Trace Element Mobility in Subducted Marble and Associated Eclogite:Constraints from UHP Rocks in the Shuanghe Area,Central-East China

In order to decipher element mobility in UHP meta-sedimentary rocks in the continental subduction zone,major and trace element compositions are investigated for a continuous profile from a representative UHP region in the Dabie Mountains.Among the lithologic contact zone,contents of K,Ca,LREE,and LILE exhibit varying degrees of downward trends in both marble and eclogite toward the contact zone,indicating that marble and their associated eclogite can release a large amount of K,Ca,and a small number of LILEs and LREEs.Titanite is the main Ti phase in both marble and eclogite.Titanite rims around rutile can occasionally be seen in eclogite.Contents of Ti and HFSE exhibit a well-coupled relation among marble and eclogite,indicating that substantial Ti and HFSEs were migrated from eclogite to marble,in accord with the capacity of a melt medium.Rutiles and titanites in marble exhibit a relatively limited variation in Nb/Ta ratios(12.9-16.2),similar to those of titanites in eclogite(14.2-16.7),which demonstrates that rutiles and titanites in marble were sourced from eclogite because of short-distance migrations of Ti and HFSEs.According to the P-T path and the temperature and pressure conditions of the peak metamorphism reported by previous studies,the eclogite associated with marble may not form supercritical fluids in the subduction zone because of the addition of carbonate minerals.

Effect of titanium on the wettability between Fe-P-Ti alloy and Al2O3 substrate

It is of significance that the wettability between the molten alloy and the Al2O3affects the inclusion removal,nozzle clogging and refractory erosion. In the present work, the wettability between the Al2O3substrate and Fe–P–Ti alloys with different Ti content was investigated by using the sessile droplets method. The interfacial characteristics were investigated by scanning electron microscope（SEM）. The contact angles between the sintered Al2O3substrate and Fe–P–Ti alloys with 0, 0.05, 0.10 and 0.15 wt% Ti are 100.1°, 97.3°, 94.5°and 90.5°,respectively. The oxidation of [Al] and [Ti] in the molten alloys leads to the formation of the oxides on the droplets. With the increase of Ti content in the Fe–P–Ti alloys, the formed oxides change from Al2O3to Ticontaining oxides. The reaction between [Ti] and Al2O3substrate in the interface results in the formation of Ti-containing oxides. The quantity of the interfacial oxides increases with the increase of Ti content in the alloys.As a result, the synergetic effect of the formation of the interfacial products and the oxides on the surface of droplets leads to the decrease of the contact angles between the Al2O3substrate and Fe–P–Ti alloys due to the increase of Ti content.

Liposomes are one of the significant classes of antitumor nanomaterials and the most successful nanomedicine drugs in clinical translation. However, it is difficult to accurately reveal liposome delivery modes and drug release rates at different p H values to assess the biodistribution and drug delivery pathways in vivo. Here, we established a strategy to integrate Bi-doped carbon quantum dots(CQDs)with liposomes to produce fluorescence visualization and therapeutic effects, namely lipo/Bi-doped CQDs.Lipo/Bi-doped CQDs show good water solubility and physicochemical properties, which can be used for in vitro labeling of colon cancer(CT26) cells and in vivo imaging localization tracking tumors for monitoring. Simultaneously, thanks to the excellent p H sensitivity and ion doping characteristic of Bi-doped CQDs, lipo/Bi-doped CQDs can be used to reveal the drug release rate of liposomes at different p H values and exhibit potential effects in vivo antitumor therapy.

