The combination of hydrogen/deuterium(H/D)formaldehyde-based isotopic methyl labeling with solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography–high resolution mass spectrometry(HPLC-Hrms)is a powerful analytical solution for nontargeted analysis of trace-level amino-containing chemicals in water *** the huge amount of chemical information generated in HPLC-Hrms analysis,identifying all possible H/Dlabeled amino chemicals presents a significant challenge in data *** address this,we designed a streamlined data processing pipeline that can automatically extract H/D-labeled amino chemicals from the raw HPLC-Hrms data with high accuracy and ***,we developed a cross-correlation algorithm to correct the retention time shift resulting from deuterium isotopic effects,which enables reliable pairing of H-and D-labeled ***,we implemented several bioinformatic solutions to remove false chemical features generated by in-source fragmentation,salt adduction,and natural13C ***,we used a data mining strategy to construct the AmInEs library that consists of over 38,000 structure-disjointed primary and secondary amines to facilitate putative compound ***,we integrated these modules into a freely available r program,*** rationale of each module was justified and its performance tested using experimental H/D-labeled chemical standards and authentic water *** further demonstrated the application of HDPairFinder to effectively extract n-containing contaminants,thus enabling the monitoring of changes of primary and secondary n-compounds in authentic water *** is a reliable bioinformatic tool for rapid processing of H/D isotopic methyl labeling-based nontargeted analysis of water samples,and will facilitate a better understanding of n-containing chemical compounds in water.

西湖凹陷n构造区花港组及浅部龙井组地层发育多种类型河道砂体,砂体厚度横向变化快,准确识别目的层河道展布是该地区储层预测的关键。本次研究综合应用分频CmY(C-cyan,青色;m-magenta,洋红色;Y-yellow,黄色;三种颜色的简写)融合与地震沉积学技术,对地震数据进行全频段扫描,通过分频得到单频地震数据体,在此基础上选取有利频段地震数据进行CmY体融合,结合地震沉积学方法制作融合数据体目的层地层切片,通过调节切片上不同颜色所占比例及亮度显示强度,横向上凸显不同规模河道展布特征,纵向上分析不同期次河道演化特征。基于此,最终在n构造区花港组H2层刻画6或7条辫状河河道,在H3层刻画5条河道;在浅部龙井组刻画7条不同规模河道。该方法较常规地震属性刻画河道边界清晰,对河道沉积物厚度、粒度等信息都有响应,可为该地区岩性油气藏勘探提供一定的指导。

Background Home oxygen therapy(HOT)is indicated upon discharge in some preterm infants with severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD).There is a lack of evidence-based consensus on the indication for HOT among these *** wide variation in the institutional use of HOT exists,little is known about the role of regional social-economic level in the wide variation of *** This was a secondary analysis of Chinese neonatal network(CHnn)data from January 1,2019 to December 31,*** at gestational agess,with a birth weight500 g,and with moderate or severe BPD who survived to discharge from tertiary hospitals located in 25 provinces were included in this *** with major congenital anomalies and those who were discharged against medical advice were *** Of 1768 preterm infants with BPD,474 infants(26.8%)were discharged to home with *** proportion of HOT use in participating member hospitals varied from 0 to 89%,with five of 52 hospitals’observing proportions of HOT use that were significantly greater than expected,with 14 hospitals with observing proportions significantly less than expected,and with 33 hospitals with appropriate *** noted a negative correlation between different performance groups of HOT and median GDP per capita(P=0.04).Conclusions The use of HOT varied across China and was negatively correlated with the levels of provincial economic levels.A local HOT guideline is needed to address the wide variation in HOT use with respect to different regional economic levels in countries like China.

金沙江上游奔子栏-达日河段属横断山区的干热河谷地带,河谷沿岸大型古泥石流堆积扇广泛发育,其成因却一直没有得到很好的研究。对该区瓦卡大型古泥石流堆积物进行了沉积结构、粒度、地球化学和孢粉等分析,揭示了泥石流的沉积环境及其形成过程。通过粗颗粒石英的光释光单片再生法(sAr)测年研究,获得金沙江上游奔子栏-达日河段古泥石流大规模暴发的年代为12 600~4 500 a BP。丰富的风化碎屑物源、陡峻的地形及雨季降水集中是该区古泥石流形成的主要原因。全新世早期青藏高原东南缘受西南季风加强的影响,气候趋于暖湿,季节性暴雨增加。金沙江上游干热河谷区大型泥石流堆积扇的发育年代暗示其是全新世早期西南季风加强作用下的地貌响应。从地质灾害防治的角度,由于现代气候因素导致泥石流灾害的频度和规模较小,预防该区地质灾害的重点应是防止人工砍伐树木和不合理的人工切坡导致对地表环境的破坏加剧。

A number of three-point bending and fracture tests of 200 mPa-level reactive powder concrete (rPC) with the various fiber contents have been conducted to probe the nature and characteristics of tough- ness of rPC200. The contribution of the embedded fibers to improving the crack-resistant capacity, energy absorption capacity and toughness with various deformation mechanisms has been analyzed. Taking account of that the first-crack deformation, peak-load deformation and their improvement varied with the fiber contents and that the deformation mechanism affected differently the performance at the first crack and the peak load, we took the peak-load deformation of plain rPC200 as the reference de- formation to measure the toughness of fibered rPC200. Two toughness indices T2(n?1)(n) and FT2(n?1)(n) have been formulated based on P-δ responses and P-CmOD responses. The indices quantify the tough- ness of rPC200 with the various deformation mechanisms relative to perfectly elastoplastic materials by setting the toughness level 2(n?1) as the initial reference. It is shown that the toughness index T2(n?1)(n) reflects the function of fibers to improve the toughness of rPC with the deformation throughout specimens, but overestimates the contribution to enhancing the toughness in post-peak periods. It underestimates, on other hands, the contribution to improving the toughness in the period from the first crack to the peak load. In contrast, the toughness index FT2(n?1)(n) properly presents the capability that fibers absorb energy and constrain crack propagation in the matrix when the deformation is con- centrated on the open crack. The proposed index unveils the contribution of fibers to toughening rPC200 both in the period from the first-crack to the peak load and in the period of post peak. This characterization method not only reveals the nature of toughness but also levels the toughness of rPC200. It could provide a way to establish an objective toughness characterization
