The coupled atmosphere-ocean general circulation models (CGCM) are nowbecoming the indispensable tools for the climate study. However, most models still suffer fromunrealistic simulations. One problem is the troublesome climate drift. It may come from someunresolved aspects. One possibility is the poor air-sea surface flux description now adopted inCGCM. The commonly used solution for this problem is the so-called flux correction. To deal with it,Hasslemann proposed an alternative solution of prospect. That is to incorporate the ocean surfacewave model into this coupled GCM system so as to establish a coupled atmosphere-wave-ocean *** necessity is clearly seen from the recent field experiment that air-sea momentum flux dependsstrongly on the sea state. So the explicit calculation of the air-sea flux with the aid of the oceansurface wave model is highly desired. Theoretical progress has provided feasibility to such ideaand experiments have been conducted. Recent work also reveals that coupling ocean surface wave modelwith oceanic general circulation model can result in much better reproduction of the upper oceanthermal structure. This further strengthens our belief in the final realization of the coupledatmosphere-wave-ocean modeling system.

基于1992～2001年卫星高度计资料分析了海面高度距平在厄尔尼诺/拉尼娜(ElNi o/LaNi a)现象中的演变过程,发现:(1)在ElNi o过程中,海面高度正距平信号从西太平洋沿赤道海域向东传播至东海岸,然后分成南北两支,北支在10°N附近从东太平洋传回西太平洋的信号最强,到达西太沿岸海域再传回赤道,表明ElNi o信号传播在北半球存在一明显循环回路.赤道以南循环圈不及赤道以北环路清晰.东太平洋的季节变化信号主要通过6°N,10°N和8°S附近的3.通道向西太平洋传播.LaNi a信号主要从5°N和7°S向西传播;(2)在大洋海盆尺度快速传播信号背景下,存在波长700～800km的慢速传播信号,两类信号将信息在太平洋内传送.传播速度分析表明,慢速传播信号的相速与Rossby波相速相符,而快速传播信号应该是海洋对大气变异的响应.

Background:The initial randomized,double-blinded,actively controlled,phase III ANEAS study(NCT03.4.768)demonstrated that aumolertinib showed superior efficacy relative to gefitinib as first-line therapy in epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Metastatic disease in the central nervous system(CNS)remains a challenge in the management of *** study aimed to compare the efficacy of aumolertinib versus gefitinib among patients with baseline CNS metastases in the ANEAS ***:Eligible patients were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to orally receive either aumolertinib or gefitinib in a double-blinded *** with asymptomatic,stable CNS metastases were ***-up imaging of the same modality as the initial CNS imaging was performed every 6 weeks for 15 months,then every *** responsewas assessed by a neuroradiological blinded,independent central review(neuroradiological-BICR).The primary endpoint for this subgroup analysis was CNS progression-free survival(PFS).Results:Of the 4.9 patients enrolled and randomized in the ANEAS study,106 patients were found to have CNS metastases(CNS Full Analysis Set,cFAS)at baseline by neuroradiological-BICR,and 60 of them had CNS target lesions(CNS Evaluable for Response,cEFR).Treatment with aumolertinib significantly prolonged median CNS PFS compared with gefitinib in both cFAS(29.0 vs.8.3.months;hazard ratio[HR]=0.3.;95%confidence interval[CI],0.17-0.56;P3.months;HR=0.26;95%CI,0.11-0.57;Plity of CNS progression without prior non-CNS progression or death was consistently lower with aumolertinib than with gefitinib in patients with and without CNSmetastases at *** new safety findings were ***:The

2017~2022年环渤海地区代表性城市臭氧时空分布特征及气象条件的影响

近年来环渤海地区城市环境空气臭氧(O_(3.)污染问题引起广泛关注.在对2017~2022年环渤海地区代表性城市东营市O_(3.浓度时空分布特征进行分析的基础上,评估了气象因素及海陆风环流对O_(3.浓度的影响.结果表明:(1)2017~2022年,东营市O_(3...

