南宋医学家许叔微所撰《伤寒九十论》是我国现存最早的医案专著,《类证普济本事方》和《类证普济本事方续集》是宋代方书附案的代表性著作。三部医书共载医案236例,其中伤寒病医案124例,杂病医案112例,充分反映了许叔微对伤寒病和杂病的重视与防治。许氏医案不仅连续、完整记录了病人的病情变化、诊疗经过、处方用药和治疗效果,而且还揭示了许叔微临证实践的经验、病因病机的解释、方剂用药的创新和医学学术思想的演变等,对于认识中医辨证论治诊疗模式的发展具有积极的借鉴意义。

Groundwater is an important source of drinking *** pollution severely endangers drinking water safety and sustainable social *** the case of groundwater pollution,the top priority is to identify pollution sources,and accurate information on pollution sources is the premise of efficient ***,an appropriate pollution remediation scheme should be developed according to information on pollution sources,site conditions,and economic *** methods for identifying pollution sources mainly include geophysical exploration,geochemistry,isotopic tracing,and numerical *** these identification methods,only the numerical modeling can recognize various information on pollution sources,while other methods can only identify a certain aspect of pollution *** remediation technologies of groundwater can be divided into in-situ and ex-situ remediation technologies according to the remediation *** in-situ remediation technologies enjoy low costs and a wide remediation range,but their remediation performance is prone to be affected by environmental conditions and cause secondary *** ex-situ remediation technologies boast high remediation efficiency,high processing capacity,and high treatment concentration but suffer high *** methods for pollution source identification and remediation technologies are applicable to different *** achieve the expected identification and remediation results,it is feasible to combine several methods and technologies according to the actual hydrogeological conditions of contaminated sites and the nature of ***,detailed knowledge about the hydrogeological conditions and stratigraphic structure of the contaminated site is the basis of all work regardless of the adopted identification methods or remediation technologies.

Cartilage is well lubricated over a lifetime and this phenomenon is attributed to both of the surface hydration lubrication and the matrix load-bearing *** hydrogels with a layered structure are designed to mimic cartilage as potential *** many studies have concentrated on improving surface hydration to reduce friction,few have experimentally detected the relationship between load-bearing capacity of hydrogels and their interface friction *** this work,a bilayer hydrogel,serving as a cartilage prototype consisted of a top thick hydrated polymer brush layer and a bottom hydrogel matrix with tunable modulus was designed to investigate this *** coefficient of friction(COF,μ)is defined as the sum of interfacial component(μInt)and deformation/hysteresis component(μHyst).The presence of the top hydration layer effectively dissipates contact stress and reduces the interface interaction(μInt),leading to a stable and low *** contribution of mechanical deformation(μHyst)during the sliding shearing process to COF can be significantly reduced by increasing the local mechanical modulus,thereby enhancing the load-bearing *** results show that the strategy of coupling surface hydration layer with a high load-bearing matrix can indeed enhance the lubrication performance of hydrogel cartilage prototypes,and implies a promising routine for designing robust soft matter lubrication system and friction-control devices.

A novel method for calculating broadband electrical performance of high-speed aircraft radome under thermo-mechanical-electrical coupling

The electrical performance of radomes on high-speed aircraft can be influenced by the thermal and mechanical loads produced during high-speed flight,which can affect the detection dis-tance and accuracy of the guidance *** paper presents a new method that uses the Finite Difference Time Domain(FDTD)method to calculate the electrical performance of radomes under Thermo-Mechanical-Electrical(TME)*** method can accurately characterize the effects of material dielectric temperature drift and structural deformation on the electrical performance of the radome under flight conditions,enabling high-precision full-wave calculations of the broadband electrical performance of the *** method initiates by utilizing a Finite Element Grid Model(FE-GM)of the radome to sequentially acquire the radome's response temperature field and structural deformation field through thermal and mechanical ***,spatial mapping techniques are developed to accurately incorporate the dielectric temperature drift and structural deformation of the radome into its Yee grid Electromagnetic(EM)simulation model.A verification case was designed to test the proposed method,and the results confirmed its high computational ***,the effectiveness and necessity of the method were further demonstrated by analyzing the electrical performance of a fused silica ceramic radome used on a high-speed aircraft.

