Chronic liver injury leads to progressive liver fibrosis and ultimately cirrhosis,a major cause of morbidity and mortality ***,there are currently no effective anti-fibrotic therapies available,especially for latestage patients,which is partly attributed to the major knowledge gap regarding liver cell heterogeneity and cellspecific responses in different fibrosis *** reveal the multicellular networks regulating mammalian liver fibrosis from mild to severe phenotypes,we generated a single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas encompassing 49919nuclei corresponding to all main liver cell types at different stages of murine carbon tetrachloride(CCl_(4))-induced progressive liver *** analysis distinguished the sequential responses to injury of hepatocytes,hepatic stellate cells and endothelial ***,we reconstructed the cell-cell interactions and gene regulatory networks implicated in these *** integrative analyses uncovered previously overlooked aspects of hepatocyte proliferation exhaustion and disrupted pericentral metabolic functions,dysfunction for clearance by apoptosis of activated hepatic stellate cells,accumulation of pro-fibrotic signals,and the switch from an anti-angiogenic to a pro-angiogenic program during CCl_(4)-induced progressive liver *** dataset thus constitutes a useful resource for understanding the molecular basis of progressive liver fibrosis using a relevant animal model.

【目的】自交亲和特性的产生可由多种因素导致,其中S-RNase被泛素化标记后移动到26S蛋白酶体中被降解这一途径,是显现自交亲和的重要原因。探究桃SFBs在S-RNase泛素化降解过程中的作用,为桃自交亲和机制的研究提供参考。【方法】通过生物信息学方法对PpSFBs和PpSLFLs进行基因定位和共线性分析,使用PCR确定PpSFBs在花器官中的特异表达位置,利用BiFC验证PpSFBs与S-RNase的互作后,通过S-RNase体外泛素化实验和寡核苷酸转染沉默PpSFBs实验来探究PpSFBs在S-RNase泛素化降解途径中的作用。【结果】PpSFBs和PpSLFLs无共线性关系;PpS1/2/4-RNase在花柱中特异性表达,PpSFB1m/2m/4m在花粉中特异性表达,PpSLFL1/2/3在不同桃品种中差异性表达,PpSLFL2在龙1-2-4品种中不存在;通过BiFC技术证明,PpS1/2/4-RNase分别与PpSFB1m/2m/4m和PpSLFL1/2/3互作。体外泛素化实验证明,PpSFB2m具有与PpSLFL2相似的功能,能泛素化PpS2-RNase。寡核苷酸转染实验证明PpSFB1m/2m/4m和PpSLFL2/3沉默后可显著抑制花粉管生长。【结论】PpSFB2m在桃花粉管中发挥与PpSLFLs类似的功能,可泛素化标记S-RNase,泛素化的S-RNase移动到26S蛋白酶体中被降解失活,致使桃自交亲和性状的产生。

气候变化带来的健康风险与日俱增,煤炭消费及相关碳排放量的反弹,再度敲响了中国气候变化警钟.2022年,中国面临了严峻的气候挑战.极端天气事件发生的频率和强度不断上升,许多地区气温纪录屡创新高,全国平均气温攀升至历史第二高位,同时降水量自2012年以来创新低,南方地区遭遇夏秋连旱,而湖南和东北地区则出现了极端降雨和洪涝灾害.采取及时、充分的措施不仅能减轻气候变化对健康的影响,还将保护基础设施不被极端天气破坏.

Lepton scattering is an established ideal tool for studying inner structure of small particles such as nucleons as well as *** a future high energy nuclear physics project,an Electron-ion collider in china(EicC)has been *** will be constructed based on an upgraded heavy-ion accelerator,High Intensity heavy-ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF)which is currently under construction,together with a new electron *** proposed collider will provide highly polarized electrons(with a po-larization of 80%)and protons(with a polarization of 70%)with variable center of mass energies from 15 to 20 GeV and the luminosity of(2–3)×1033 cm^(−2)·s^(−1).Polarized deuterons and Helium-3,as well as unpolarized ion beams from Carbon to Uranium,will be also available at the *** main foci of the EicC will be precision measurements of the structure of the nucleon in the sea quark region,including 3D tomography of nucleon;the partonic structure of nuclei and the parton interaction with the nuclear environment;the exotic states,especially those with heavy flavor quark *** addition,issues fundamental to understanding the origin of mass could be addressed by measurements of heavy quarkonia near-threshold production at the *** order to achieve the above-mentioned physics goals,a hermetical detector system will be constructed with cutting-edge *** document is the result of collective contributions and valuable inputs from experts across the *** EicC physics program complements the ongoing scientific programs at the Jefferson Laboratory and the future EIC project in the United *** success of this project will also advance both nuclear and particle physics as well as accelerator and detector technology in china.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

农村建筑物是观察农村土地变化和经济发展的基础资料。中国作为农业大国,从高空间分辨率遥感影像上及时、准确提取农村建筑物,对于农村发展至关重要。近年来,随着计算机视觉和运算能力的迅速发展,深度学习以其自动学习特征、适用性强等优点,已在建筑物自动提取等领域取得较好效果。深度学习通常需要大量的训练数据。目前,深度学习提取建筑物常用的数据集以国际上开源建筑物数据集为主,包括Massachusetts、INRIA、WHU等。这些数据集大多基于国外建筑物,缺乏开源、高精度、覆盖范围广、贴切我国农村地区建筑主体结构的建筑物样本数据。为此,本研究基于2017-2020年在陕西渭南、江苏淮安、四川康定、广东汕尾、广东惠州、新疆阿图什、吉林松原等多个中国农村地区采集的无人机航拍图像,制作并开放共享本数据集。本数据集空间分辨率高,基本涵盖我国农村地区房屋建筑的主体结构类型,可应用深度学习方法进行建筑物提取,并可进一步结合具体研究目标进行空间分析和研究,对于国土部门统筹城乡发展和美丽乡村建设具有重要意义和应用价值。
