目的探究与分析补肾养血膏方对女性卵巢功能减退的治疗效果。方法120例卵巢功能减退患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组与治疗组,每组60例。对照组以胚宝胶囊治疗,治疗组提供补肾养血膏方治疗。对比两组临床疗效、血清性激素[雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)]与抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平、窦卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、中医证候积分。结果治疗组临床治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的78.33%,具有明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组LH(7.53±1.04)mIU/ml、FSH(8.78±3.15)mIU/ml、E_(2)(59.66±5.04)pg/ml低于对照组的(9.88±2.54)mIU/ml、(10.47±3.11)mIU/ml、(71.63±6.11)pg/ml,而AMH(2.36±0.34)ng/ml高于对照组的(1.69±0.48)ng/ml,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组子宫内膜厚度(8.74±1.04)mm与窦卵泡数(5.74±0.25)个均大于对照组的(6.58±1.29)mm、(4.50±0.31)个,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组主要证候、次要证候、伴随证候及总证候积分分别为(7.29±2.14)、(2.87±1.27)、(1.09±0.14)、(11.25±3.55)分,低于对照组的(8.66±3.05)、(3.57±1.31)、(1.46±0.25)、(13.69±4.61)分,具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论卵巢功能减退患者经补肾养血膏方治疗后,血清性激素、窦卵泡数均得到改善,且症状改善显著。

Citrus is the typical mycorrhizal fruit tree species establishing symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi. However, arbuscule development and senescence in colonized citrus roots, especially in response to drought stress, remain unclear, which is mainly due to the difficulty in clearing and staining lignified roots with the conventional method. Here, we improved the observation of colonized roots of citrus plants with the sectioning method, which enabled the clear observation of AM fungal structures. Furthermore, we investigated the effects of one week of drought stress on arbuscule development and senescence with the sectioning method. Microscopy observations indicated that drought stress significantly decreased mycorrhizal colonization (F%and M%) although it did not affect plant growth performance. Fluorescence probes (WGA 488 and/or Nile red) revealed that drought stress inhibited arbuscule development by increasing the percentage of arbuscules at the early stage and decreasing the percentages of arbuscules at the midterm and mature stages. Meanwhile, drought stress accelerated arbuscule senescence, which was characterized by the increased accumulation of neutral lipids. Overall, the sectioning method developed in this study enables the in-depth investigation of arbuscule status, and drought stress can inhibit arbuscule development but accelerate arbuscule senescence in the colonized roots of citrus plants. This study paves the way to elaborately dissecting the arbuscule dynamics in the roots of fruit tree species in response to diverse abiotic stresses.

It is widely recognized that the future wireless networks are able to efficiently slice heterogeneous resources to provide customized services for various use cases. However, it is challenging to meet the diverse requirements of ever-growing applications, especially the stringent requirements of numerous delay-sensitive and/or computation-intensive applications. To tackle this challenge, we should not only consider user admission control to cope with resource limitations, but also make resource management more intelligent and flexible to meet diverse service needs. Taking advantages of mobile edge computing(MEC)and network slicing, in this paper, we propose deep edge slicing(DES),to jointly optimize user admission control and resource scheduling with the aim of minimizing the system cost while guaranteeing multitudinous quality-of-service (QoS) requirements. Specifically, we first apply a deep reinforcement learning approach to select the optimal set of access users with different service requests for maximizing resource *** a deep learning algorithm is employed to predict traffic data for allocating the communication and computing resources to different slices in advance. Finally, we realize the dynamic scheduling of heterogeneous resources by solving the optimization problem of minimizing the system cost. Simulation results demonstrate that DES can greatly reduce the system cost compared to other benchmarks.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of Radix Kansui(RK)stir-fried with vinegar(VRK)decreased hepatotoxicity in *** According to a random number table,40 mice were randomly divided into negative control group(0.5%carboxymethylcellulose sodium,20 mL/kg),positive control group(0.1%mixture of carbon tetrachloride in soybean oil,20 mL/kg),RK group(the ethyl acetate extracts of RK,250 g crude drug/kg)and VRK group(the ethyl acetate extracts of VRK,250 g crude drug/kg)with 10 mice per *** mice were administered orally by gavage daily for 7 continuous *** morphology of liver tissues was examined to assess the liver injury by a transmission electron *** apoptosis in vivo was determined by terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase-mediated dUTP-biotin nickend labeling(TUNEL)*** technique was adopted to detect the expression of particular antiapoptotic and proapoptotic proteins in the mitochondrial pathways,including B-cell lymphoma(Bcl-2)and caspase-3,as well as the expression of inflammatory mediators,including nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1).Results Liver injury and hepatocyte apoptosis were observed in RK mice,and the liver injury were significantly reduced in VRK-treated *** immunohistochemistry study,compared with the negative control group,RK inhibited dramatically the Bcl-2 protein expression and significantly increased the expression of caspase-3,NF-κB and ICAM-1(all P<0.01).Compared with the RK group,VRK group induced significant increase on Bcl-2 protein expression,and decreased the caspase-3,NF-κB and ICAM-1 protein expression(P<0.05 or <0.01).Conclusion The mechanism of reduced hepatotoxicity of VRK may be associated with the reduced inflammation,regulation of antiapoptotic and proapoptotic mediators in the mitochondrial pathway.

