During long-term service in space,Gallium Arsenide(GaAs)solar cells are directly exposed to electron irradiation which usually causes a dramatic decrease in their performance.In the multilayer structure of solar cells,the germanium(Ge)layer occupies the majority of the thickness as the substrate.Due to the intrinsic brittleness of semiconductor material,there exist various defects during the preparation and assembly of solar cells,the influences of which tend to be intensified by the irradiation effect.In this work,first,Ge specimens for mechanical tests were prepared at scales from microscopic to macroscopic.Then,after different doses of electron irradiation,the mechanical properties of the Ge specimens were investigated.The experimental results demonstrate that electron irradiation has an obvious effect on the mechanical property variation of Ge in diverse scales.The four-point bending test indicates that the elastic modulus,fracture strength,and maximum displacement of the Ge specimens all increase,and reach the maximum value at the irradiation dose of 1×10^(15)e/cm^(2).The micrometer scale cantilever and nanoindentation tests present similar trends for Ge specimens after irradiation.Atomic Force Microscope(AFM)also observed the change in surface roughness.Finally,a fitting model was established to characterize the relation between modulus change and electron irradiation dose.

The intelligent detection technology driven by X-ray images and deep learning represents the forefront of advanced techniques and development trends in flaw detection and automated evaluation of light alloy castings.However,the efficacy of deep learning models hinges upon a substantial abundance of flaw samples.The existing research on X-ray image augmentation for flaw detection suffers from shortcomings such as poor diversity of flaw samples and low reliability of quality evaluation.To this end,a novel approach was put forward,which involves the creation of the Interpolation-Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Network(I-DCGAN)for flaw detection image generation and a comprehensive evaluation algorithm named TOPSIS-IFP.I-DCGAN enables the generation of high-resolution,diverse simulated images with multiple appearances,achieving an improvement in sample diversity and quality while maintaining a relatively lower computational complexity.TOPSIS-IFP facilitates multi-dimensional quality evaluation,including aspects such as diversity,authenticity,image distribution difference,and image distortion degree.The results indicate that the X-ray radiographic images of magnesium and aluminum alloy castings achieve optimal performance when trained up to the 800th and 600th epochs,respectively.The TOPSIS-IFP value reaches 78.7%and 73.8%similarity to the ideal solution,respectively.Compared to single index evaluation,the TOPSIS-IFP algorithm achieves higher-quality simulated images at the optimal training epoch.This approach successfully mitigates the issue of unreliable quality associated with single index evaluation.The image generation and comprehensive quality evaluation method developed in this paper provides a novel approach for image augmentation in flaw recognition,holding significant importance for enhancing the robustness of subsequent flaw recognition networks.

The rodent running-wheel recording apparatus is a reliable approach for studying cir-cadian rhythm.This study demonstrated how to construct a simple and intelligent running-wheel recording system.The running wheel was attached to the cage's base,whereas the Hall sensor was attached to the cage's cover.Then,the RJ25 adaptor relayed the running signal to the main control board.Finally,the main control board was connected to the USB port of the computer with the USB connection.Data were collected using the online-accessible,self-created software Magturning.Through Magturning,generated data were saved and exported in real time.Afterward,the device was validated by collecting data on the locomotor activities of mice under dif-ferent light conditions.In conclusion,this new device can record circadian activity of rodents.Our device is appropriate for interdisciplinary investigations related to biological clock research.

Background:Ginkgo biloba L.preparations(GBLPs)are a class of Chinese herbal medicine used in the adjuvant treatment of ischemic stroke(IS).Recently,several systematic reviews(SRs)and meta-analyses(MAs)of GBLPs for IS have been published.Objective:This overview aims to assess the quality of related SRs and MAs.Search strategy:Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Chinese Biological Medicine,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,and Chinese Science and Technology Journals databases were searched from their inception to December 31,2022.Inclusion criteria:SRs and MAs of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that explored the efficacy of GBLPs for patients with IS were included.Data extraction and analysis:Two independent reviewers extracted data and assessed the methodological quality,risk of bias(ROB),reporting quality,and credibility of evidence of the included SRs and MAs using A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR 2),Risk of Bias in Systematic Reviews(ROBIS),the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses(PRISMA),and the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE),respectively.Additionally,descriptive analysis and data synthesis were conducted.Results:Twenty-nine SRs/MAs involving 119 outcomes were included in this review.The overall methodological quality of all SRs/MAs was critically low based on AMSTAR 2,and 28 had a high ROB based on the ROBIS.According to the PRISMA statement,the reporting items of the included SRs/MAs are relatively complete.The results based on GRADE showed that of the 119 outcomes,8 were rated as moderate quality,24 as low quality,and 87 as very low quality.Based on the data synthesis,GBLPs used in conjunction with conventional treatment were superior to conventional treatment alone for decreasing neurological function scores.Conclusion:GBLPs can be considered a beneficial supplemental therapy for IS.However,because of the low quality of the existing evidence,high-quality RCTs and SRs/MAs are warranted t