近年来环渤海地区城市环境空气臭氧(O_(3.)污染问题引起广泛关注.在对2017~2022年环渤海地区代表性城市东营市O_(3.浓度时空分布特征进行分析的基础上,评估了气象因素及海陆风环流对O_(3.浓度的影响.结果表明:(1)2017~2022年,东营市O_(3.年评价值呈波动上升趋势,以O_(3.为首要污染物的污染天数增加.O_(3.污染主要出现在春夏秋三季,其中5~6月最为严重,且O_(3.污染季持续时间变长.O_(3.浓度日最大8 h滑动平均值(MDA8 O_(3.)的月际变化呈双峰分布,第5和25百分位数增加明显,空间分布呈现“南北高,中部低”的特征.此外,近年来东营市夜间O_(3.浓度也表现出明显增加的趋势.(2)气象因素对东营市O_(3.浓度变化有较大影响.在温度>3.℃、相对湿度3.高值.研究期间东营市气象因素贡献了MDA8 O_(3.变化的3.%;在O_(3.中度污染与重度污染的情况下,气象因素对MDA8 O_(3.变化的贡献率可高达4.%.(3.海陆风对O_(3.超标日的发生具有一定贡献.海陆风日午后O_(3.浓度比非海陆风日高20μg·m^(-3.左右.在O_(3.中度及重度污染日,海陆风日10:00~16:00的O_(3.浓度比非海陆风日O_(3.浓度高,且20:00~23.00 O_(3.浓度也处于较高水平.可见海陆风能够显著影响沿海地区城市O_(3.浓度,为该地区的O_(3.污染防控带来极大的挑战.建议未来环渤海地区城市进一步加强区域O_(3.污染联防联控联治,加大氮氧化物和挥发性有机物的减排力度,以减少陆风气团中污染物浓度,从而降低海风气团对环渤海地区城市空气质量的影响.

Geochemical and Zircon Hf-O Isotopic Constraints on the Origin of Wulian A-Type Granite in Shandong Peninsula,Eastern China

Early Cretaceous A-type granitic plutons are widely distributed in Shandong Peninsula,which are of great significance to understanding the regional tectonic *** we report geochemical characteristics,geochronological results,and zircon Hf-O isotope compositions of Wulian granites to reveal its origin and geological *** granites share most characteristics of the A_(2)-type *** U-Pb LA-ICPMS analysis for Wulian A-type granites yields average age of 116.6±2.1 *** O isotope values range from 4.20‰to 5.57‰,and these values are marginally identical to or slightly lower than those of mantle zircon(5.3.±0.3.).Zirconε_(Hf)(t)values(-26.1--23.5)indicate an enriched *** zircon Hf-O isotope compositions indicate that the source region of Wulian granites involves the components of ancient oceanic *** from Wulian granites have the lower chlorine(0.06 wt.%-0.15 wt.%)and higher fluorine contents(2.11 wt.%-2.4. wt.%)compared with Haiyang pluton,together with their high(La/Gd)_(N),(La/Yd)_(N) and low(Gd/Yb)_(N) ratios and high oxygen state magma reflected from zircon,signifying that slab derived component was added into the overlying mantle region through fluid/*** geochemical characteristics of Wulian granites could be explained by the ridge(between the Izanagi and Pacific plates)subduction model,which began to influence the tectonic evolution of the Xuhuai region and Shandong Peninsula since~13.±5 *** following slab window between two plates plausibly explains regional extension,resulting in hot magma upwelling and the formation of the A-type granite *** the Lower Yangtze River belt and Shandong Peninsula A-type granite proves the northward movement of the ridge between the Pacific Plate and Izanagi Plate.