CO_(2) mineralization plays a critical role in the storage and utilization of CO_(2).Coal fly ash(CFA)and red mud(RM)are widely utilized as CO_(2) ***,the inert calcium species in CFA limit its carbonation capacity,meanwhile the substantial Ca^(2+)releasing of RM is hindered by a covering layer of calcium *** this study,CO_(2) mineralization in a composite system of CFA and RM was investigated to enhance the carbonation *** analyzers were employed to characterize the raw materials and resulting mineralization *** results demonstrated that a synergistic effect existed in the composite system of CFA and RM,resulting in improving CO_(2) mineralization rate and *** produced calcium carbonate was ectopically attached the surface of CFA in the composite system,thus slowing down its coverage on the surface of *** phenomenon facilitated further releasing Ca^(2+)from the internal RM,thereby enhancing CO_(2) mineralization ***,the inclusion of RM significantly improved the alkalinity of the composite system,which not only promoted the dissolution of Ca^(2+)of the inert CaSO_(4)(H_(2)O)_(2) in CFA,but also accelerated CO_(2) mineralization *** investigation would be beneficial to CO_(2) mineralization using industrial solid wastes.

Beams typically do not travel through the magnet centers because of errors in storage *** beam deviating from the quadrupole centers is affected by additional dipole fields due to magnetic field ***-based alignment(BBA)is often performed to determine a golden orbit where the beam circulates around the quadrupole center *** storage rings with many quadrupoles,the conventional BBA procedure is time-consuming,particularly in the commissioning phase,because of the necessary iterative *** addition,the conventional BBA method can be affected by strong coupling and the nonlinearity of the storage ring *** this study,a novel method based on a neural network was proposed to determine the golden orbit in a much shorter time with reasonable *** golden orbit can be used directly for operation or adopted as a starting point for conventional *** method was demonstrated in the HLS-II storage ring for the first time through simulations and online *** results of the experiments showed that the golden orbit obtained using this new method was consistent with that obtained using the conventional *** development of this new method and the corresponding experiments are reported in this paper.

Vitamin E (VE) is an essential lipid-soluble vitamin that improves the fish flesh quality. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate the effects of VE on growth performance and flesh quality in sub-adult grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella). A total of 450 fish (713.53 ± 1.50 g) were randomly divided into six treatment groups (three replicates per treatment) and fed for nine weeks with different experimental diets (dietary lipid 47.8 g/kg) that contained different levels of VE (5.44, 52.07, 96.85, 141.71, 185.66, and 230.12 mg/kg diet, supplemented as dl-α-tocopherol acetate). Notably, the treatment groups that were fed with dietary VE ranging from 52.07 to 230.12 mg/kg diet showed improvement in the percent weight gain, special growth rate, and feed efficiency of grass carp. Moreover, the treatment groups supplemented with dietary VE level of 141.71, 185.66, and 230.12 mg/kg diet showed enhancement in crude protein, lipid, and α-tocopherol contents in the muscle, and the dietary levels of VE ranging from 52.07 to 141.71 mg/kg diet improved muscle pH24hand shear force but reduced muscle cooking loss in grass carp. Furthermore, appropriate levels of VE (52.07 to 96.85 mg/kg diet) increased the muscle polyunsaturated fatty acid content in grass carp. Dietary VE also increased the mRNA levels of fatty acid synthesis-related genes, includingfas,scd-1,fad,elovl,srebp1,pparγ, andlxrα, and up-regulated the expression of SREBP-1 protein. However, dietary VE decreased the expression of fatty acid decomposition-related genes, includinghsl,cpt1,acox1, andpparα, and endoplasmic reticulum stress-related genes, includingperk,ire1,atf6,eif2α,atf4,xbp1,chop, andgrp78, and down-regulated the expression of p-PERK, p-IRE1, ATF6, and GRP78 proteins. CD87-targeted BiTE and CAR-T cells potently inhibit invasive nonfunctional pituitary adenomas

Recently, bispecific T-cell engagers(BiTEs) and chimeric antigen receptor-modified T cells(CAR-Ts) have been shown to have high therapeutic efficacy in hematological tumors. CD87 is highly expressed in solid tumors with an oncogenic function. To assess their cytotoxic effects on invasive nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas(iNFPAs), we first examined CD87 expression and its effects on the metabolism of iNFPA cells. We generated CD87-specific BiTE and CAR/IL-12 T cells, and their cytotoxic effects on iNFPAs cells and in mouse models were determined. CD87 had high expression in i NFPA tissue and cell samples but was undetected in noncancerous brain samples. CD87×CD3 BiTE and CD87 CAR/IL-12 T-cells showed antigenic specificity and exerted satisfactory cytotoxic effects, decreasing tumor cell proliferation in vitro and reducing existing tumors in experimental mice. Overall, the above findings suggest that CD87 is a promising target for the immunotherapeutic management of iNFPAs using anti-CD87 BiTE and CD87-specific CAR/IL-12 T cells.
