Protective mechanism of Coprinus comatus polysaccharide on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice,the metabolomics and gut microbiota investigation

Coprinus comatus polysaccharide(CCP)has significant hepatoprotective effect.To explore hepatoprotective mechanism of CCP,the study analyzed preventive effect of CCP on acute alcoholic liver injury in mice by histopathological examination and biochemical analysis.Simultaneously,hepatoprotective mechanism was also analyzed in conjunction with metabolomics and proliferation of gut microbiota.The results showed that CCP significantly decreased alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and triglyceride(TG)levels in serum of alcoholic liver disease(ALD)mice.Histopathological examination showed that CCP can significantly improve liver damage.Metabolomics results showed that there were significant differences in the level of metabolites in liver tissue of control group,ALD group and CCP group,including taurine,xanthosine,fumaric acid and arachidonic acid,among others.Metabolites pathways analysis showed that hepatoprotective effect of CCP was related to energy metabolism,biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids,amino acids metabolism and lipid metabolism.Additionally,CCP inhibited an increase in the number of Clostridium perfringens,Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococcus,and a decrease in the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the gut of ALD mice.All these findings suggested that CCP treatment reversed the phenotype of ethanol-induced liver injury and the associated metabolites pathways.

RoBGP:A Chinese Nested Biomedical Named Entity Recognition Model Based on RoBERTa and Global Pointer

Named Entity Recognition(NER)stands as a fundamental task within the field of biomedical text mining,aiming to extract specific types of entities such as genes,proteins,and diseases from complex biomedical texts and categorize them into predefined entity types.This process can provide basic support for the automatic construction of knowledge bases.In contrast to general texts,biomedical texts frequently contain numerous nested entities and local dependencies among these entities,presenting significant challenges to prevailing NER models.To address these issues,we propose a novel Chinese nested biomedical NER model based on RoBERTa and Global Pointer(RoBGP).Our model initially utilizes the RoBERTa-wwm-ext-large pretrained language model to dynamically generate word-level initial vectors.It then incorporates a Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory network for capturing bidirectional semantic information,effectively addressing the issue of long-distance dependencies.Furthermore,the Global Pointer model is employed to comprehensively recognize all nested entities in the text.We conduct extensive experiments on the Chinese medical dataset CMeEE and the results demonstrate the superior performance of RoBGP over several baseline models.This research confirms the effectiveness of RoBGP in Chinese biomedical NER,providing reliable technical support for biomedical information extraction and knowledge base construction.

To investigate the effect of sequence-specific small interfering RNA（siRNA）on suppressing cyclinDl expression and proliferation and cell cycle and expression of related signal transduction pathway of fibroblasts derived from keloid（KFB）.The plasmid expression vector of siRNA targeted against cyclinD1 was constructed and transfected into KFB with LipofcctamincTM2000.The effect of sequence specific siRNA in suppressing the proliferation of KFB were detected by MTT assay.Flow cytometry（FCM） were used for evaluation of cell cycle.The changes of cyclinD1 expression were detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR（FQ-PCR） methods.The expression of cyclinD1,cyclinE,CDK2,CDK4,P27 and pRb were detected by and Western blot and immunohistochemical method.The sequence-specific siRNA effectively suppressed cyclinD1 expression at both mRNA and protein levels with inhibition rate of 92.83%and 72.53%（P＜0.01）.Significantly inhibited the proliferation of KFB,and changed cell cycle in percentage of G1 phase cells was increased and G2/M phase decreased compared with the controls groups KFB（P＜0.05）.The after transfection,decreased the expression of CDK2,CDK4 and pRb,enhance the expression of P16 and P27（P＜0.05）.The plasmid expression vector for the RNA i against cyclinD1 constructed in the study can effectively and specifically suppress cyclinD1 expression,and progression of G1/S is effect by G1 phase related regulatory protein,and suppresses proliferation of KFB.

