The Mesozoic intrusions of the Jiaodong Peninsula,eastern China,host giant gold *** the genesis of these deposits requires the determination of the source of the parental auriferous fluid and the timing of gold mineralization,which are strongly influenced by the cooling/uplift histories of the hosting *** performed an integrated U-Pb geochronology study on both zircon and apatite from four major magmatic episodes of the Jiaodong *** zircon and apatite U-Pb ages are 156.9±1.2 and 137.2±2.4 Ma for the Linglong intrusion,129.9±1.0 and 125.0±3.8 Ma for the Qujia intrusion,119.5±0.7 and 117.2±1.8 Ma for the Liulinzhuang intrusion,118.6±1.0 and 111.6±1.6 Ma for the Nansu intrusion,*** coupled zircon and apatite data of these granitoids indicate a slow cooling rate(11.9°C/Ma)in the Late Jurassic,and rapid uplift and cooling(35.8-29.2°C/Ma)in the Early *** dramatically increased uplift and cooling period in the Early Cretaceous are contemporaneous with large-scale gold mineralization in the Jiaodong *** implies that thermal upwelling of asthenosphere and related tectonic extension played an important role in gold remobilization and precipitation.

针对硫酸钠亚型盐湖卤水钠锂比高、镁锂比高带来的锂分离难题,通过开展锂钠镁共存硫酸盐体系多温相图研究,获取锂钠镁硫酸盐之间的作用关系和结晶析出规律,并应用于指导降低卤水中钠镁含量工艺设计。采用等温溶解平衡法获取了四元体系Li_(+),Na_(+),Mg^(2+)//SO_(4)2--H_(2)O 303.2、318.2 K固液相平衡数据,采用X射线粉晶衍射法(XRD)测定了共饱点的平衡固相类型。复盐分析:采用XRD、扫描电镜(SEM)和热重分析法(TG-DSC)进行了各复盐的晶体结构分析、晶体形貌表征和热分析。研究发现,四元体系Li_(+),Na_(+),Mg^(2+)//SO_(4)^(2-)-H_(2)O303.2、318.2 K下均为复杂体系,相图均包含4个四元共饱点、9条单变量曲线和6个结晶区。303.2 K时,该体系相图结晶区为:Na_(2)SO_(4)、Na_(2)SO_(4)·10H_(2)O、Li_(2)SO_(4)·H_(2)O、MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O、Na_(2)SO_(4)·MgSO_(4)·4H_(2)O、Li_(2)SO_(4)·3Na_(2)SO_(4)·12H_(2)O;318.2 K时,该体系相图结晶区为:Na_(2)SO_(4)、MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O、Li_(2)SO_(4)·H_(2)O、Na_(2)SO_(4)·MgSO_(4)·4H_(2)O、Li_(2)SO_(4)·Na_(2)SO_(4)、Li_(2)SO_(4)·3Na_(2)SO_(4)·12H_(2)O。对比该四元体系288.2、298.2、303.2、318.2、323.2 K多温相图发现,温度对体系的影响主要表现在水合盐和含锂复盐的结晶形式及各盐类结晶区面积的变化。根据四元体系多温相图中含锂复盐(Li_(2)SO_(4)·Na_(2)SO_(4)、Li_(2)SO_(4)·3Na_(2)SO_(4)·12H_(2)O)、白钠镁矾(Na_(2)SO_(4)·MgSO_(4)·4H_(2)O)和三元体系Na_(+),Mg^(2+)//SO_(4)2--H_(2)O多温相图中盐类的结晶规律,给出了硫酸钠亚型盐湖脱钠镁及白钠镁矾的分离加工建议。

报道1例合并肾功能不全的1型糖尿病患者酮症酸中毒时伴有严重低磷血症的补磷治疗过程。患者为30岁女性,因“发现血糖升高20余年,纳差乏力1周”入院。入院后完善相关检查,结果示随机血糖为38.9 mmol/L,血pH为7.04,血碳酸氢根为2.3 mmol/L,尿酮体3+,糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))15.8%,空腹胰岛素<0.20 mU/L,空腹C肽为0.33μg/L,血肌酐228.0μmol/L,估算的肾小球滤过率(eGFR)24.1 ml·min^(-1)·(1.73 m^(2))^(-1),血钾5.64 mmol/L,血钠130.0 mmol/L,血氯82.4 mmol/L,血磷3.15 mmol/L,血镁1.38 mmol/L。明确诊断为1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒、糖尿病肾脏病、肾功能不全、电解质紊乱,给予补液、胰岛素降糖、抑酸及对症支持等治疗,治疗过程中血磷迅速下降,入院第3天患者血磷浓度<0.1 mmol/L、尿磷<1.1 mmol/L,给予甘油磷酸钠减量限速静脉输注治疗,经过17 d的补磷治疗及同期降糖、补液等治疗,患者的病情逐渐好转出院,第20天出院时复查患者血磷已达到0.78 mmol/L。对于合并有肾功能不全的糖尿病患者,静脉给予磷酸钠的剂量应适当减量并严格控制输液速度,同时密切监测包括血磷在内的电解质水平及肾功能,将血磷的水平控制在适当的范围即停止补磷,以避免高磷血症的发生。

