目的探讨人脐带间充质干细胞(human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells,HucMSCs)来源的膜联蛋白A1(annexin A1,ANXA1)对脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)的保护作用。方法采用随机法将6周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠分成5组,分别为假手术组、LPS组、LPS+Huc MSC-cm(LPS+cm)组、LPS+nc-cm组和LPS+si-cm组,每组6只。通过向气管内注射LPS(5 mg/kg)建立ALI模型,LPS处理4 h后分别向气管内注射生理盐水、人脐带间充质干细胞上清(HucMSC conditioned medium,HucMSC-cm)、未敲除ANXA1的HucMSC-cm(HucMSC-nc-cm)和敲除ANXA1的HucMSC-cm(HucMSC-si-cm)各50μL。LPS给药72 h后处死小鼠,留取血液及肺组织。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测小鼠外周血中白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)的表达,采用苏木精伊红染色观察各组小鼠肺组织的病理学改变,Western blot和免疫组化法检测肺组织中炎症因子IL-6及血管细胞粘附分子-1(vascular cell adhesion molecule-1,VCAM-1)的表达。结果相比于假手术组,LPS组小鼠肺组织炎性因子浸润明显增多,肺组织结构破坏,肺泡塌陷,肺组织损伤评分及肺湿干重比值(wet/dry weight ratio,W/D)增高(P0.05)。而LPS+si-cm组与LPS+nc-cm组相比,小鼠肺组织病理损伤再次加重,肺组织损伤评分及肺W/D同样上升(P<0.05),肺组织中IL-6、VCAM-1蛋白水平及外周血中IL-6表达再次增高(P<0.05)。结论来源于HucMSCs的ANXA1在LPS诱导的ALI模型中具有一定的保护作用。

The Anninghe fault is a large left-lateral strike-slip fault in southwestern China. It has controlled deposition and magmatic activities since the Proterozoic, and seismic activity occurs frequently. The Mianning-Xichang segment of the Anninghe fault is a seismic gap that has been locked by high stress. Many studies suggest that this segment has great potential for large earthquakes(magnitude >7). We obtained three vertical velocity profiles of the Anninghe fault(between Mianning and Xichang) based on the inversion of P-wave first arrival times. The travel time data were picked from seismograms generated by methane gaseous sources and recorded by three linearly distributed across-fault dense arrays. The inversion results show that the P-wave velocity structures at depths of 0-2 km corresponds well with the local lithology. The Quaternary sediments have low seismic velocities, whereas the igneous rocks,metamorphic rocks, and bedrock have high seismic velocities. We then further discuss the fault activities of the two fault branches of the Anninghe fault in the study region based on small earthquakes(magnitudes between ML 0.5 and ML 2.5) detected by the Xichang *** eastern fault branch is more active than the western branch and that the fault activities in the eastern branch are different in the northern and southern segments at the border of 28°21′N. The high-resolution models obtained are essential for future earthquake rupture simulations and hazard assessments of the Anninghe fault zone. Future studies of velocity models at greater depths may further explain the complex fault activities in the study region.

Temporary seismic network deployments often suffer from incorrect timing records and thus pose a challenge to fully utilize the valuable *** inspect and fix such time problems,the ambient noise cross-correlation function(NCCF)has been widely adopted by using daily ***,it is still challenging to detect the shortterm clock drift and overcome the influence of local noise on *** address these challenges,we conduct a study on two temporary datasets,including an ocean-bottom-seismometer(OBS)dataset from the southern Mariana subduction zone and a dataset from a temporary dense network from the Weiyuan shale gas field,Sichuan,*** first inspect the teleseismic and local event waveforms to evaluate the overall clock drift and data quality for both *** the OBS dataset,NCCF using different time segments(3,6,and 12-h)beside daily waveforms data is computed to select the data length with optimal detection ***,the 6-h segment is the preferred choice with high detection efficiency and low noise *** the land dataset,higher drift detection is achieved by NCCF using the daily long ***,we find that NCCF symmetry on the dense array is highly influenced by localized intense noise for large interstation distances(>1 km)but is well preserved for short interstation *** results have shown that the use of different segments of daily waveform data in the OBS dataset,and the careful selection of interstation distances in the land dataset substantially improved the NCCF *** the clock drifts in both datasets are successfully corrected and verified with waveforms and *** newly developed strategies using short-segment NCCF help to overcome the existing issues to correct the clock drift of seismic data.

On September 5,2022,a strong MS6.8 earthquake struck the Luding area in the Kangding-Moxi segment of the Xianshuihe fault zone,which is the northern boundary of the Sichuan-Yunnan rhombic block,causing considerable *** Bamei-Kangding segment of the Xianshuihe fault zone,which is located only tens of kilometers away from the Luding earthquake,has hosted frequent moderate to strong earthquakes in history and is a dangerous earthquake-prone ***,it is critical to investigate the regional seismogenic environment for strong earthquakes and to evaluate the impact of the Luding earthquake in this *** this purpose,we deployed a dense seismic array comprising over 200 short-period nodes in this region from July to August,2022 and acquired seismic ambient noise for over 30 *** the collected data,we conducted surface wave tomography and obtained a high-resolution 3-D shear wave velocity model for the regional shallow crust down to 8 km in *** key findings include:(1)the Bamei-Kangding segment of the Xianshuihe fault zone exhibits widespread stripped lowvelocity anomalies,suggesting shear movements at a relatively high temperature of the Xianshuihe fault zone;the Zheduoshan granitic pluton situated between the Zheduotang and southern Selaha faults shows a distinct low-velocity anomaly,which may be attributed to the localized high-temperature anomaly resulted by a deep magmatic heat source and the recent rapid uplift of the Zheduoshan area;(2)a ten-kilometer-wide high velocity body found below 4 km in depth near the Zhonggu area in the Bamei segment coincides with the seismic gap of moderate to strong earthquakes in this region,suggesting that the high velocity body may act as a seismic barrier;(3)the heterogeneity of the velocity structure along the Bamei-Kangding segment of the Xianshuihe fault zone corresponds to the regional changes in temperature,which reveals the reason for the spatially varying seismogenic potential in this segment;e