为实现甲壳类原料的高效降解与N-乙酰氨基寡糖的绿色制备,本研究以青岛近海土壤中筛选的菌株YS-54.材料,使用60%硫酸铵沉淀、Sephadex G-100凝胶过滤层析制备几丁质酶;对几丁质酶的最适温度、最适pH、底物偏好性等性质进行表征;使用质谱技术确认了酶解产物的聚合度。结果表明,菌株YS-54.Aeromonas属,该菌株来源几丁质酶比活力为23.4. U/mg,分子量为63.75 kDa。几丁质酶在4.℃和pH为5.0条件下具有良好的稳定性,Ba^(2+)、Co^(2+)、Mg^(2+)与TritonX-100显著促进了几丁质酶活力(P3.)、Cu^(2+)、SDS对酶活力起抑制作用。几丁质酶对α-几丁质的比活力为7.99 U/mg,为水解胶体几丁质比活力的3..09%。几丁质酶对胶体几丁质与α-几丁质的酶解产物聚合度分别为1~4.1~3.Aeromonas ***-54.源几丁质酶在较宽的温度与pH范围内保持稳定,同时对α-几丁质具有良好的水解能力,可为甲壳类废弃物的高效综合利用提供技术支持。

The proton-proton(pp)fusion chain dominates the neutrino production in the *** uncertainty of the predicted pp neutrino flux is at the sub-percent level,whereas that of the best measurement is O(10%).In this study,for the first time,we measure solar pp neutrinos in the electron recoil energy range from 24.to 14. keV using the PandaX-4. commissioning data with 0.63.tonne×year *** pp neutrino flux is determined as(8.0±3.9(stat)±10.0(syst))×1010 s^(-1)cm^(-2),which is consistent with the Standard Solar Model and existing measurements,corresponding to an upper flux limit of 23.3.10^(10)s^(-1)cm^(-2)at 90%C.L..

Systematic studies on the changes in concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons （PHs） and their effects on fishery species in the Bohai Sea during 1974.2004.are presented. Changes in PHs concentrations were closely related to Yellow River runoff. Concentrations of PHs accumulated in fish and shrimp increased by about 0.712 mg/kg dry weight when trophic level of fish and shrimps increased by 1. Attention should also be paid to the high PHs concentrations in mollusks along the coastal waters of the Bohai Sea. Average concentration of PHs in the adjacent coastal waters of Tianjin City during 1996–2005 decreased the population growth rates of fish, crustaceans and mollusks in the Bohai Sea by 2.58%, 6.59% and 2.3.%, respectively. Therefore, PHs have significantly contributed to the decline in fisheries in the Bohai Sea, and they must be reduced to realize the sustainable fisheries.

【目的】探究膨腹海马(Hippocampus abdominalis)不同生长阶段特殊表型性状及其相关性,筛选出影响2月龄膨腹海马体质量的主要形态性状,为辅助膨腹海马形态学研究及其人工选育打下理论基础。【方法】以人工繁育的10日龄和2月龄膨腹海马为研究对象,根据需要分别测定下颌长(X1)、上颌长(X2)、吻长(X3.、眼径(X4.、眼后头长(X_(5))、头长(X_(6))、躯干长(X_(7))、尾长(X_(8))、背鳍长(X_(9))、体长(X_(10))及体质量(Y)等表型性状,运用相关分析、主成分分析比较10日龄和2月龄膨腹海马各表型性状间的相关性及主要发育方向,并以通径分析和灰色关联度分析探究2月龄膨腹海马主要形态性状对体质量的影响。【结果】除了10日龄膨腹海马的下颌长与背鳍长间的相关性不显著(P>0.05)外,2个时期其他性状间的相关系数均达显著(P3.,而头长主要通过体长间接影响体质量(0.278);构建的回归方程(Y=-1.817+0.03.X_(6)+0.029X_(10))可准确预测体质量的变化(F=127.556,P4.0.74.和0.724.不同分析方法得出的结果略有差异,但与体质量关联度较高的形态性状中均含有体长。【结论】10日龄到2月龄膨腹海马的生长从头吻部转移到躯干生长。在以体质量为目标性状选育2月龄膨腹海马时,应以体长为主要选择性状,并兼顾头长、躯干长和尾长的协同选择。
