Emerging technological advances are reshaping the casting sector in latest *** technology is evolving towards intelligent casting paradigm that involves automation,greenization and intelligentization,which attracts more and more attention from the academic and industry *** this paper,the main features of casting technology were briefly summarized and forecasted,and the recent developments of key technologies and the innovative efforts made in promoting intelligent casting process were ***,the technical visions of intelligent casting process were also put *** key technologies for intelligent casting process comprise 3D printing technologies,intelligent mold technologies and intelligent process control *** future,the intelligent mold that derived from mold with sensors,control devices and actuators will probably incorporate the Internet of Things,online inspection,embedded simulation,decision-making and control system,and other technologies to form intelligent cyber-physical casting system,which may pave the way to realize intelligent *** is promising that the intelligent casting process will eventually achieve the goal of real-time process optimization and full-scale control,with the defects,microstructure,performance,and service life of the fabricated castings can be accurately predicted and tailored.

The title complex Salen Co(Ⅲ)Cl(Salen = 6,6’-((1E,1’E)-(cyclohexane-1,2-diylbis(azaneylylidene))bis(methaneylylidene))bis(2,4-di-tert-butylphenol)) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, 1H NMR and UV-Vis. The complex can be used as catalyst for the propylene oxide(PO)/CO2 copolymerization in different conditions of reaction time, reaction temperature, carbon dioxide pressure and monomer concentration, and the optimum conditions for copolymerization were obtained.

Chinese medicine(CM)diagnosis intellectualization is one of the hotspots in the research of CM *** traditional CM intelligent diagnosis models transform the CM diagnosis issues into classification issues,however,it is difficult to solve the problems such as excessive or similar *** the development of natural language processing techniques,text generation technique has become increasingly *** this study,we aimed to establish the CM diagnosis generation model by transforming the CM diagnosis issues into text generation *** semantic context characteristic learning capacity was enhanced referring to Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(BILSTM)with Transformer as the backbone ***,the CM diagnosis generation model Knowledge Graph Enhanced Transformer(KGET)was established by introducing the knowledge in medical field to enhance the inferential *** KGET model was established based on 566 CM case texts,and was compared with the classic text generation models including Long Short-Term Memory sequence-to-sequence(LSTM-seq2seq),Bidirectional and Auto-Regression Transformer(BART),and Chinese Pre-trained Unbalanced Transformer(CPT),so as to analyze the model ***,the ablation experiments were performed to explore the influence of the optimized part on the KGET *** results of Bilingual Evaluation Understudy(BLEU),Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation 1(ROUGE1),ROUGE2 and Edit distance of KGET model were 45.85,73.93,54.59 and 7.12,respectively in this *** with LSTM-seq2seq,BART and CPT models,the KGET model was higher in BLEU,ROUGE1 and ROUGE2 by 6.00–17.09,1.65–9.39 and 0.51–17.62,respectively,and lower in Edit distance by 0.47–*** ablation experiment results revealed that introduction of BILSTM model and prior knowledge could significantly increase the model ***,the manual assessment indicated that the CM diagnosis results of the KGET model used

With the widespread attention on hydrogen energy,the operation optimization of the coupling system of hydrogen energy and transportation has become a critical ***,this study develops a hydrogen-containing energy transportation coupling system for the system collaborative operation framework,operation mode and equipment modelling of the ***,a medium-to long-term operation optimization model and a short-term operation optimization model were constructed considering the differences in the operation of coupled systems at different timescales and operating costs as the objective function and power balance and system equipment as *** the medium-and long-term operation optimization model,the planning scenario reduction method is used to reduce the wind power generation *** the short-term operation optimization model,a multivariate uncertainty model is constructed to represent the uncertainty in the coupling ***,the solution method of the model is ***,a coupled system is simulated to verify the effectiveness of the model.(i)When the initial scene set is 600,the typical scene reduction method using Latin hypercube sampling and the Wasserstein distance can reduce operating costs by 7.60%and 9.49%compared with K-means reduction and K-media reduction methods.(ii)The sensitivity coefficients of hydrogen sales price,electricity sales price and maintenance rate to operating costs are-0.031%,-1.009%and 0.0105%,respectively.(iii)Considering multiple uncertainties can help make optimal decisions based on the overall consideration of disadvantage scenarios,thereby reducing system operating costs.

The near-infrared imaging channel constitutes a crucial component of the multichannel high-resolution imaging system of the New Vacuum Solar Telescope(NVST). We have successfully achieved high-resolution, narrowband imaging of the chromosphere using He I 10830 A triplet within this channel, which significantly enhances the imaging observation capabilities of NVST. This paper provides a concise overview of the optical system associated with the near-infrared imaging channel, detailing data processing procedures and presenting several observed images. Leveraging a high-resolution image reconstruction algorithm, we were able to generate a narrowband image near the diffraction limit at 10830 A with a temporal resolution of less than 10 s.