The Anninghe fault is a major left-lateral strike-slip fault in southwest China and a seismic gap with a potential earthquake larger than MW 7.0 lies in the Mianning-Xichang segment according to recent *** shallow structure of this region can offer a glimpse into the geometry of the fault,which plays an important role in earthquake hazard *** further investigate the sedimentary structure of the Anninghe fault zone,two dense linear arrays with a station spacing of around 80 m were deployed across the *** this study,the H/V spectral ratio(HVSR),together with its peak frequency at each station site,was obtained by applying the Nakamura *** findings demonstrate that the peak frequency behaves in high correlation with lithology and is controlled by *** in foothills or regions with magmatic intrusion shows a single peak at about 2–3 *** locations with abundant Quaternary sedimentation,such as Anninghe valleys and fracture zones,another low-frequency peak around 0.4 Hz can be noticed in *** using the empirical relationship,the thickness of the sedimentary layer around the fault fracture zone is estimated to be 300–600 ***,the sedimentary interface shows a downward dip to the east,possibly influenced by the east-west extrusion *** the resonance effect,buildings with 6–9 stories in the valley area of the Anninghe require additional attention in earthquake hazard prevention.

Oceanic transform faults(TFs)are commonly viewed as single,narrow strikeslip seismic faults that offset two mid-ocean ridge ***,broad zones of complex deformation are ubiquitous at ***,we propose a new conceptual model for the progressive deformation within broad zones at oceanic TFs through detailed morphological,seismic,and stress *** argue that,under across-transform extension due to a change in plate motion,plate deformation occurs first along high-angle transtensional faults(TTFs)within the transform ***-transform normal faults(ONFs)form when across-transform deviatoric extensional stresses exceed the yield strength of the adjacent oceanic *** further extension,these normal faults can develop into off-transform rift zones(ORZs),some of which can further develop into transform plate *** illustrate that such progressive complex deformation is an inherent feature of oceanic *** new conceptual model provides a unifying theory to explain the observed broad deformation at global transform systems.

以添加石墨烯纳米分子的热可塑性弹体材料为基材,利用注塑成型机制备卷烟新型滤棒构件,将滤棒构件与醋纤滤棒进行三元复合后卷制复合滤棒卷烟样品,研究新型滤棒构件对卷烟主要物理指标、主流烟气中常规成分及7种有害成分的影响。结果表明:石墨烯对苯酚和苯并[a]芘具有明显的吸附性作用,对其他成分影响较小;与同规格醋纤滤棒卷烟相比,复合滤棒卷烟样品吸阻升高幅度为12.33%,滤嘴通风率和总通风率升高幅度分别为10.17%和10.22%;复合滤棒卷烟样品主流烟气中常规成分和7种有害成分释放量均有所降低,其中烟碱降低约36%,焦油降低约34%,有害成分一氧化碳、氰化氢、巴豆醛、亚硝胺的降低效果较为明显,分别降低约53%、50%、62%和78%,且复合滤棒卷烟样品危害性指数由10.28降低至平均4.95,说明该石墨烯异型滤棒构件具有明显的降焦减害作用。

研究旨在筛选高效木质素降解细菌并优化其降解条件,以提高木质素降解率。以木质素为唯一碳源初筛,通过苯胺蓝脱色圈,木质素过氧化物酶(Lip)、锰过氧化物酶(Mnp)和漆酶(Lac)酶活,以及木质素降解率比较逐步复筛,最终以木质素降解率为指标,通过单因素和响应面法进行发酵降解条件优化。结果显示:试验筛选获得一株木质素高降解菌JG-5-2,可以产生Lip、Mnp和Lac等木质素降解酶,经16S rDNA测序鉴定为Pseudomonas guguanensis。最佳发酵降解条件为温度37℃、培养基初始pH 7.0、接种量2.1%,在此条件下,发酵72 h时木质素降解率达到38%左右。表明菌株JG-5-2在降解木质素方面是优良的备选菌株。

The M_(S)6.9 Menyuan earthquake in Qinghai Province,west China is the largest earthquake by far in *** earthquake occurs in a tectonically active region,with a background b-value of 0.87 within 100 km of the epicenter that we derived from the unified catalog produced by China Earthquake Networks Center since late *** surveys have revealed surface ruptures extending 22 km along strike,with a maximum ground displacement of 2.1 *** construct a finite fault model with constraints from In SAR observations,which showed multiple fault segments during the Menyuan *** major slip asperity is confined within 10 km at depth,with the maximum slip of 3.5 *** real-time back-projection results of coseismic radiation indicate a northwest propagating rupture that lasted for~10 *** estimates from the back-projection results show up to a Mercalli scale of IX near the ruptured area,consistent with instrumental measurements and the observations from the field *** locations(up to January 21,2022)exhibit two segments,extending to~20 km in *** largest one reaches M_(S)5.3,locating near the eastern end of the aftershock *** the location and the approximate magnitude of the mainshock had been indicated by previous studies based on paleoearthquake records and seismic gap,as well as estimated stressing rate on faults,significant surfacebreaching rupture leads to severe damage of the high-speed railway system,which poses a challenge in accurately assessing earthquake hazards and risks,and thus demands further investigations of the rupture behaviors for crustal earthquakes.