以麻黄为主药系列经方在儿童过敏性疾病辨治中的运用。儿童过敏性疾病多年来是临床治疗的难点,以麻黄为主药系列方治疗该病临床疗效确切肯定。儿童过敏性疾病多因正气不足,肺、脾、肾功能低下,痰饮等伏邪宿根停留于体内,外邪引动而发病。麻黄为治疗咳喘之圣药,通过合理的配伍,麻黄与杏仁宣降相成,麻黄与石膏寒温并举,麻黄与附子温通表里。为了确保疗效,要重视遵循经方的原配伍比例、剂量、组方、煎服法和调护法。此外,还要明确麻黄类方及方证应用,即对方证,抓主证。

Studies have found a U-shaped relationship between sleep duration and chronic kidney disease(CKD)risk,but limited research evaluated the association of reallocating excessive sleep to other behavior with *** included 104538 participants from the nationwide cohort of the Risk Evaluation of Cancers in Chinese Diabetic Individuals:A Longitudinal Study,with self-reported time of daily-life *** isotemporal substitution models,we found that substituting 1 h of sleeping with sitting,walking,or moderate-to-vigorous physical activity was associated with a lower CKD ***-time physical activity displacement was associated with a greater prevalence reduction than occupational physical activity in working *** stratified analysis,a lower CKD prevalence related to substitution toward physical activity was found in long *** pronounced correlations were observed in long sleepers with diabetes than in those with prediabetes,and they benefited from other behavior substitutions toward a more active *** U-shaped association between sleep duration and CKD prevalence implied the potential effects of insufficient and excessive sleep on the kidneys,in which the pernicious link with oversleep could be reversed by time reallocation to physical *** divergence in the predicted effect on CKD following time reallocation to behavior of different domains and intensities and in subpopulations with diverse metabolic statuses underlined the importance of optimizing sleeping patterns and adjusting integral behavioral composition.

In order to solve the problem of high computing cost and low simulation accuracy caused by discontinuity of incision in traditional meshless model,this paper proposes a soft tissue deformation model based on the Marquardt algorithm and enrichment *** model is based on the element-free Galerkin method,in which Kelvin viscoelastic model and adjustment function are *** algorithm is applied to fit the relation between force and displacement caused by surface deformation,and the enrichment function is applied to deal with the discontinuity in the meshless *** verify the validity of the model,the Sensable Phantom Omni force tactile interactive device is used to simulate the deformations of stomach and *** results show that the proposed model improves the real-time performance and accuracy of soft tissue deformation simulation,which provides a new perspective for the application of the meshless method in virtual surgery.

纺织业是中国重要的实体经济部门,本文基于目前纺织业出口的发展现状选取了14个中国纺织品贸易关系密切的进口国或地区,利用1992-2020年的纺织品出口贸易额,以及中国GDP,进口国或地区GDP,母国与东道国间经济差距,母国与东道国双边贸易距离,人民币汇率,双方是否相邻,是否签订自由贸易协议等数据,运用计量模型对中国纺织品出口贸易的影响因素进行实证分析,从而分析中国纺织品出口的影响因素。实证结论显示,中国GDP,进口国或地区GDP,母国与东道国间经济差距,人民币汇率,是否相邻,是否签署自由贸易协议对中国纺织品出口贸易都有着显著的正向影响,而双边贸易距离对中国纺织品出口影响并不显著。

A comparative study of n-alkane biomarker and pollen records: an example from southern China

We report the results of a comparative study of n-alkane biomarkers and pollens in lacustrine and peat deposits at Dingnan, Jiangxi Province in southern China, and discuss the likely causes for the dis-crepancy in the interpretations of the n-alkane biomarker and pollen records in terms of climate and vegetation change. The results show that past changes in climate and vegetation revealed by the n-alkane record are not always consistent with the pollen assemblage record in the whole section. Biomarkers do not permit direct identification of the plant family and/or genus and mainly record compositions of local plant remains, while pollens mainly reflect the regional vegetation change. Bio-markers and pollen records complement each other, providing a better picture of local and regional environments. Furthermore, biomarkers are more sensitive than pollen to climatic and vegetational change. Several climatic events are clearly identified by the n-alkane biomarker proxies, such as C31/(C27+C29+C 31) ratio and can be correlated to the North Atlantic Heinrich event, B/A, YD and two dry-cool events during the early Holocene such as the periods of 9850 to 9585 cal a B.P. and 8590 to 7920 cal a B.P. These events are consistent with those found in the surrounding regions, suggesting that the regional climate was coupled with global-scale abrupt climatic events. Our results suggest that biomarker and pollen data can record the more detailed climate and vegetation information, thus im-proving the resolution and precision of vegetation and climate reconstruction.