Three-dimensional temperature reconstruction of diffusion flame from the light-field convolution imaging by the focused plenoptic camera

The plenoptic imaging technique provides a promising approach to the non-invasive three-dimensional measurement, especially for the high-temperature combustion diagnosis. We establish a light-field convolution imaging model for diffusion flame in this work, considering the radiation transfer process inside the diffusion flame and the light transfer process inside the focused plenoptic camera together. The radiation transfer process is described by the radiation transfer equation and solved by the generalized source multi-flux method. Wave optics theory is adopted to describe the light transfer process, combining Fresnel diffraction and the phase conversion of the lens. The flame light-field image is obtained by the light-field convolution imaging model and adopted as the measurement signal to reconstruct three-dimensional temperature field. The inverse problem of temperature reconstruction is solved by the least square QR decomposition method. The simulative temperature reconstruction work is conducted, including the inverse analysis, the uncertainty analysis, and the measurement noise influence. All the results show that the proposed measurement method is available to reconstruct three-dimensional temperature with satisfactory accuracy and acceptable uncertainty. Both symmetric and asymmetric distributed temperature fields are investigated, and the reconstructed results prove the validity and universality of the measurement method.

AstragalosideⅣameliorates insulin induced insulin resistance in HepG2 cells through reactive oxygen species mediated c-Jun N-terminal kinase pathway

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects and elucidate the mechanism of Astragaloside IV(AS-IV)for insulin resistance(IR)and type 2 diabet es mellitus(T2DM).METHODS:CCK8 kit was used to detect cell viability,glucose detection kit was used to detect the concentration of glucose in cell supernatant,reactive oxygen species(ROS)detection kit and Western blot were used to explore the mechanism of Astragaloside IV(AS-IV)in improving IR.A diabetic rat model was also established by feeding high sugar and fat diet and streptozotocin(STZ)injection.After treatment with AS-IV,rosiglitazone(ROZ),or normal saline,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),C peptide(C-P),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and the glucose tolerance were assessed.RESULTS:AS-IV could effectively reduce the content of ROS and increase the glucose uptake in high insulintreated IR-type HepG 2 cells.The results of molecular mechanisms indicated that AS-IV could improve insulin resistance by reducing JNK phosphorylation and regulating c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)downstream protein expression.Additionally,AS-IV could significantly reduce the levels of FBG,TNF-α,IL-6 and the glucose tolerance in diabetic rats(P<0.05 or<0.01).The high and medium dose groups of AS-IV could significantly increase the C-P levels in diabetic rats(P<0.05 or<0.01).CONCLUSIONS:Our results indicated that AS-IV improve liver IR through the JNK pathway and ROS,which meant a new molecular target for the treatment of diabetes.The AS-IV also helped to prevent and improved the insulin resistance of rats.

不同于西方家庭现代化的理论预设,中国亲属关系作为一种传统要素在现代化进程中以另外一种形式再现。当代青年断亲现象反映了转型期中国个体与家庭关系从脱嵌到再嵌的动态演变过程,以及在这个过程中呈现出的家庭化个体的生活模式。这既是中国人对婚姻家庭制度本身的生活期待和自主选择,也暗含着中国人对家庭主义文化的工具性利用,而家庭主义文化的实用性策略是形成中国亲属关系脱嵌后再嵌的更重要因素。这不仅展现了中国家庭亲属关系弹性伸缩的文化特质,也体现了中国个体化进程中人们重新嵌入社会的一种努力。鉴于现代化过程中家庭的变动及其自身的风险性,无论是国家还是个体都要看到家庭化个体的生活模式仅仅是“压缩的现代性”下中国人防御现代化变迁的一种能动适应和权宜之计。

中国现代化的推进为青年提供了前所未有的发展机遇,形成奋斗青年的时代形象,但是在日常的社会观察中却可以看到社会变迁中的奋斗青年较为明显地展现出泛抑郁的社会心态。文章以晚期现代性为理论视角,发现生活变动的本体焦虑、生产效率的成功塑造、家庭义务的沉重负担、公德式微的社会迷失,致使青年在个体、职场、家庭、社会等维度发生着现代性抑郁。在外部渠道不足的条件下,中国青年从自我视角出发,通过重塑自我行动和重构家庭模式,不仅阻隔了泛抑郁心态向抑郁症的转变,也展现了晚期现代性中行动者的主体性、家庭重构的个体性与情感性。

