An internal single event upset（SEU）mitigation technique is proposed,which reads back the configuration frames from the static random access memory（SRAM）-based field programmable gate array（FPGA）through an internal port and compares them with those stored in the radiationhardened memory to detect and correct *** modular redundancy（TMR）,which triplicates the circuit of the technique and uses majority voters to isolate any single upset within it,is used to enhance the *** analysis shows that the proposed technique can satisfy the requirement of ordinary aerospace missions with less power dissipation,size and *** fault injection experiment validates that the proposed technique is capable of correcting most errors to protect spaceborne facilities from SEUs.

Cold Damage Risk Assessment of Double Cropping Rice in Hunan, China

Combined with remote sensing data and meteorological data, cold damage risk was assessed for planting area of double cropping rice （DCR） in Hunan Province, China. A new methodology of cold damage risk assessment was built that apply to grid and have clear hazard-affected body. Each station cold damage annual frequency and average annual intensity of cold damage was calculated by using 1951-2010 station daily mean temperature and simple cold damage identification index. On this basis, average annual cold damage risk index was obtained by their product. The spatial analysis models of cold damage risk index about double-season early rice （DSER） and double-season later rice （DSLR） were established respectively by the relation of average annual cold damage risk index and its geographic factors. Critical threshold of level of average annual cold damage risk index for DSER and DSLR were respectively divided by the correlative equation of cold damage annual frequency and average annual intensity of cold damage. 2001-2010 planting area of DCR, acquired by time series analysis of MOD09AI 8-d composite land surface reflectance product, was as target of assessment. The results show average annual intensity of cold damage is exponential function of cold damage annual frequency, average annual cold damage risk index is directly proportional to cold damage cumulant and cold damage annual frequency, and is inversely proportional to happen times of cold damage and the square of statistical time sequence length. Cold damage risk of DSER is higher than DSLR in Hunan Province. In the 10-yr stacking map, DCR planting in low risk area accounted for 11.92% of total extraction area, in moderate risk area accounted for 69.62%, in high risk area accounted for 18.46%. According to the cold damage risk assessment result, DCR production can be guided to reduce cold damage losses.

Influenza A virus （IAV） infection is a major worldwide public health problem. However, the factors involved in mediating the inflammatory response to this infection and their relationships remain poorly understood. Here, we show that IAV infection stimulates the expression of the soluble IL-6 receptor （slL-6R）, a multifunctional protein involved in IL-6 signaling. Interestingly, slL-6R expression upregulated the levels of its own ligand, IL-6 and those of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-32. shRNA-mediated knockdown of slL-6R suppressed I L-6 and IL-32, indicating that this regulation is dependent on slL-6R during IAV infection. Furthermore, our results demonstrate that IL-32 participates in a negative feedback loop that inhibits slL-6R while upregulating IL-6 expression during IAV infection. Therefore, we show that slL-6R is a critical cellular factor involved in the acute inflammatory response to viral infection.

Objective This study aimed to investigate the effect of combretastatin A4 phosphate(CA4P)on proliferation,migration,and capillary tube formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)and the efficacy of transcatheter arterial embolization combined with CA4P in the treatment of rabbit VX2 liver *** The effects of different concentrations of CA4P on proliferation,migration and capillary tube formation of HUVECs were investigated by cell proliferation assay,wound healing assay and capillary tube formation assay,***-two rabbits implanted with liver VX2 tumors were randomly divided into 4 *** catheterization of the left hepatic artery,the infusion was performed using normal saline(group A),CA4P aqueous solution(group B),lipiodol and polyvinyl alcohol particles(group C),and CA4P lipiodol emulsion and polyvinyl alcohol particles(group D),*** of the animals in each group were euthanized for immunohistochemical analysis to evaluate microvessel density(MVD)at 3 days *** other half were examined by MRI and histology to evaluate tumor growth and necrosis at 7 days *** CA4P could inhibit the proliferation,migration,and tube formation of HUVECs in cell *** interventional treatment,the level of MVD in group D was lower than that in group C(P<0.01).The tumor volume in group C or D was lower than that in group A or B(P<0.01).The tumor necrosis rate was higher in group D than in the other *** The study suggests that CA4P could inhibit the proliferation,migration,and capillary tube formation of HUVECs,and transcatheter arterial embolization combined with CA4P could inhibit the growth of VX2 tumor and obviously induce tumor necrosis.

AIM To investigate the inhibitory effect of astragaloside IV on the pathological functions of cancer-associated fibroblasts,and to explore the underlying *** Paired gastric normal fibroblast(GNF) and gastric cancer-associated fibroblast(GCAF) cultures were established from resected tissues. GCAFs were treated with vehicle control or different concentrations of astragaloside Ⅳ. Conditioned media were prepared from GNFs,GCAFs,control-treated GCAFs,and astragaloside Ⅳ-treated GCAFs,and used to culture BGC-823 human gastric cancer cells. Proliferation,migration and invasion capacities of BGC-823 cells were determined by MTT,wound healing,and Transwell invasion assays,respectively. The action mechanism of astragaloside Ⅳ was investigated by detecting the expression of micro RNAs and the expression and secretion of the oncogenic factor,macrophage colonystimulating factor(M-CSF),and the tumor suppressive factor,tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2(TIMP2),in different groups of GCAFs. The expression of the oncogenic pluripotency factors SOX2 and NANOG in BGC-823 cells cultured with different conditioned media was also *** GCAFs displayed higher capacities to induce BGC-823 cell proliferation,migration,and invasion than GNFs(P < 0.01). Astragaloside Ⅳ treatment strongly inhibited the proliferation-,migration-and invasion-promoting capacities of GCAFs(P < 0.05 for 10 μmol/L,P < 0.01 for 20 μmol/L and 40 μmol/L). Compared with GNFs,GCAFs expressed a lower level of micro RNA-214(P < 0.01) and a higher level of micro RNA-301 a(P < 0.01). Astragaloside Ⅳ treatment significantly upregulated micro RNA-214 expression(P < 0.01) and down-regulated micro RNA-301 a expression(P < 0.01) in GCAFs. Reestablishing the micro RNA expression balance subsequently suppressed M-CSF production(P < 0.01) and secretion(P < 0.05),and elevated TIMP2 production(P < 0.01) and secretion(P < 0.05).
