Microgrids are increasingly participating directly in the electricity market as sellers in order to fulfill the power demand in specific regions. In this study, we consider a demand response management model for multi-microgrids and multi-users, with overlapping sales areas. We construct a Stackelberg game model of microgrids and users, and then analyze the equilibrium strategies systematically. As such, we prove that there is a unique Stackelberg equilibrium solution for the game. In equilibrium, the electricity price strategies of the microgrids and the demand strategies of the users achieve a balance. Furthermore, we propose a numerical algorithm, supported by a simulation, to compute the equilibrium solution and give the proof of convergence.

Fast and reliable localization of high-energy transients is crucial for characterizing the burst properties and guiding the follow-up *** based on the relative counts of different detectors has been widely used for all-sky gamma-ray *** are two major methods for this count distribution localization:χ^(2)minimization method and the Bayesian *** we propose a modified Bayesian method that could take advantage of both the accuracy of the Bayesian method and the simplicity of the χ^(2)*** comprehensive simulations,we find that our Bayesian method with Poisson likelihood is generally more applicable for various bursts than the χ^(2)method,especially for weak *** further proposed a location-spectrum iteration approach based on the Bayesian inference,which could alleviate the problems caused by the spectral difference between the burst and location *** method is very suitable for scenarios with limited computation resources or timesensitive applications,such as in-flight localization software,and low-latency localization for rapidly follow-up observations.

Two fishing methods including gillnetting and trawling to estimate attributes of fish assemblage were compared in Dianshan Lake from August 2009 to July 2010. Species composition dif fered significantly between the gears, with four significant contributors in gillnet catches and one in trawl catches. Trawling collected more proportions of benthic species by number and biomass than gillnetting. Size distribution was significantly influenced by fishing technique; gillnetting captured relatively less small-sized fishes and trawling captured less large-sized individuals. Trawling produced species richness closer to the one expected than gillnetting. On the whole, trawl catch was a quadratic polynomial function of gillnet catch and a significantly negative correlation was found between them, both of which varied as dif ferent polynomial functions of temperature. However, trawl and gillnet catches were significantly correlated only in one of five month groups. It is concluded that single-gear-based surveys can be misleading in assessments of attributes of fish assemblages, bottom trawling is a more ef fective gear for assessing fish diversity than benthic gillnetting, and using gillnet catches as an indicator of fish density depends on fishing season in the lake.

2008年6～8月对上海市内4条不同生态类型河道(午潮港、横港、朝阳河、曹杨环浜)的水质状况及鱼类组成进行调查。结果显示,除曹杨环浜外,所调查的其他3条河道普遍受氨氮污染,氨氮含量均超过了地表水环境标准Ⅴ类水的限值2.0mg/L;污染河道中鱼类种类极少,入侵鱼种食蚊鱼(Gambusia affinis)已成为其中的广布种。进一步选取上述调查河道中典型的氮类污染因子氨氮、亚硝酸盐作为暴露物,采用静水生物法对食蚊鱼进行96h急性毒性试验,发现食蚊鱼对氨氮的耐受性较高,24、48、72、96h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为80.00、54.81、52.78、44.58mg/L;对亚硝酸氮的耐受性相对较低,24、48、72、96h的LC50分别为9.19、7.46、6.06、5.99mg/L。由于不同鱼类对环境污染物的耐受性和适应性不同,其种类组成易受河道污染程度影响,而食蚊鱼由于其对氨氮较高的耐受性,已成为上海各污染河道中的主要鱼种,进一步探讨其适应机制,将有助于了解河道生态类型的发展趋势及演变过程。

The Humboldt squid Dosidicus gigas has a short life span, and environmental variability plays a significant role in regulating its population dynamics and distribution. An analysis of 1 096 samples of D. gigas collected by the Chinese commercial fishing vessels during 2013, 2014, and 2016 off the Peruvian Exclusive Economic Zone, was conducted to evaluate the impacts of El Nino events on the somatic condition of D. gigas. This study indicates that the slopes of all beak variables in relation to mantle length (ML) for females were greater than those of males during 2013, 2014, and 2016, and slopes of the upper crest length and the lower rostrum length significantly differed between females and males in 2013 (P0.05). The Fulton's condition coefficients (K) of females and males in 2013 and 2014 were significantly greater than those in 2016 (Pnormal years, the chlorophyll a (Chl a) concentration showed an N-shaped variability from January to December. However, in the El Nino period, it tended to weaken the upwelling coupled with warm and low Chl a concentration waters. We suggest that the poor somatic condition of D. gigas during the El Nino year was resulted from the low Chl a concentration in the waters, and the abundance of D. gigas would decrease due to the unfavourable environment and the lack of prey items in the El Nino year.

蓄盐沥青混合料与冰层粘结程度评价方法探究

为了能更精确地评价蓄盐沥青混合料与冰层的粘结程度,通过对拉拔头、冰层冻结方式、拉拔方式等方面进行改进,采用粘结强度和残冰率作为蓄盐沥青混合料与冰层粘结程度的评价指标,开发出一种基于马歇尔试件全断面的试验方法。试验结果表明,试件与冰层之间的粘结强度及残冰率随温度降低而增加,蓄盐沥青混合料在-10℃以内能降低试件与冰层的粘结强度30%以上,-7℃的粘结强度相比于普通沥青混合料减小约50%,-9℃以内残冰率减小比例均大于50%。冰层与试件粘结强度的测量准确度随残冰率的增大而降低,建议在-10℃内采用本试验方法。开发的评价试件与冰层粘结程度的试验方法区分度较高,试验的变异系数在10%以内,稳定性较好。

Klinefelter syndrome(KS)is the most common genetic cause of human male ***,the effect of the extra X chromosome on different testicular cell types remains poorly ***,we profiled testicular single-cell transcriptomes from three KS patients and normal karyotype control *** the different somatic cells,Sertoli cells showed the greatest transcriptome changes in KS *** analysis showed that X-inactive-specific transcript(XIST),a key factor that inactivates one X chromosome in female mammals,was widely expressed in each testicular somatic cell type but not in Sertoli *** loss of XIST in Sertoli cells leads to an increased level of X chromosome genes,and further disrupts their transcription pattern and cellular *** phenomenon was not detected in other somatic cells such as Leydig cells and vascular endothelial *** results proposed a new mechanism to explain why testicular atrophy in KS patients is heterogeneous with loss of seminiferous tubules but interstitial *** study provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research and related treatment of KS by identifying Sertoli cell-specific X chromosome inactivation failure.

新疆维吾尔自治区(以下简称“新疆”)作为中国西部战略屏障和向西开放的重要窗口,评估其城市化发展状况对于全国改革发展大局和“一带一路”倡议具有重要意义。相较于传统研究,夜间灯光遥感已被证明能够对人类活动强度和地区综合发展水平进行更客观、空间尺度更灵活、覆盖范围更广的监测。因此,本文利用2000年—2020年长时序夜间灯光遥感数据,采用标准差椭圆、时间序列分解以及夜间灯光发展指数等方法,从空间格局与时序演化上综合分析了21世纪以来新疆城市化进程。结果显示,2000年—2020年新疆城市化发展整体呈现向西南方向扩张的趋势,南疆地区发展速度强劲;21世纪以来新疆城市化演化过程可分为缓慢发展期(2007年之前)、波动增长期(2008年—2014年)和加速上升期(2015年之后)3个阶段;新疆城镇地区及大部分地市的社会发展愈趋均衡,而乡村地区仍处于快速发展的差异化阶段。总体而言,21世纪以来新疆城市化进程处于快速且均衡发展的状态。
