公共卫生风险是超大城市面临的重要挑战，如何能够科学把握公共卫生事件在超大城市中的传播规律，并由此制定高效的管控策略是一项城市应急管理重要命题。基于人群时空流动这一公共卫生风险传播基础机制，借鉴复杂网络渗流理论，提出一种超大城市公共卫生风险关联识别方法。以北京、成都为例，利用手机信令大数据进行实证应用，分析城市空间公共卫生风险关联。研究发现，城市内部高风险关联片区存在空间跳跃性，这一特点应纳入应急管控考虑。进一步，研究发现基于风险关联的管控策略在成本效益上优于基于空间邻近性的策略。

G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs)are a large family of membrane protein receptors,and Takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)is a member of this *** a membrane receptor,TGR5 is widely distributed in different parts of the human body and plays a vital role in regulating metabolism,including the processes of energy consumption,weight loss and blood glucose *** studies have shown that TGR5 plays an important role in glucose and lipid metabolism disorders such as fatty liver,obesity and *** the global obesity situation becoming more and more serious,a comprehensive explanation of the mechanism of TGR5 and filling the gaps in knowledge concerning clinical ligand drugs are urgently *** this review,we mainly explain the anti-obesity mechanism of TGR5 to promote the further study of this target,and show the electron microscope structure of TGR5 and review recent studies on TGR5 ligands to illustrate the specific binding between TGR5 receptor binding sites and ligands,which can effectively provide new ideas for ligand research and promote drug research.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common malignancies and is a major cause of cancer-related mortalities worldwide(Forner et al.,2018;He et al.,2023).Sarcopenia is a syndrome characterized by an accelerated loss of skeletal muscle(SM)mass that may be age-related or the result of malnutrition in cancer patients(Cruz-Jentoft and Sayer,2019).Preoperative sarcopenia in HCC patients treated with hepatectomy or liver transplantation is an independent risk factor for poor survival(Voron et al.,2015;van Vugt et al.,2016).

Background Intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR)affects intestinal growth,morphology,and function,which leads to poor growth performance and high *** present study explored whether maternal dietary methyl donor(MET)supplementation alleviates IUGR and enhances offspring’s growth performance by improving intestinal growth,function,and DNA methylation of the ileum in a porcine IUGR *** Forty multiparous sows were allocated to the control or MET diet groups from mating until *** farrowing,8 pairs of IUGR and normal birth weight piglets from 8 litters were selected for sampling before suckling *** The results showed that maternal MET supplementation tended to decrease the IUGR incidence and increased the average weaning weight of ***,maternal MET supplementation significantly reduced the plasma concentrations of isoleucine,cysteine,urea,and total amino acids in sows and newborn *** also increased lactase and sucrase activity in the jejunum of newborn *** addition resulted in lower ileal methionine synthase activity and increased betaine homocysteine S-methyltransferase activity in the ileum of newborn *** methylation analysis of the ileum showed that MET supplementation increased the methyla-tion level of DNA CpG sites in the ileum of newborn ***-regulated differentially methylated genes were enriched in folic acid binding,insulin receptor signaling pathway,and endothelial cell *** contrast,up-regulated methylated genes were enriched in growth hormone receptor signaling pathway and nitric oxide biosyn-thetic *** Maternal MET supplementation can reduce the incidence of IUGR and increase the weaning litter weight of piglets,which may be associated with better intestinal function and methylation status.

Pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma(PACC)is a rare malignant tumor of pancreatic epithelial cells,which produces pancreatic exocrine *** originates from acinar cells and terminal branches of the pancreatic ducts in the exocrine tissue of the *** accounts for 1%−2%of pancreatic exocrine tumors[1].Herein,we present an elderly woman with PACC who recovered after effective laparoscopic *** tumor was located on the left side of the abdomen;imaging suggested that it was a gastrointestinal stromal tumor of the gastric wall origin,infiltrating the tail of the pancreas and omentum,while postoperative pathology suggested PACC.

By use of the Keldysh non-equilibrium Green’s-function methods, the third harmonic susceptibilities of two polyaniline families, PANI-HCl and PANI-H 3PO 4, are calculated [ x (3) ( ω )≈10 -12 esu]. It was found that the third harmonic susceptibility of polyaniline strongly depends on the delocalization of the electrons. The refractive indices n ( λ =589 nm) of PANI-HCl and PANI-H 3PO 4 are calculated by use of three common methods (the Lorentz-Lorentz theoretical model, the Gladstone-Dale group contribution and the Vogel group correlation) based on group contributions to molar refraction. The calculated n values are varied from 1.31 to 1.42 for PANI-HCl and 1.36 to 1.45 for PANI-H 3PO 4.