在构建新型基础设施建设评价指标体系的基础上,运用三阶段DEA模型测度2008—2021年我国的新型基础设施建设效率,并基于城市规模差异,进一步讨论新型基础设施建设效率对共同富裕的影响。结果显示:首先,新型基础设施建设效率在整体上呈现出先下降后上升的趋势,并表现出非均衡性。超大城市和特大城市的新型基础设施建设效率呈现出快速提升的趋势,该效率在大城市、中等城市和小城市则呈现出不同程度的下降趋势。其次,组内差距是非均衡性的主要来源,超大城市组内差距贡献率缓慢下降,大城市、中等城市和小城市组内差距呈现出快速扩张的趋势。此外,新型基础设施建设效率的提升有利于共同富裕的实现,但在不同城市规模条件下其作用效应表现不同,其对超大城市和特大城市表现为总体富裕效应,对大城市和中等城市表现为共享富裕效应,对小城市则无影响。最后,测算得到新型基础设施建设效率共同富裕效应的最佳城市人口规模为167.10万—375.65万人,并在此基础上提出针对性政策建议,以期为推动新型基础设施在城市建设体系中的合理布局提供有益参考。

Viruses are ubiquitous in human life. Some viruses can be used as vectors of genetic engineering and specific pesticides. Other viruses trigger a variety of diseases in humans, animals and plants, resulting in high infection rates and mortality. Therefore, convenient, accurate and rapid detection of viruses is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of subsequent diseases. In contrast to traditional methods of detection, which rely on time-consuming and complex techniques such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), fluorescent probes and imaging methods generate real-time results, with high specificity, and have been widely used in viral detection. In this review, the application of viral fluorescent probes in analyzing the molecular structure, detection and biological imaging is discussed. In particular, we categorized the probes based on their specificity for human and plant viruses, reviewing the latest findings and analyzing their limitations. The potential of fluorescent molecular probes in the treatment of viral disease and environmental analysis, and their possible combinations with protein and immune technology are discussed.

A Study of International Arbitrators' Substantive Ethical Obligations and Chinese Strategies

The increased complexity and scales of international arbitration cases require a larger roster of righteous and experienced international arbitrators. The difficulty to define ethics or ethical obligation in the area of international arbitration has caused increased discussion and confusion. As a result,the tendency towards codification of ethical obligations would provide a more precise and practical mean to regulate arbitrators' behavior. The legal sources of ethical obligations of international arbitrators contain international conventions,national laws,arbitral institutions' rules as well as institutional codes of ethics. The main substantive ethical obligations include disclosing,investigating,conducting the arbitration in accordance with the arbitration agreement,maintaining confidentiality,being competent and diligent. Chinese authorities and foreign-related arbitral institutions should enhance the codification and uniformity of the international arbitrators' ethical obligations. The relevant strategies for revising the Arbitration Lawand arbitrators' ethical codes,unifying the foreign-related arbitration institution ethical rules and joining the harmonious progress of international arbitration should be considered correspondingly.

【目的】以Nature 2020—2022年的封面故事为研究对象,分析视觉修辞的表达和方法,为我国科技期刊封面设计提供新的思路与参考。【方法】以视觉修辞理论为基础,采用案例分析法,对Nature 2020—2022年的153个封面进行探究,通过对比分析封面故事的视觉修辞特征,总结出封面故事的视觉修辞方法。【结果】Nature封面故事有着系统的视觉修辞逻辑与方法,包括叙事的转喻和隐喻、构图的列锦和连续、造型的夸张和仿拟。【结论】科技期刊要更好地借助视觉修辞推动封面科学信息的传播,应综合使用不同的视觉修辞方法,以简单易懂的符号叙事、规律有序的构图、丰富突出的造型,优化期刊封面的视觉表达效果。

为提高稻谷干燥速率和改善干燥后品质,将玻璃化转变理论应用于稻谷变温干燥工艺,分析变温和恒温干燥工艺中初始水质量分数、变温幅度和热风风速对稻谷干燥速率和干燥后品质(爆腰增率和整精米率)的影响。结果表明:相比于恒温干燥工艺,橡胶态变温干燥工艺的干燥速率高,稻谷干燥后品质明显改善;玻璃态变温工艺干燥速率最慢,其干燥后的品质优于稻谷橡胶态变温干燥和恒温干燥。综合考虑稻谷干燥速率和干燥后品质变化,橡胶态变温干燥工艺可有效提高稻谷干燥速率,改善稻谷干燥后品质。
