Background Despite its prevalence, there is ongoing debate regarding the optimal management strategy for chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH), reflecting the variability in clinical presentation and treatment outcomes. This ambidirectional, nationwide, multicenter registry study aims to assess the efficacy and safety of multimodality treatment approaches for CSDH in the Chinese ***/design A multicenter cohort of CSDH patients from 59 participating hospitals in mainland China was enrolled in this study. The treatment modalities encompassed a range of options and baseline demographics, clinical characteristics, radiographic findings, and surgical techniques were documented. Clinical outcomes, including hematoma resolution, recurrence rates, neurological status, and complications, were assessed at regular intervals during treatment, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years *** Between March 2022 and August 2023, a comprehensive cohort comprising 2173 individuals who met the criterion was assembled across 59 participating clinical sites. Of those patients, 81.1% were male, exhibiting an average age of 70.12 ± 14.53 years. A historical record of trauma was documented in 48.0% of cases, while headache constituted the predominant clinical presentation in 58.1% of patients. The foremost surgical modality employed was the burr hole (61.3%), with conservative management accounting for 25.6% of cases. Notably, a favorable clinical prognosis was observed in 88.9% of CSDH patients at 3 months, and the recurrence rate was found to be 2.4%.Conclusion This registry study provides critical insights into the multimodality treatment of CSDH in China, offering a foundation for advancing clinical practices, optimizing patient management, and ultimately, improving the quality of life for individuals suffering from this challenging neurosurgical *** registration ChiCTR2200057179

中国水资源综合利用水平的地区差异与动态演进

水资源日益成为制约中国经济高质量发展的重要瓶颈。基于水质水量耦合的视角,利用中国除中国香港、澳门、台湾外的31个省(自治区、直辖市)的省级面板数据对中国水资源综合利用水平进行测度,分析地区差异及来源,并探究其时空演化规律。从区域差异特征看,全国及四大区域水资源综合利用水平呈波动上升趋势,利用水平依次为:东部>中部>东北>西部,总体呈现“自西向东不断先上升后略有下降,自南向北先上升后下降”的分布趋势;从变动情况看,绝对差异呈缩小的趋势,差异主要由地区间差异贡献,贡献率为53.72%;部分西部省区市拉低了整体的水资源综合利用水平;“邻居”水平具有正向的空间溢出效应。研究对促进我国经济社会高质量发展、提升水资源综合利用水平具有重要意义。

Low friction under ultrahigh contact pressure enabled by self-assembled fluorinated azobenzene layers

Extensive efforts have been made to pursue a low-friction state with promising applications in many fields,such as mechanical and biomedical *** which,the load capacity of the low-friction state has been considered to be crucial for industrial ***,we report a low friction under ultrahigh contact pressure by building a novel self-assembled fluorinated azobenzene layer on an atomically smooth highly-oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG)*** friction coefficients could be as low as 0.0005 or even lower under a contact pressure of up to 4 *** demonstrates that the low friction under ultrahigh contact pressure is attributed to molecular *** fluorination leads to effective and robust lubrication between the tip and the self-assembled layer and enhances tighter rigidity which can reduce the stress concentration in the substrate,which was verified by density functional theory(DFT)and molecular dynamics(MD)*** work provides a new approach to avoid the failure of ultralow friction coefficient under relatively high contact pressure,which has promising potential application value in the future.

高比例新能源接入下快速真空断路器容性开合能力提升研究

随着新能源高比例接入电力系统,尤其用户侧随机性和波动性较大的分布式光伏大容量接入10kV中压配电网并网运行,导致系统电压波动较频繁,易造成常规变电站10kV侧并联电容器组无功补偿更加频繁投切,常规无功补偿投切断路器容性开合能力已不满足要求,因此有必要开展高容性开合能力真空断路器关键技术研究及工程化样机研制。文中分析了实际三相背靠背电容器组投切工况,提出了容性开合能力提升影响因素,据此提出无功补偿快速真空断路器关键技术参数,设计了快速真空断路器同轴垂直分相操作结构并阐述工作原理。优化设计了断路器分合闸特性以适配容性开合性能,开展了高压大电流老练试验技术研究,提升了触头表面组织形貌,提高了抗熔焊能力和介质恢复速度。为进一步提高容性开合能力,结合选相技术,提出了选相关合策略,研究影响关合算法精度的影响因素,确保充分抑制关合涌流产生。依据上述研究成果,研制了12kV无功补偿用高容性电寿命快速真空断路器,并开展了型式试验验证,试验结果表明该快速真空断路器不选相和选相分别完成2轮C2级共计416次三相背靠背电容器组开合试验,试验过程中未发生重击穿现象,性能指标满足技术要求,具备工程应用条件。

风电机组采用虚拟惯量参与电网调频时,其本质是带延时的快速功率响应,但虚拟惯量延时对频率控制的非线性影响尚不清晰。同时,虚拟惯量存在测频精度要求高、延时大、频率微分环节放大量测误差等固有缺陷。为此,提出了风电机组虚拟惯量延时的影响机理模型解析及替代性研究的思路。首先,通过将风电机组虚拟惯量和下垂控制的延时特性近似等效为一阶惯性环节,建立风电调频使用虚拟惯量和下垂控制的系统频率响应模型;其次,基于劳斯近似法对高阶模型进行降阶解析,求得系统频率最低点的解析表达式;然后,解析求解风电调频仅使用下垂控制的系统频率响应模型,并在频率最低点指标下给出与虚拟惯量和下垂控制相同调频效果的下垂控制系数设定方法。进一步,在设定下垂控制参数下,对比两种控制方式下的最大频率变化率、稳态频率等关键指标关系,得出结论:适当改变下垂系数可替代带延时虚拟惯量,并能取得比虚拟惯量和下垂控制更佳的调频效果。最后,建立仿真模型,并从系统频率响应动态、调频能量需求、风电机组响应功率等方面验证了分析的正确性。
