石化产业是国民经济的重要支柱产业,也是配套性的能源原材料基础产业,肩负保障国家能源安全的重要使命。石化产业链面临“断链”“卡链”的风险,如何提升石化产业链韧性和安全水平是亟待解决的关键问题。基于石化产业链特点探讨石化产业链韧性的内涵,从新质生产力三个催生因素入手分析新质生产力赋能石化产业链韧性提升的作用机理,从产业基础、自主创新能力、产业转型升级和绿色低碳发展四个方面剖析石化产业链韧性提升面临的现实困境,最后从增强产业基础、加强自主创新、推进深度转型升级与绿色低碳转型方面提出新质生产力赋能石化产业链韧性提升的实践进路。

Flow Field Investigation in a Trapezoidal Duct with Swirl Flow Induced by Impingement Jets

An enlarged model of trapezoidal duct near the leading-edge in the blade is built up. The effects of impingement jets, swirl flow, cross flow and effusion flow are considered. Experiments are performed to measure flow fields in this confined passage and exit holes on one of its side walls. Cross flow and effusion flow are induced in the channel by the outflow of side exit hole （SEH） and film cooling hole （FCH）, which are oriented on one end wall and bottom wall of the passage. Detailed flow structures are measured for two impingement angles of 35° and 45° with 6 combinations of outflow ratios. Results show that the small jets impinge the target wall effectively while the large jets contribute to inducing and impelling a strong counter-clockwise vortex in the upper part of the passage. Cross flow plays a dominate role for the flow structures in the passage and exit holes. It deflects jets, enhances swirl and deteriorates side exit conditions. Impingement angle is another significant factor for the flow characteristics. Its effect reveals more evidently with cross flow. Within the present test conditions, the mass flow rates and outflow positions of FCHs have no distinct effect on the main flow structures.

In the paper,a set of algorithms to construct synthetic aperture radar（SAR）matching suitable features are frstly proposed based on the evolutionary synthesis *** the process,on the one hand,the indexes of primary matching suitable features（PMSFs）are designed based on the characteristics of image texture,SAR imaging and SAR matching algorithm,which is a process involving expertise;on the other hand,by designing a synthesized operation expression tree based on PMSFs,a much more flexible expression form of synthesized features is built,which greatly expands the construction ***,the genetic algorithm-based optimized searching process is employed to search the synthesized matching suitable feature（SMSF）with the highest effciency,largely improving the optimized searching *** addition,the experimental results of the airborne synthetic aperture radar ortho-images of C-band and P-band show that the SMSFs gained via the algorithms can reflect the matching suitability of SAR images accurately and the matching probabilities of selected matching suitable areas of ortho-images could reach 99±0.5%.

The Cu65Ni35,Cu60Ni40 and Cu55Ni45 alloys were undercooled by fluxing method,and the rapid solidification structure with different undercoolings were also *** the same time,the interface migration process during rapid solidification was photographed by high-speed photography,and the relationship between the morphological characteristics of solidification front and undercooling was *** microstructures of the three alloys were observed by metallographic microscope,and the microstructure characteristics and evolution law were systematically *** was found that two grain refinement events occurred in the low undercooling range and high undercooling range,*** EBSD test of grain refined microstructures showed that the microstructure in the low undercooling range has a high proportion of low-angle grain boundaries and high strength ***,there were a large proportion of high-angle grain boundaries and a high proportion of twin grain boundaries and more randomly oriented grains in the microstructure in the high undercooling *** TEM test of the Cu55Ni45 alloy with the maximum undercooling of 284 K showed that there were high-density dislocation networks and stacking faults in the ***,the evolution relationship between microstructure hardness and undercooling was systematically *** was found that the microhardness of the three alloys decreased sharply near the critical *** with EBSD,TEM and microhardness analysis,it was confirmed that the grain refinement under low undercooling was caused by dendrite remelting,while the grain refinement under high undercooling was caused by stress-induced recrystallization.

