Retirement delay unified or differentiated--Based on the interaction between pension deficit and labor market

This paper aims to construct a mathematical model for choosing a proper policy about raising retirement age on the basis of the interaction between shortage of pension funds and labor *** has also conducted a simulation analysis over the economic efficiency and political feasibility of a uniformed or a differentiated retirement-age delay *** findings show that it is up to how effective the pension deficit is closed,how many employments will be crowded out,and whether it is politically acceptable that the length and kind of the delay is *** the policy effect of raising retirement age,a soft approach to delaying retirement will be better than a tough one,and a differentiated method will be better than a uniformed *** root cause for the inconsistency of the policy effect is the discrepancies in terms of wage rate and job fulfillment,brought by different human capital situations and individual differences of the *** shortage of pension funds can be more effectively closed,and the impact on new labor force will be reduced,if we employ a differentiated approach to delay retirement according to the pattern of human capital accumulation and the supply and demand status of labor ***,the policy effect of raising retirement age will not be maximized unless the human capital situation is *** order to resolve the pensions crisis and alleviate the pressure of unemployment,it is unavoidable that the insured,especially the low-skilled labor,can get more vocational training and academic education.

This paper proposes an adaptive joint source and channel coding scheme for H.264 video multicast over wireless LAN which takes into account the user topology changes and varying channel conditions of multiple users, and dynamically allocates available bandwidth between source coding and channel coding, with the goal to optimize the overall system performance. In particular, source resilience and error correction are considered jointly in the scheme to achieve the optimal performance. And a channel estimation algorithm based on the average packet loss rate and the variance of packet loss rate is proposed also. Two overall performance criteria for video multicast are investigated and experimental results are presented to show the improvement obtained by the scheme.

BiVO_(4)is one of the most promising photoanode materials for photoelectrochemical(PEC)solar energy conversion,but it still suffers from poor photocurrent density due to insufficient light‐harvesting efficiency(LHE),weak photogenerated charge separation efficiency(Φ_(Sep)),and low water oxidation efficiency(Φ_(OX)).Herein,we tackle these challenges of the BiVO_(4)photoanodes using systematic engineering,including catalysis engineering,bandgap engineering,and morphology *** particular,we deposit a NiCoO_(x)layer onto the BiVO_(4)photoanode as the oxygen evolution catalyst to enhance theΦ_(OX)of Fe‐g‐C_(3)N_(4)/BiVO_(4)for PEC water oxidation,and incorporate Fe‐doped graphite‐phase C_(3)N_(4)(Fe‐g‐C_(3)N_(4))into the BiVO_(4)photoanode to optimize the bandgap and surface areas to subsequently expand the light absorption range of the photoanode from 530 to 690 nm,increase the LHE andΦ_(Sep),and further improve the oxygen evolution reaction activity of the NiCoO_(x)catalytic ***,the maximum photocurrent density of the as‐prepared NiCoO_(x)/Fe‐g‐C_(3)N_(4)/BiVO_(4)is remarkably boosted from 4.6 to 7.4 mA cm^(−2).This work suggests that the proposed systematic engineering strategy is exceptionally promising for improving LHE,Φ_(Sep),andΦ_(OX)of BiVO_(4)‐based photoanodes,which will substantially benefit the design,preparation,and large‐scale application of next‐generation high‐performance photoanodes.

Sintered mullite is prepared by kyanite powder with Al_2O_3 content of 45% and 50%(Yinshan, Nanyang City, China),and the industrial alumina is added to control the chemical composition. The different series of sintered mullite according to the Al_2O_3 content(45%-70%) are designed. The raw materials are mixed and compacted, and then sintered at different temperatures. Physical properties, phase composition, microstructure and refractoriness under load of the synthesized samples are characterized by physical property test, XRD, SEM and RUL test, in order to confirm the quality of sintering and the relationship between temperature and mullitization reaction. The results show that the sintered mullite from low-medium grade kyanite has well developed mullite crystals and a continuous staggered network structure is formed, which has a significant contribution to increasing the high temperature performance of mullite.

采用共沉淀法制备四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4)),溶胶凝胶法制得SiO_(2)溶胶,利用二者间的静电作用制备了磁性二氧化硅复合材料(Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2))。借助XRD、SEM、VSM、FTIR等方法对Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)进行表征,结果表明,所得材料的粒径为20 nm左右,BET比表面积约为59 m^(2)/g,平均孔径9.8 nm,具有超顺磁性(39.7 emu/g)。将该复合材料用作磁固相萃取(magnetic solid-phase extraction,MSPE)的吸附剂,与液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)联用检测水样中的磺酰脲类除草剂。对于不同添加水平的所有分析物,测定的回收率在78.7%~102.9%之间,平行测定6次,检测的RSD值在1.6%~6.7%之间。结果表明,这是一种制备价格低廉、方便高效、绿色环保的复合材料,可实现对农药快速吸附、回收率高、重复性好,对环境水样中磺酰脲类农药的快速筛选具有潜在的价值。

China＇s textile and garment markets grown up with the development of reform and opening-up, they＇re well adapted to the national policy and economic environment in each period, and formed a large-scale development, played a positive role in promoting China＇s economy development. This paper has a research on the textile and garment market, industry cluster and regional economy, recognize textile professional market and regional economy as the main research object, industrial cluster as the intermediary variable. Establish textile and garment market, industrial cluster, regional economy as the main trunk of structural equation model and carry on the empirical analysis. From the empirical analysis, this paper find that the coefficient of textile and garment market effecting on industrial cluster is 0.91, and industrial cluster on regional economy is 0.93, that means results verify hypothesis relationships between the three of them Finally, according to each path coefficients, providing relevant suggestions for the Shanghai area development of textile and garment market, related industries cluster and regional economy development.
