Repetitive traumatic brain injury impacts adult neurogenesis in the hippocampal dentate gyrus,leading to long-term cognitive ***,the mechanism underlying this neurogenesis impairment remains *** this study,we established a male mouse model of repetitive traumatic brain injury and performed long-term evaluation of neurogenesis of the hippocampal dentate gyrus after repetitive traumatic brain *** results showed that repetitive traumatic brain injury inhibited neural stem cell proliferation and development,delayed neuronal maturation,and reduced the complexity of neuronal dendrites and *** with repetitive traumatic brain injuryalso showed deficits in spatial memory ***,following repetitive traumatic brain injury,neuroinflammation was enhanced in the neurogenesis microenvironment where C1q levels were increased,C1q binding protein levels were decreased,and canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling was *** inhibitor of C1 reversed the long-term impairment of neurogenesis induced by repetitive traumatic brain injury and improved neurological *** findings suggest that repetitive traumatic brain injury–induced C1-related inflammation impairs long-term neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus and contributes to spatial memory retrieval dysfunction.

Sporadic or late-onset Alzheimer’s disease(LOAD)accounts for more than 95%of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)cases without any family *** genome-wide association studies have identified associated risk genes and loci for LOAD,numerous studies suggest that many adverse environmental factors,such as social isolation,are associated with an increased risk of ***,the underlying mechanisms of social isolation in AD progression remain *** the current study,we found that 7 days of social isolation could trigger pattern separation impairments and presynaptic abnormalities of the mossy fibre-CA3 circuit in AD *** also revealed that social isolation disrupted histone acetylation and resulted in the downregulation of 2 dentate gyrus(DG)-enriched miRNAs,which simultaneously target reticulon 3(RTN3),an endoplasmic reticulum protein that aggregates in presynaptic regions to disturb the formation of functional mossy fibre boutons(MFBs)by recruiting multiple mitochondrial and vesicle-related ***,the aggregation of RTN3 also recruits the PP2A B subunits to suppress PP2A activity and induce tau hyperphosphorylation,which,in turn,further elevates RTN3 and forms a vicious ***,using an artificial intelligence-assisted molecular docking approach,we determined that senktide,a selective agonist of neurokinin3 receptors(NK3R),could reduce the binding of RTN3 with its ***,application of senktide in vivo effectively restored DG circuit disorders in socially isolated AD *** together,our findings not only demonstrate the epigenetic regulatory mechanism underlying mossy fibre synaptic disorders orchestrated by social isolation and tau pathology but also reveal a novel potential therapeutic strategy for AD.

Effect of Mg content on the structural and optical properties of Mg_xZn_(1-x)O alloys

Mgx Zn1–x O thin films with x = 0, 0.11, 0.28, 0.44, 0.51, and 0.65 were grown by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy on (0001) sapphire substrates. X-ray diffraction measurement reveals that phase separation of the Mgx Zn1–x O films occurred at x =0.44 and 0.51. Optical absorption spectra show that the absorption edges of the films shift to high-energy side with increasing Mg contents. In resonant Raman spectra, multiple-order Raman peaks originating from ZnO-like longitudinal optical phonons were observed. Moreover, the blue shift and the full width at half maximum of Raman scattering peaks increase continuously with x increasing from 0 to 0.28, which indicates that Zn is substituted by Mg in hexagonal lattice.

Observation of table-like magnetocaloric effect and large refrigerant capacity in Nd_(6)Fe_(13)Pd_(1-x)Cu_(x) compounds

The table-like magnetocaloric effect is significant for the magnetic refrigeration applications above 20 K based on the Ericsson ***,we prepared a series of Nd_(6)Fe_(13)Pd_(1-x)Cu_(x)(x=0.05,0.1,0.15)compounds by the arc-melting *** compounds show the single crystalline phase in the tetragonal Nd_(6)Fe_(13)Si-type structure with the space group I4/mcm.A magnetic phase transition from ferromagnetism to antiferromagnetism and a metamagnetic transition from the antiferromagnetic state to the ferromagnetic state are observed in each of the *** compounds exhibit table-like magnetocaloric effects with large refrigerant capacities.A constantΔSM in a temperature span of 40 K in the Nd_(6)Fe_(13)Pd_(0.85)Cu_(0.15) compound are *** a field change of 0–5 T,the peak values of–ΔS_(M) for the Nd_(6)Fe_(13)Pd_(0.95)Cu_(0.05),Nd_(6)Fe_(13)Pd_(0.90)Cu_(0.10),and Nd_(6)Fe_(13)Pd_(0.85)Cu_(0.15) compounds are estimated to be 4.8,4.6 and 4.4 J/(kg·K)with corresponding refrigerant capacity values of 323,331 and 316 J/kg,*** obtained table-like magnetocaloric effects with large refrigerant capacities as well as fairly small thermal and magnetic hysteresis deem these series of compounds good candidates for single-phase magnetic refrigeration based on the Ericsson cycle.

Determination of ginsenoside compound K in human plasma by liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry of lithium adducts

Ginsenoside compound K(GCK), the main metabolite of protopanaxadiol constituents of Panax ginseng, easily produces alkali metal adduct ions during mass spectrometry particularly with lithium. Accordingly, we have developed a rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometric method for analysis of GCK in human plasma based on formation of a lithium adduct. The analyte and paclitaxel(internal standard) were extracted from 50 m L human plasma using methyl tertbutyl ether. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Phenomenex Gemini C18 column(50 mm 2.0 mm; 5 μm) using stepwise gradient elution with acetonitrile–water and 0.2 mmol/L lithium carbonate at a flow rate of 0.5 m L/min. Detection was performed in the positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring of the transitions at m/z 629-449 for the GCK-lithium adduct and m/z 860-292 for the adduct of paclitaxel. The assay was linear in the concentration range 1.00–1000 ng/m L(r^2>40.9988)with intra- and inter-day precision of ±8.4% and accuracy in the range of 4.8% to 6.5%. Recovery,stability and matrix effects were all satisfactory. The method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study involving administration of a single GCK 50 mg tablet to healthy Chinese volunteers.