Dye-sensitized solar cell （DSC） consists a combination of several different materials： photoanodes with nanoparticulated semiconductors, sensitizers, electrolytes and counter electrodes （CEs）. Each materials performs specific task for the conversion of solar energy into electricity. The main function of CE is to transfer electrons to the redox electrolyte and regenerate iodide ion. The work of CE is mainly focused on the studies of the kinetic performance and stability of the traditional CEs to improve the overall efficiency of DSC, seeking novel design concepts or new materials. In this review, the development and research progress of different CE materials and their electrochemical performance, and the problems are discussed.

Sr-Nd-Pb Isotopic Compositions of the Neogene Eolian Deposits in the Xining Basin and Implications for Their Dust Sources

The Neogene eolian deposits in the Xining Basin are valuable archive for studying the evolution of the Asian monsoon system and geomorphic processes of Northwest China. The Neogene eolian deposits that paleomagnetically dated at about 14 Ma probably were sourced from the middle and west Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau（QTP） as indicated by elemental compositions and magnetic properties. This study provides the Sr-Nd-Pb isotopic ratios of different sediments（gravels from the river terraces, Neogene eolian deposits and Quaternary loess） in the Xining Basin. The results show that：（1） Sr-Nd isotopic compositions of terrace gravels are different from those of the Neogene and Quaternary eolian deposits, although the Nd isotope ratios of gravel on the 10 th terrace（T10） and eolian deposits are similar.（2） Pb isotopic compositions of river gravels are obviously different from the eolian deposits in the Xining Basin. However, Pb isotopic compositions of eolian deposits in the basin are similar to those of eolian deposits in the central Chinese Loess Plateau.（3） Sr-Nd-Pb isotope results indicate that the Neogene eolian deposits in the Xining Basin were probably sourced from remote areas outside of the basin by long-distance transportation. The Qaidam Basin is probably an important source area for the eolian deposits in the Xining Basin.

Therapeutic effect of ketogenic diet treatment on type 2 diabetes

Diet plays an important role in diabetes development.The effect of ketogenic diet on type 2 diabetes remains elusive.In this study,we collect diabetes related physiological parameters and abdominal MRI images to evaluate the effect of ketogenic diet after 3-months of consecutive treatment.Ketogenic diet mitigates the diabetes symptom inferring from the statistically significant reduction of key diabetic physiological parameters such as Hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)concentration,Triglyceride(TG),Fasting blood glucose(FBG),Body Mass Index(BMI),and adipose tissue volume.Moreover,we propose a new parameter to quantify the treating effect of ketogenic diet since Slope and Offset of Oral Glucose Tolerance Test(SOOGTT)incorporate more sampling points by fitting OGTT(Oral Glucose Tolerance Test)curve.SOOGTT shows statistically significant(P<0.001)treating effect of ketogenic diet on type 2 diabetes.We use artificial intelligence to segment adipose tissue for treatment evaluation,which shows that ketogenic diet reduces the amount of adipose tissue.

China has conducted four rounds of National Nutrition Survey or National Nutrition and Health Surveillance in 1959, 1982, 1992 and 2002 respectively. The investigation results and data information plays a positive role in understanding residents’ dietary structure, nutrition level, clinical and epidemic characteristics and change rules of nutrition-related chronic diseases;evaluating the nutrition and health status of the urban and rural population in our country;making relative policies and disease prevention measures. It also provides basic data for Outline of the Program for Food and Nutrition Development in China, Chinese Dietary Reference Intakes, and Chinese Dietary Guidelines, etc. This article makes a comparative analysis on samples, contents and methods of the 1959, 1982, 1992, 2002 National Nutrition Survey and the 2010-2013 National Nutrition and Health Surveillance, which provides support to related investigations and researches in future.

基于扎根理论的方法对105份师范生教育叙事文本进行编码,将师范生眼中的“好课”特征聚类为教学结构、学生学习、共同体交互、课堂文化、教师教导、教学成效6个一级节点,涵盖师生互动导学等19个二级节点。结果表明,师范生对课堂教学的认识呈多元化、综合化的良好态势,但亦存在重外显轻内隐、重师生轻生生、重认识轻建构的观察偏向。基于此,有必要以多模态数据帮助其理解“好课”真貌,以叙事教育法培养其践行“好课”信念。
