A Practical Predefined-Time Stability Criterion and Its Application to Uncertain Nonlinear Systems

In this paper, the singularity-free predefined-time fuzzy adaptive tracking control problem is studied for non-strict feedback(NSF) nonlinear systems considering mismatched external disturbances. An innovative practical predefined-time stability(PPTS) criterion is proposed to provide the theoretical basis for subsequent control design. Compared to the existing predefined-time stability(PTS) criterion, this criterion has a broader application range and can solve the control design issues of nonlinear systems with system uncertainties. Fuzzy logic systems(FLSs) are employed to identify unknown nonlinear functions. Based on the backstepping control technology, a singularity-free predefined-time control(PTC) design method is proposed, in which the hyperbolic tangent function is utilized to avoid the singular problem, and the nature of fuzzy basis function is adopted to resolve the algebraic loop problem. The PPTS of the closed-loop NSF nonlinear system is proven with the Lyapunov theory and the proposed PPTS criterion. Ultimately, the efficiency of the presented PTC design method is verified by several sets of simulations on a single link manipulator system.

增强适应性是保障思政课落实立德树人根本任务、促进思政课入脑入心入耳的重要举措。目前思政课在实施过程中面临阶段性挑战,思政课程、教学模式以及制度建设在一定程度上呈现出“不适应”的问题。遵循“谁来适应”“适应什么”“如何适应”的思路,本研究建构了思政课适应性系统模型并厘清了思政课适应性系统的主体、客体与介体,并进一步明确了思政课适应性系统以内外部环境合力驱动的动力机制,以主体、客体与介体的非线性协同的行动机制,以制度反馈引发适应性动态升级的反馈机制。基于此,高校可通过优化思政课程内在空间,提升思政课程适应性;提升思政教师综合素养,促进适应性主体、客体与介体的非线性耦合;优化制度环境,催化思政课适应性动态升级。

Machine learning-based data-driven approaches have greatly improved system identification capabilities and facilitated the application of model-based control ***,tech-niques such as neural networks require significant amounts of training data and have limited generalization *** overcome this problem,we employ the sparse identification of nonlinear dynamics with control(SINDYc)for system identification,which considers both system states and control *** on the identified system,we design the controller using the backstepping control *** order to make the algorithm more practical in real-world scenarios,we introduce an input saturation compensation system into the controller ***,we apply a command filter into the method to avoid deriving a virtual control signal and reduce the computational complexity of the *** stability analysis,the proposed control algorithm ensures that the tracking error in the system is ***,we verify the effectiveness of the proposed SINDYc-Backstepping framework by conducting simulations using a single-link robot arm.
