AIM：To investigate the effect of Htr A1 on the proliferation,migration and apoptosis of human retinal pigment epithelium（RPE） cells in the light injured model,as well as the expression of the apoptosis related ***：The human RPE cell line ARPE-19 was exposed to blue light to establish the light injured *** cells were transfected with Htr A1 si RNA to knockdown Htr A1 *** expression of Htr A1 was determined by real-time polymerase chain reaction（RTPCR） and Western blot,*** in cell proliferation,migration and apoptosis were assessed by cell counting kit-8（CCK-8）,Transwell assay and flow cytometry respectively,as well as changes in the m RNA and protein levels of Bax,Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 ***：Htr A1 was highly expressed in ARPE-19 cells after blue light *** of Htr A1 expression inhibited the proliferation,migration and apoptosis of the blue-light-irradiated ARPE-19 cells（P〈0.05）.Bax and Caspase-3 expression were significantly reduced both at m RNA and protein levels（P〈0.05） after si RNA ***-2 expression significantly increased in blue-lightirradiated ARPE-19 cells after si RNA interference（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Silence of Htr A1 may inhibit the proliferation,migration and apoptosis of ARPE-19 cells in light injured ***,Htr A1 suppression in blue-lightirradiated ARPE-19 cells may ameliorate cell apoptosis through down-regulation of Bax and Caspase-3,and upregulation of Bcl-2 expression.

The effects of the microwave combined with air convection thawing(MAT)on the gelling properties of pork myofibrillar proteins(MPs)were further studied and compared with those of fresh meat(FM),and single thawing methods(microwave thawing(MT)and air convection thawing(AT)).Results revealed that the thawing methods,excluding MAT,induced deterioration in the gelling properties of *** was no significant difference(p>0.05)in the water holding capacity(WHC),cooking loss,whiteness,and strength of gel samples subjected to MAT and those of FM samples,demonstrating that the gelling properties were retained after *** well,protein aggregation was limited,since MAT reduced the change in zeta potential and turbidity compared to that observed with MT or *** dynamic rheology and scanning electron microscopic results were relatively consistent,revealing that among the different thawing techniques,MAT had the least negative impact on the microstructure of MPs gel,leading to the generation of a more elastic and uniform gel structure than that of the MT or AT ***,MAT resulted in higher water retention in the gels than that achieved with MT or *** findings indicated that MAT improved the gelling properties of MPs,thereby confirming the suitability of this treatment for use in the meat processing industry.

目的探讨不同剂量的磷酸三苯酯(TPhP)和磷酸三(1,3-二氯-2-丙基)酯(TDCPP)对小鼠精母细胞DNA损伤和细胞周期的影响。方法选取小鼠精母细胞(GC-2)为细胞模型,经TPhP和TDCPP(0、3、10、30和50μmol/L)染毒48 h后,利用CCK-8方法检测GC-2的细胞存活率,采用高内涵分析系统检测TPhP和TDCPP对细胞核碎片化程度、磷酸化组蛋白(pH2AX)、DNA同源重组修复蛋白(Rad51)及细胞周期等参数的影响。实时荧光定量PCR法分析精母细胞生长发育关键调控基因,包括环腺苷酸应答元件结合蛋白(CREB-1)、抑制素-α (inhibin-α)、粘连蛋白2(nectin-2)和增殖标记蛋白(Ki67)mRNA的表达水平。结果与对照组相比,30和50μmol/L TPhP和TDCPP均显著降低GC-2细胞存活率(P<0.05),并引起细胞核碎片化程度加剧(P<0.01)。DNA损伤标志物pH2AX在10、30和50μmol/L TPhP组及TDCPP组均显著升高(P<0.05),Rad51蛋白在30和50μmol/L TPhP组和10、30和50μmol/L TDCPP组均显著升高(P<0.01),表明较高浓度的TPhP和TDCPP可引起DNA损伤。细胞周期分析显示,TPhP主要将细胞阻滞在G0/G1期,而TDCPP主要将细胞阻滞在G0/G1期和G2/M期。荧光定量PCR结果可见,与对照组相比,TPhP(30和50μmol/L)和TDCPP(10、30和50μmol/L)抑制精母细胞生长发育关键基因(CREB-1、inhibin-α、nectin-2和Ki67)的表达(P<0.01)。结论 TPhP和TDCPP均可引起GC-2细胞DNA损伤和细胞周期阻滞,并最终影响精母细胞的生长发育。

