BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one very usual tumor together with higher death ***-specific protease 21(USP21)has been confirmed to take part into the regulation of CRC progression through serving as a ***,the promotive function of USP21 has also discovered in the progression of ***1 has illustrated to be modulated by USP7,USP22 and USP51 in ***,the regulatory functions of USP21 on ZEB1 in CRC progression need more *** To investigate the relationship between USP21 and ZEB1 in CRC *** The mRNA and protein expressions were assessed through RT-qPCR,western blot and IHC *** interaction between USP21 and ZEB1 was evaluated through Co-IP and GST pull down *** cell proliferation was detected through colony formation *** cell migration and invasion abilities were determined through Transwell *** stemness was tested through sphere formation *** tumor growth was evaluated through in vivo mice *** In this work,USP21 and ZEB1 exhibited higher expression in CRC,and resulted into poor ***,the interaction between USP21 and ZEB1 was further *** was demonstrated that USP21 contributed to the stability of ZEB1 through modulating ubiquitination *** addition,USP21 streng-thened cell proliferation,migration and stemness through regulating *** last,through in vivo assays,it was illustrated that USP21/ZEB1 axis aggravated tumor *** For the first time,these above findings manifested that USP21 promoted tumorigenicity and stemness of CRC by deubiquitinating and stabilizing *** discovery suggested that USP21/ZEB1 axis may provide novel sights for the treatment of CRC.

In order to expand the color-change range and make the discoloration temperature suitable for the daily textiles,a new formulation of mixed-colorants thermochromic core material is designed,in which crystal violet lactone(CVL)is the basic color former,bisphenol A(BPA)is the developer,especially the solvent-based dye and dodecyl dedecanoate are used as the extended dye and the solvent,*** electron microscope(SEM),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)were applied to study the morphology,encapsulation rate,non-isothermal crystallization behavior and thermal stability of the mixed-colorant thermochromic microcapsules(MCTMs)prepared by in-situ *** results show that MCTMs have good sphericity,uniform particle size,good thermal stability and the encapsulation rate can reach 86.73%.Under the non-isothermal conditions,the encapsulation of formaldehyde-melamine resin wall material can slightly reduce the crystallization rate of the solvent,but does not affect the relative crystallinity,thermal properties and discoloration sensitivity of the core *** the variety of ambient temperatures in the range of 20–35℃,the printed cotton fabrics with MCTMs could change color reversibly between different tones with good reliability and durability,and exhibit more gorgeous colors than the common thermochromic materials.

In this letter, abundant families of Jacobi clliptic function envelope solutions of the N-coupled nonlinearSchrodinger (NLS) system are obtained directly. When the modulus m →1, those periodic solutions degenerate as thecorresponding envelope soliton solutions, envelope shock wave solutions. Especially,for the 3-coupled NLS system, fivetypes of Jacobi elliptic function envelope solutions are illustrated both analytically and *** types of thosedegenerate as envelope soliton solutions.

Molecular ferroelectrics have attracted much attention because of their excellent piezoelectricity,mechanical workability,and second harmonic ***,we successfully prepared two molecular ferroelectrics[1,5-3.2.2-Hdabcn]X(X=ClO_(4)^(-),1;ReO_(4)^(-),2)by reactions of a quasi-spherical amine 1,5-diazabicycle[3.2.2]nonane(1.5-3.2.2-dabcn)with HX aqueous *** 1 and 2 undergo hightemperature phase transitions at 381 K(1)and 396 K(2).Before and after the phase transition,they crystallize in the polar point group mm2,and the centrosymmetric point groups mmm and 4/mmm,*** to Aizu rules,these two compounds experience mmm Fmm2 and 4/mmm Fmm2 type ferroelectric phase transitions,*** ferroelectricity of both compounds is well expressed in their polycrystalline film at room temperature with low coercive voltages of 13 V for 1 and 25 V for *** piezoelectric force microscopy(PFM),the 180°anti-parallel ferroelectric domains and the reversible polarization switching can be clearly observed in 1 and *** high-temperature molecular ferroelectric material has great application potential in flexible materials,biomechanics,intelligent wearables and other fields.

MOF-derived 1D CGO Cathode for Efficient Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cells

Solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs)provide a promising way for converting renewable energy into chemical ***,NiO/CGO(nickel-gadolinium doped ceria)cermet has shown its excellent properties in ionic and electronic conductivity under reducing ***,we developed a novel 1D NiO/CGO cathode through a cerium metal-organic framework(MOF)derived *** cathode’s 1D nanostructure integrated with a microchannel scaffold facilitates enhanced mass transport,providing vertically aligned pathways for CO_(2)and H_(2)O ***,the 1D framework increases the number of interfacial sites and reduces ion diffusion distances,thereby simplifying electron/ion ***,this advanced cathode achieved a significant breakthrough in SOEC performance,maintaining efficient CO_(2)and H_(2)O electrolysis at an extraordinary current density of 1.41 A/cm^(2)at 1.5 V and excellent stability over 24 h at 850℃.The enhanced performance of this newly developed cathode not only achieves a remarkable 100%improvement compared to those of NiO/CGO cathodes with varying geometrical configurations but also surpasses those of commercial NiO/CGO catalysts by an outstanding 40%when tested under identical *** development of the 1D NiO/CGO enhances the efficiency and durability of ceramic cathodes for CO_(2)and H_(2)O co-electrolysis in SOECs and improves the scalability and effectiveness of SOECs in renewable energy applications.

High-voltage battery systems bring significant increases in energy density but are also accompanied by fast degradation of electrochemical performance and serious safety ***,Li^(+)coordination structure regulation was conducted to formulate a non-flammable electrolyte,which consists of 1.5 M lithium bis(fluor sulfonyl)imide(LiFSI)in triethyl phosphate and methyl 2,2,2-trifluoromethyl carbonate(FEMC).The renamed TEP-FEMC-FEC(TFF)electrolyte exhibits an FSI−-dominated solvation structure contributed by the weakly-solvating ability of *** generated inorganic-rich interfacial layers are conducive to stabilizing the phase transition of high-voltage cathodes while suppressing the dendritic growth on lithium metal or co-intercalation behavior in graphite *** TFF electrolyte enables LiCoO_(2)||Li batteries to achieve capacity maintenance over 79%after 400 cycles with high-rate of 5 C at an ultra-high voltage of 4.6 V,and an outstanding capacity exceeding 100 mA h g^(−1)even at a super-high current density of 20 ***,the Ah-level LiCoO_(2)||graphite pouch cells also exhibit high capacity retention and satisfactory safety performance even under fast *** work provides a novel research direction for the pursuit of high energy density non-flammable electrolytes.