Although chemotherapy has been intensively applied in cancer treatments,its inadequate therapeutic efficacy and severe side effects are still under constant *** used as anti-tumor drug delivery system(DDS)have attracted tremendous attentions owing to their various intriguing ***,Mn-doped MoO_(2)nanoparticles coated with ZrO_(2)and capped with Bi_(2)O_(3)have been designed as a DDS,namely *** possesses good magnetic properties,great photothermal conversion ability,sensitive tumor microenvironment(TME)responsiveness,and good biocompatibility in hemocompatibility in ***,MMZB has been utilized to load the chemotherapeutic agent daunomycin(DNM)(MMZB@DNM)for chemo-photothermal combined ***@DNM demonstrates a more impressive anti-cancer effect than the individual photothermal or chemotherapy both in vitro and in ***,the analysis of tumor specimen sections and serum levels after the treatment indicates negligible side effects for MMZB@DNM in *** contribution provides a valuable concept in designing therapeutic agents for achieving significantly enhanced tumor treatments,which benefits from the synergistic combination of chemotherapy and photothermal therapy in one single nanoagent.

Investigation on the influence of vortex generator on particle resuspension

The vortex generator(VG)and its well-known effect in flow optimization are widely studied and employed across different engineering ***,while the same working principles of VG may be well suited for the applications on surface-cleaning technologies,such promising potential is hardly,if any,explored in the published ***,in the present study,the influence on flow-induced particle resuspension brought by a rectangular vG in a channel flow is investigated with the help of highfidelity computational fluid dynamics *** increases of particle removal forces and resuspension rates are discovered in long,strip-like regions with reduced boundary-layer thickness resulted from the vG-induced vortices,and the enhancement effect is especially significant for configurations with the VG installed at a greater angle of *** is also shown that while the resuspension enhancements on the lower and the upper surfaces of the channel exhibit distinct statistical characteristics,having a VG in the channel improves the overall particle-removing capability of the channel flow by introducing higher surface-averaged removal forces and particle resuspension *** but not least,the increase of resuspension rate is especially significant for the smaller,micron-scale particles which are otherwise hardly disturbed by a VG-less channel flow,and such resuspension-enhancement effectgenerally subsides with increasing particle size.

Groundwater serves as an important water source for residents in and around mining *** achieve scientific planning and efficient utilization of water resources in mining areas,it is essential to figure out the chemical formation process and the ground water sulfur cycle that transpire after the coal mining *** on studies of hydrochemistry and D,^(18)O-H_(2)O,^(34)S-SO_(4)isotopes,this study applied principal component analysis,ion ratio and other methods in its attempts to reveal the hydrogeochemical action and sulfur cycle in the subsidence area of Pingyu mining *** study discovered that,in the studied area,precipitation provides the major supply of groundwater and the main water chemistry effects are dominated by oxidation dissolution of sulfide minerals as well as the dissolution of carbonate and silicate *** sulfate in groundwater primarily originates from oxidation and dissolution of sulfide minerals in coal-bearing strata and human *** mixed sulfate formed by the oxidation of sulfide minerals and by human activities continuously recharges the groundwater,promoting the dissolution of carbonate rock and silicate rock in the process.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),a prevalent solid carcinoma of significant concern,is an aggressive and often fatal disease with increasing global incidence rates and poor therapeutic *** etiology and pathological progression of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)-related HCC is multifactorial and ***,no single animal model can accurately mimic the full NASH-related HCC pathological progression,posing considerable challenges to transition and mechanistic ***,a novel conditional inducible wild-type human HRAS overexpressed mouse model(HRAS-HCC)was established,demonstrating 100%morbidity and mortality within approximately one month under normal dietary and lifestyle *** symptoms of HCC such as ascites,thrombus,internal hemorrhage,jaundice,and lung metastasis were successfully replicated in ***-depth pathological features of NASH-related HCC were demonstrated by pathological staining,biochemical analyses,and typical marker gene *** murine anti-PD-1 and sorafenib treatment effectively prolonged mouse survival,further confirming the accuracy and reliability of the *** on protein-protein interaction(PPI)network and RNA sequencing analyses,we speculated that overexpression of HRAS may initiate the THBS1-COL4A3 axis to induce NASH with severe fibrosis,with subsequent progression to ***,our study successfully duplicated natural sequential progression in a single murine model over a very short period,providing an accurate and reliable preclinical tool for therapeutic evaluations targeting the NASH to HCC continuum.