Strain enhancement for a MoS2-on-GaN photodetector with an Al2O3 stress liner grown by atomic layer deposition

Strain regulation as an effective way to enhance the photoelectric properties of two dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides has been widely employed to improve the performance of photovoltaic *** this work,tensile strain was introduced in multilayer MoS2 grown on GaN by depositing 3 nm of Al2O3 on the *** temperature dependent Raman spectrum shows that the thermal stability of MoS2 is improved by *** simulations confirmed the existence of tensile strain on MoS2 covered with Al2O3,and the bandgap and electron effective mass of six layers of MoS2 decreased due to tensile strain,which resulted in an increase of electron *** to the tensile strain ffect,the photodetector with the Al2O3 stress liner achieved better performance under the illumination of 365 nm wavelength,including a higher responsivity of 24.6 A/W,photoconductive gain of 520,and external quantum fficiency of 8381%,which are more than twice the corresponding values of photodetectors without *** work provides an effective technical way for improving the performance of 2D material photodetectors.

海上油田潜油电泵井具有数量多、产量高、修井成本高。现有的潜油电泵知识图谱故障诊断由于语料数据缺乏，在实际诊断中具有一定的局限性，与国际先进的检泵系统依然存在较大的差距。本文在语料数据增容、图谱本体重构、小样本语料回标等方面，通过对语料数据扩充、图谱结构的改进，实现潜油电泵故障诊断知识图谱的扩充增容。同时，本文从关系抽取、知识融合、知识补全等方面入手，通过文本相似度、皮尔逊相关系数，运用人工筛选、阈值法等多种方法，对图谱中的实体与关系进行融合、消歧、补全，运用专家知识对知识图谱进行进一步审核与纠错，提升图谱质量，增强图谱在实际潜油电泵故障诊断中的应用能力。

miR-34b-3p Inhibition of eIF4E Causes Post-stroke Depression in Adult Mice

Post-stroke depression(PSD)is a serious and common complication of stroke,which seriously afects the rehabilitation of stroke *** date,the pathogenesis of PSD is unclear and efective treatments remain ***,we established a mouse model of PSD through photothrombosis-induced focal *** using a combination of brain imaging,transcriptome sequencing,and bioinformatics analysis,we found that the hippocampus of PSD mice had a signifcantly lower metabolic level than other brain *** sequencing revealed a signifcant reduction of miR34b-3p,which was expressed in hippocampal neurons and inhibited the translation of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E(eIF4E).Furthermore,silencing eIF4E inactivated microglia,inhibited neuroinfammation,and abolished the depression-like behaviors in PSD ***,our data demonstrated that insufcient miR34b-3p after stroke cannot inhibit eIF4E translation,which causes PSD by the activation of microglia in the ***,miR34b-3p and eIF4E may serve as potential therapeutic targets for the treatment of PSD.

VGluT3 neurons in median raphe control the efficacy of spatial memory retrieval via ETV4 regulation of VGluT3 transcription

The raphe nucleus is critical for feeding, rewarding and memory. However, how the heterogenous raphe neurons are molecularly and structurally organized to engage their divergent functions remains unknown. Here, we genetically target a subset of neurons expressing VGluT3. VGluT3 neurons control the efficacy of spatial memory retrieval by synapsing directly with parvalbumin-expressing GABA interneurons(PGIs) in the dentate gyrus. In a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease(AD mice),VGluT3→PGIs synaptic transmission is impaired by ETV4 inhibition of VGluT3 transcription. ETV4 binds to a promoter region of VGluT3 and activates VGluT3 transcription in VGluT3 neurons. Strengthening VGluT3→PGIs synaptic transmission by ETV4 activation of VGluT3 transcription upscales the efficacy of spatial memory retrieval in AD mice. This study reports a novel circuit and molecular mechanism underlying the efficacy of spatial memory retrieval via ETV4 inhibition of VGluT3 transcription and hence provides a promising target for therapeutic intervention of the disease progression.

In this paper,we address the problem of unsuperised social network embedding,which aims to embed network nodes,including node attributes,into a latent low dimensional *** recent methods,the fusion mechanism of node attributes and network structure has been proposed for the problem and achieved impressive prediction ***,the non-linear property of node attributes and network structure is not efficiently fused in existing methods,which is potentially helpful in learning a better network *** this end,in this paper,we propose a novel model called ASM(Adaptive Specific Mapping)based on encoder-decoder *** encoder,we use the kernel mapping to capture the non-linear property of both node attributes and network *** particular,we adopt two feature mapping functions,namely an untrainable function for node attributes and a trainable function for network *** the mapping functions,we obtain the low dimensional feature vectors for node attributes and network structure,***,we design an attention layer to combine the learning of both feature vectors and adaptively learn the node *** encoder,we adopt the component of reconstruction for the training process of learning node attributes and network *** conducted a set of experiments on seven real-world social network *** experimental results verify the effectiveness and efficiency of our method in comparison with state-of-the-art baselines.