The normal hypervelocity impact of an Al-thin plate by an Al-sphere was numerically simulated by using the adaptive smoothed particle hydrodynamics (ASPH) method. In this method, the isotropic smoothing algorithm of standard SPH is replaced with anisotropic smoothing involving ellipsoidal kernels whose axes evolve automatically to follow the mean particle spacing as it varies in time, space, and direction around each particle. Using the ASPH, the anisotropic volume changes under strong shock condition are captured more accurately and clearly. The sophisticated features of meshless and Lagrangian nature inherent in the SPH method are kept for treating large deformations, large inhomogeneities and tracing free surfaces in the extremely transient impact process. A two-dimensional ASPH program is coded with C++. The developed hydrocode is examined for example problems of hypervelocity impacts of solid materials. The results obtained from the numerical simulation are compared with available experimental ones. Good agreement is observed.

Cumulative Tariff Cost Rate and Structure in the Global Value Chain:A Theoretical and Empirical Study

This paper constructs a more unified measurement framework from the perspective of the Leontief inverse matrix and Ghosh inverse matrix(Ghosh).At the same time,referring to the four-term decomposition method of Leontief inverse matrix in Muradov(2016),this paper analyzes the structural decomposition of the cumulative tariff cost *** show that(1)Overall,from 2000 to 2017,China's cumulative tariff cost rate,direct tariff cost rate,and multi-stage tariff cost rate all showed a downward trend,and the decline was greater than that of other countries(regions).China has strictly fulflled its WTO accession commitments and has greatly reduced the tariff rate on imported intermediate goods.(2)With China's deep participation in the global value chain,the amplification effect of China's tariffs has increased from 2.57 in 2000 to 3.17 in 2017,and there is a certain degree of"amplification effect"(above 1.5)in tariffs in all countries in the world.(3)From the perspective of the contribution rate of various countries in the world,China contributes the most to the global cumulative tariff cost rate,which is due to the complexity of the global production network structure,rather than the excessively high tariff rate imposed by China on imported intermediate *** terms of policy implications,if China did not take the initiative to reduce tariffs,the structural changes in the global production network would lead to a larger global cumulative tariff cost rate.

Remaining useful life（RUL） prognostics is a fundamental premise to perform conditionbased maintenance（CBM） for a system subject to performance degradation. Over the past decades,research has been conducted in RUL prognostics for aeroengine. However, most of the prognostics technologies and methods simply base on single parameter, making it hard to demonstrate the specific characteristics of its degradation. To solve such problems, this paper proposes a novel approach to predict RUL by means of superstatistics and information fusion. The performance degradation evolution of the engine is modeled by fusing multiple monitoring parameters, which manifest non-stationary characteristics while degrading. With the obtained degradation curve,prognostics model can be established by state-space method, and then RUL can be estimated when the time-varying parameters of the model are predicted and updated through Kalman filtering algorithm. By this method, the non-stationary degradation of each parameter is represented, and multiple monitoring parameters are incorporated, both contributing to the final prognostics. A case study shows that this approach enables satisfactory prediction evolution and achieves a markedly better prognosis of RUL.

随着水力式升船机提升高度的增加,竖井水位同步问题将更加凸显,竖井水位同步性是升船机安全运行的关键技术难题,对其开展研究非常必要。基于“纵向长廊道输水系统+整体联通竖井”水力驱动系统设计理念,建立了水力式升船机1∶30概化物理模型,摸清非恒定流作用下该新型水力驱动系统竖井水位变化的基本规律,分析了竖井初始水深、输水流量两项关键因素对竖井水位同步性的影响。试验结果表明:在充水初期,水面在整体连通的竖井内形成纵向坡降,经历往复振荡后衰减;平衡重参与运行后,发挥了整流作用,有利于减小竖井水面坡降、大幅缩短了振荡衰减时间,整个输水过程中竖井水位同步性高,各平衡重受力均匀;在初始水深大于15 m的条件下,新型水力驱动系统能够满足百米级提升高度的水力式升船机竖井水位同步要求。