The Neoproterozoic evolution of the Jiangnan Orogen is important for understanding the tectonic history of South China.As a volcanic-sedimentary sequence developed in the Nanhua rift,the Banxi Group preserves the records of important magmatic and tectonic events linked to the assembly and breakup of the Rodinia supercontinent.In this study,we report the results from whole-rock major-and trace-element concentrations,with zircon LA-(MC)-ICP-MS U-Pb ages,trace elements and Lu-Hf isotopic compositions of sandstones from the Banxi Group.The rocks are characterized by high SiO_(2)(65.88%–82.76%,with an average of 75.50%)contents,moderate(Fe_(2)O_(3)^(T)+MgO)(1.81%–7.78%,mean:3.79%)and TiO_(2)(0.39%–0.54%,mean:0.48%),low K_(2)O/Na_(2)O(0.03–0.40,mean:0.10)ratios and low Al_2O_(3)/SiO_(2)(0.11–0.24,mean:0.15)ratios.The sandstones have highΣREE contents(mean:179.1 ppm),with chondrite-normalized REE patterns similar to the upper crust and PAAS,showing enriched LREE((La/Yb)_N mean:14.85),sub-horizontal HREE curves and mild Eu(Eu/Eu^(*):0.75–0.89,mean:0.81)negative anomalies.Their geochemical characteristics resemble those of passive continental margin sandstones.Most of the zircons are magmatic in origin and yield a U-Pb age distribution with three peaks:a major age peak at 805 Ma and two subordinate age peaks at 1990 Ma and 2470 Ma,implying three major magmatic sources.The Neoproterozoic zircons haveε_(Hf)(t)values ranging from-47.4 to 12.4(mostly-20 to 0),suggesting a mixture of some juvenile arc-derived material and middle Paleoproterozoic heterogeneous crustal sources.The Hf model ages of middle Paleoproterozoic zircons(~1990 Ma)with negativeε_(Hf)(t)values(-12.65 to-6.21,Ave.=-9.8)concentrated around the Meso-Paleoarchean(mean T_(DM)^(C)=3.3–3.1 Ga).For late Neoarchean detrital zircons(~2470 Ma),ε_(Hf)(t)values are divided into two groups,one with negative values(-9.16 to-0.6)with model ages of 3.5–2.9 Ga,the other featuring positive values(1.0 to 3.9)with model ages of 2.9–2.7 Ga,recording a crustal growth event at~2.

社会转型中的私人生活变迁——基于当代青年婚前性行为的生活实践分析

伴随中国社会制度、文化观念的现代化转型,新一代中国人的婚恋观念和行为正经历着多方面的转变,当前青年婚前性行为在中国社会日益呈现出自由化、公开化、普遍化的倾向。文章采用主体性建构的方法论,通过长期田野调查,寻找不同类型的典型个案,展现中国青年婚前性行为的生活实践,并且以小见大地窥探传统文化要素在中国家庭私人化转型中被挑战、保留和重塑的过程。研究发现,在一个被高度“压缩”的现代化转型过程中,青年婚前性行为的生活实践既有浪漫之爱的现代变革,也有追求承诺专一受责任伦理的影响。这说明,中国传统的家庭观念和生活方式的影响尚未消除,现代乃至后现代的家庭观念和生活方式却已经生长出来,从而形成了兼具传统要素和现代生活的家庭私人化转型。面对当前中国青年私人生活转型的困境,要通过国家引领的方式建立私人生活的公共性,培育青年的“自我负责精神”,既满足个体化时代青年对自我诉求的追求,同时也鼓励青年对自身选择结果负责任,从而实现中国语境下个体、家庭与社会的协调发展。

设计了一种基于机器视觉的异物识别系统,并应用于主运输带式输送机的保护中。使用YOLOv5s作为深度学习模型,将训练完成的模型部署至边缘计算模块中;由工业级本安相机获取实时视频,并传入边缘计算模块中对煤流中的异物进行识别,最终只对外传输识别结果;当检测到的异物危险等级较高时会向协同控制器发送报警信号,由协同控制器对具体的单机控制器下发停机指令;同时将处理后的实时视频和报警信息上传至管控平台显示。基于机器视觉的异物识别提高了当前主运输带式输送机保护的智能性,稳定性和可靠性。