In the numerical prediction of weather or climate events,the uncertainty of the initial values and/or prediction models can bring the forecast result’s *** to the absence of true states,studies on this problem mainly focus on the three subproblems of predictability,i.e.,the lower bound of the maximum predictable time,the upper bound of the prediction error,and the lower bound of the maximum allowable initial *** at the problem of the lower bound estimation of the maximum allowable initial error,this study first illustrates the shortcoming of the existing estimation,and then presents a new estimation based on the initial observation precision and proves it ***,the new lower bound estimations of both the two-dimensional ikeda model and lorenz96 model are obtained by using the cnop(conditional nonlinear optimal perturbation)method and a pso(particle swarm optimization)algorithm,and the estimated precisions are also ***,the estimations yielded by the existing and new formulas are compared;the results show that the estimations produced by the existing formula are often incorrect.

We report our detailed data analysis of 39 γ-ray sources selected from the 992 unassociated sources in the third Fermi Large Area Telescope Third Source Catalog. The selection criteria, which were set for finding candidate millisecond pulsars （MSPs）, are non-variables with curved spectra and 〉5° Galactic latitudes. From our analysis, 24 sources were found to be point-like sources not contaminated by back- ground or nearby unknown sources. Three of them, Jl544.6-1125, J1625.1-0021 and J1653.6-0158, have been previously studied, indicating that they are likely MSPs. The spectra of J0318.1＋0252 and J2053.9＋2922 do not have properties similar to known γ-ray MSPs, and we thus suggest that they are not MSPs. Analysis of archival X-ray data for most of the 24 sources was also conducted. Four sources were found with X-ray objects in their error circles, and 16 with no detection. The ratios between the γ-ray fluxes and X-ray fluxes or flux upper limits are generally lower than those of known γ-ray MSPs, suggesting that if the γ-ray sources are MSPs, none of the X-ray objects are their counterparts. Deep X-ray or radio observations of these sources are needed in order to identify their MSP nature.

Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disease （NMOSD） refers to a group of related disease, in which potential pathogenesis is similar to neuromyelitis optica （NMO）, but clinical involvement does not exactly correspond to the diagnosis of NMO. Owing to varied clinical manifestations, it is apt to be misdiagnosed. We report a case of NMOSD with cervical spondylosis and discuss the experience of diagnosis.

We synthesised a series of ω-aminoalkyl sodium hydrogen phosphates （AAP-n-Na, n =3, 4, 5, 6, purity 〉 99%）, which have potential applications as bioactive cosmetic ingredients and surface modifiers of bone minerals （i.e. hydroxyapatites）. Results from Fourier transformed infrared （FTIR）, nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） and high resolution mass spectroscopy, and elemental analysis all matched their chemical structures. The acid dissociation constants （pKa＇s） of each AAP-n （acid form of AAP-n-Na, n ; 2-6） were measured by potentiometric titration, showing a general increasing trend with an increase in the chain length of AAP-n. However, the pKa3 constant, which corresponds to the deprotonation of the ammonium group in AAP-n-Na, displayed an unusual decrease when n = even. This odd-even effect can be explained by the pairwise self-association of AAP-n-Na molecules in water where intermolecular hydrogen bonding in case of n=even is weaker than that in case of n=odd. All AAP-n-Na at concentrations up to 0.1% （w/v） were non-toxic to L929 fibroblasts and MG 63 osteoblast-like cells in terms of cell growth and morphology, These basic data were important for applications of AAP-n and their salts in biomedical engineering.