There is a large surface-groundwater exchange downstream ofwastewater treatment plants(WWTPs),and antibiotics upstream may influence sites downstream of ***,samples from 9 effluent-receiving urban rivers(ERURs)and 12 groundwater sites were collected in Shijiazhuang City in December 2020 and April *** ERURs,8 out of 13 target quinolone antibiotics(QNs)were detected,and the total concentration of QNs in December and April were 100.6-4,398 ng/L and 8.02–2,476 ng/L,*** groundwater,all target QNs were detected,and the total QNs concentration was 1.09–23.03 ng/L for December and 4.54–170.3 ng/L for *** distribution of QNs was dissimilar between ERURs and *** QN concentrations were weakly correlated with land use types in the *** results of a positive matrix factorization model(PMF)indicated four potential sources of QNs in both ERURs and groundwater,and WWTP effluents were the main source of *** December to April,the contribution of WWTP effluents and agricultural emissions increased,while livestock activities *** value decomposition(SVD)results showed that the spatial variation of most QNs was mainly contributed by sites downstream(7.09%-88.86%)of ***,a new method that combined the results of SVD and PMF was developed for a specific-source-site risk quotient(SRQ),and the SRQ for QNs was at high level,especially for the sites downstream of *** temporal variation,the SRQ for WWTP effluents,aquaculture,and agricultural emissions ***,in order to control the antibiotic pollution,more attention should be paid to WWTP effluents,aquaculture,and agricultural emission sources for the benefit of sites downstream of WWTPs.

The service life of a blast furnace depends largely on the degree of damage to the carbon brick in the *** brick and ramming material in the hearth of a 1780 m3 blast furnace after shutdown were sampled and *** was found that the substances in the cracks of the carbon brick near and above the taphole were ZnO and Zn_(2)SiO_(4),whereas the substances in the cracks of the carbon brick below the taphole were *** reaction of Zn with CO,SiO_(2),and Fes generates ZnO,Zn_(2)SiO_(4),and ZnS,resulting in volume expansion,which is an important reason for the cracking of carbon ***,several obvious Zn vapor flow channels were found in the ramming material,through which Zn vapor could enter the carbon brick,causing damage to the carbon *** the compactness of the ramming material is beneficial to preventing Zn vapor from entering the carbon brick through the voids in the ramming material,reducing the destructive effect of Zn on the carbon brick and further extending the service life of the blast furnace.

Electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR) is a key process for producing energy efficient and environment friendly ammonia. boron-doped two-dimensional materials are highly promising as NRR ***, the interaction between doped boron and matrix materials on NRR catalytic performance is still unclear,which is limiting the development of catalysts containing boron for NRR. Here, NRR on different boron-doped twodimensional(2D) materials was explored by first principle theory. It is found that adsorption energy of intermediate*NNH(E*NNH) can be used as a descriptor to characterize the catalytic activity for NRR. boron-adsorbed black phosphorus(B-BP) is demonstrated showing excellent NRR catalytic activity and suppressing hydrogen evolution reaction. It is disclosed that the excellent catalytic performance of boron-doped structures comes from a proper quantitatively electron transfer(0.8e) between nitrogen in*NNH and the active site boron atom. This work not only established a descriptor for NRR catalytic activity on B-doped 2D materials, but also screened out a potential NRR catalyst. More importantly, the intrinsic reason and mechanism of high catalytic activity of boron-doped structures were proposed. This work provides a design principle for exploring high-performance NRR electrocatalysts containing boron.

Acute pancreatitis is a common systemic inflammatory disease, manifested by a spectrum of severity, ranging from mild in the majority of patients to severe acute pancreatitis. Patients with severe acute pancreatitis suffer from severe local and systemic complications and organ failure, leading to a poor prognosis. The early recognition of the severe condition is important to improve prognosis. Obesity has risen in tandem with an increase in the severity of acute pancreatitis in recent years. Studies have revealed that adipose tissue, particularly visceral adipose tissue is associated with the prognosis of acute pancreatitis. This review discussed the role of visceral adipose tissue in obese patients with acute pancreatitis and explored the possible mechanism involved.

Climate models are vital for understanding and projecting global climate change and its associated ***,these models suffer from biases that limit their accuracy in historical simulations and the trustworthiness of future *** these challenges requires addressing internal variability,hindering the direct alignment between model simulations and observations,and thwarting conventional supervised learning ***,we employ an unsupervised Cycle-consistent Generative Adversarial Network(CycleGAN),to correct daily Sea Surface Temperature(SST)simulations from the Community Earth System Model 2(CESM2).Our results reveal that the CycleGAN not only corrects climatological biases but also improves the simulation of major dynamic modes including the El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)and the Indian Ocean Dipole mode,as well as SST ***,it substantially corrects climatological SST biases,decreasing the globally averaged Root-Mean-Square Error(RMSE)by 58%.Intriguingly,the CycleGAN effectively addresses the well-known excessive westward bias in ENSO SST anomalies,a common issue in climate models that traditional methods,like quantile mapping,struggle to ***,it substantially improves the simulation of SST extremes,raising the pattern correlation coefficient(PCC)from 0.56 to 0.88 and lowering the RMSE from 0.5 to *** enhancement is attributed to better representations of interannual,intraseasonal,and synoptic scales *** study offers a novel approach to correct global SST simulations and underscores its effectiveness across different time scales and primary dynamical modes.
