiple deep brain recording and stimulation techniques that can serve as deep brain-machine interfaces.We highlight two widely used interface technologies,namely deep brain stimulation and stereotactic electroencephalography,for technical trends,clinical applications and brain connectivity research.We discuss the potential to develop closed-loop deep brain-machine interfaces and achieve more effective and applicable systems for the treatment of neurological and psychiatric disorders.

Lithium-plasmon-based low-powered dynamic color display

Display and power supply have been two essential and independent cornerstones of modern electronics.Here,we report a lithium-plasmon-based low-powered dynamic color display with intrinsic dual functionality（plasmonic display and energy recycling unit） which is a result of the electric-field-driven transformation of nanostructured lithium metals.Dynamic color displays are enabled by plasmonic transformation through electrodeposition（electrostripping） of lithium metals during the charging（discharging） process,while the consumed energy for coloring can be retrieved in the inverse process respectively.Energy recycling of lithium metals brings energy consumption down to 0.390 mW cm-2(0.105 mW cm-2) for the active（static） coloration state of a pro of-of-concept display/battery device,which approaches nearly-zero-energy-consumption in the near-100%-energy-efficiency limit of commercial lithium batteries.Combining the subwavelength feature of plasmonics with effective energy recycling,the lithium-plasmon-based dynamic display offers a promising route towards next-generation integrated photonic devices,with the intriguing advantages of low energy consumption,a small footprint and high resolution.

Alleviating experimental pulmonary hypertension via co-delivering FoxO1 stimulus and apoptosis activator to hyperproliferating pulmonary arteries

Pulmonary hypertension(PH)is an insidious pulmonary vasculopathy with high mortality and morbidity and its underlying pathogenesis is still poorly delineated.The hyperproliferation and apoptosis resistance of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells(PASMCs)contributes to pulmonary vascular remodeling in pulmonary hypertension,which is closely linked to the downregulation of forkhead box transcriptional factor O1(FoxO1)and apoptotic protein caspase 3(Cas-3).Here,PA-targeted co-delivery of a FoxO1 stimulus(paclitaxel,PTX)and Cas-3 was exploited to alleviate monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension.The co-delivery system is prepared by loading the active protein on paclitaxel-crystal nanoparticles,followed by a glucuronic acid coating to target the glucose transporter-1 on the PASMCs.The co-loaded system(170 nm)circulates in the blood over time,accumulates in the lung,effectively targets the PAs,and profoundly regresses the remodeling of pulmonary arteries and improves hemodynamics,leading to a decrease in pulmonary arterial pressure and Fulton's index.Our mechanistic studies suggest that the targeted co-delivery system alleviates experimental pulmonary hypertension primarily via the regression of PASMC proliferation by inhibiting cell cycle progression and promoting apoptosis.Taken together,this targeted co-delivery approach offers a promising avenue to target PAs and cure the intractable vasculopathy in pulmonary hypertension.

Effects of BN on the Mechanical and Thermal Properties of PP/BN Composites

In order to explore the thermal conductivity of polypropylene(PP)/hexagonal boron nitride(BN) composites,PP composites filled with different proportions of BN were prepared through extrution compounding,injection moulding and compression moulding.The composites were filled with BN particles of 5 and 20 μm respectively,and their mass fractions in composites were considered.Percentage of BN was varied from 0 to 25wt% in steps of 5wt%.The effects of BN filler on mechanical properties of the composites were evaluated.The thermal behaviors were studied using DSC and TGA,and the thermal conductivity was also investigated by Laser Flash Device and the Model of 3D Heat Conduction respectively.The experimental results show that impact strength of PP/BN can be enhanced with the addition of BN,but that composites exhibit lower breaking elongation & tensile strength when compared to unfilled ones.It is found that mass fraction of BN influenced the final thermal stability and degree of crystallization of PP matrix,the degree of crystallization of PP with 15wt% of 20 μm BN can be improved by 25% than neat PP.Meanwhile,crystallization temperatures of PP composites are elevated by about 10 ℃.The thermal conductivity results demonstrate that the maximum value of the thermal conductivity is achieved from PP/BN with 20wt% of 20 μm BN,higher than that of pure PP by 95.65%,close to the simulation one.

Recognition of wood surface defects with near infrared spectroscopy and machine vision

To improve the accuracy in recognizing defects on wood surfaces,a method fusing near infrared spectroscopy(NIR)and machine vision was examined.Larix gmelinii was selected as the raw material,and the experiments focused on the ability of the model to sort defects into four types:live knots,dead knots,pinholes,and cracks.Sample images were taken using an industrial camera,and a morphological algorithm was applied to locate the position of the defects.A portable near infrared spectrometer(900–1800 nm)collected the spectra of these positions.In addition,principal component analysis was utilized on these variables from spectral information and principal component vectors were extracted as the inputs of the model.The results show that a back propagation neural network model exhibited better discrimination accuracy of 92.7%for the training set and 92.0%for the test set.The research reveals that the NIR fusing machine vision is a feasible tool for detecting defects on board surfaces.
