Blockchain-based continuous data integrity checking protocol with zero-knowledge privacy protection

The cloud computing technology has emerged,developed,and matured in recent years,consequently commercializing remote outsourcing storage *** increasing number of companies and individuals have chosen the cloud to store their ***,accidents,such as cloud server downtime,cloud data loss,and accidental deletion,are serious issues for some applications that need to run around the *** some mission and business-critical applications,the continuous availability of outsourcing storage services is also necessary to protect users'outsourced data during ***,ensuring the continuous availability of data in public cloud data integrity auditing protocols leads to data privacy issues because auditors can obtain the data content of users by a sufficient number of storage ***,protecting data privacy is a burning *** addition,existing data integrity auditing schemes that rely on semi-trusted third-party auditors have several security problems,including single points of failure and performance *** deal with these issues,we propose herein a blockchain-based continuous data integrity checking protocol with zero-knowledge privacy *** realize a concrete construction by using a verifiable delay function with high efficiency and proof of retrievability,and prove the security of the proposal in a random oracle *** proposed construction supports dynamic updates for the outsourced *** also design smart contracts to ensure fairness among the parties ***,we implement the protocols,and the experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed protocol.

Electrochemical heterogeneous catalytic ozonation(E-catazone) is a promising and advanced oxidation technology that uses a titanium dioxide nanoflower(TiO_(2-NF))-coated porous Ti gas diffuser as an anode *** previous study has highlighted that the importance of the TiO_(2-NF)coating layer in enhancing*OH production and rapidly degrading O_(3)-resistant *** is well known that the properties of TiO_(2-NF)are closely related to its sintering ***,to date,related research has not been conducted in E-catazone ***,this study evaluated the effect of the sintering temperature on the degradation of the O_(3)-resistant drug para-chlorobenzoic acid(p-CBA) using both experimental and kinetic modeling and revealed its influence *** results indicated that the TiO_(2-NF)sintering temperature could influence p-CBA degradation and*OH ***_(2-NF)prepared at 450 C showcased the highest p-CBA removal efficiency(98.5% in 5 min) at a rate of 0.82 min^(-1),and an*OH exposure of 8.41 x 10^(-10) mol L^(-1) *** modeling results and interface characterization data revealed that the sintering temperature could alter the TiO_(2) crystallized phase and the content of surfaceadsorbed oxygen,thus affecting the two key limiting reactions in the E-catazone *** is,≡TiO_(2) surface reacted with H_(2) O to form TiO_(2)-(OH)_(2),which then heterogeneously catalyzed O_(3) to form ****,E-catazone with a TiO_(2-NF)anode prepared at 450°C generated the highest surface reaction rate(5.00 x 10^(-1) s^(-1) and 4.00 x 10^(-3) L mol^(-1) s^(-1),respectively),owing to its higher anatase content and adsorbed ***,a rapid O_(3)-TiO_(2) reaction was achieved,resulting in an enhanced*OH formation and a highly effective p-CBA ***,this study provides novel baseline data to improve the application of E-catazone technology.

Schisandrin B(Sch B)is a monomer with anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects,which are isolated from the plant Schisandra chinensis(Turcz)*** investigated the anti-gastric cancer(GC)effects of Sch B and its underlying molecular *** Cell Counting Kit-8 assay was used to determine the effects of Sch B on the viability of GC and normal cell ***/propidium iodide staining and flow cytometry were used to assess the apoptosis induction of Sch *** blotting was used to evaluate the effects of Sch B on downstream apoptotic *** DCFH-DA fluorescent probe was used to assess the regulatory effects of Sch B on reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels and related signaling pathways in GC *** results showed that Sch B could regulate the phosphorylation level of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)by upregulating ROS accumulation in gastric cancer cells,and then reduce the expression of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)and phosphorylated transcription 3(p-STAT3).In addition,Sch B downregulated the cell cycle proteins cyclin-dependent kinase 2/4/6 and cyclin D1/E,and arrested cells in the G0/G1 ***,it also inhibited cell migration,which was reversed with Nacetylcysteine *** summary,Sch B has killing effects on GC cells by upregulating the production of intracellular ROS and regulating the MAPK/STAT3/NF-κB signaling pathway,leading to the migration arrest and apoptosis of GC cells.

Four-birds-with-one-stone:A multifunctional Ti-based material for solar-driven water evaporation

Sustainable,environmentally friendly and low-energy desalination materials have important research value for the increasing demand of freshwater year by ***,it is a huge challenge to maintain high heat energy transfer efficiency without reducing the heat conversion capacity of specific solar photothermal conversion ***,their efficiency and durability are greatly limited by the problems of seawater corrosion,oil,and bacteria *** now,no related work has been reported to solve all the aforementioned problems via a simple four-birds-with-one-stone ***,a class of multifunctional porous photothermal silver(Ag)modified Ti foams(Tf-TA/Ag series materials)is prepared for the development of advanced solar water evaporation devices,and provides alternative materials for alleviating freshwater crisis and treating *** oil contact angle(OCA)changes from 41°to 180°,which significantly reduces the adhesion of *** addition,Tf-TA2/Ag sample also shows an excellent and sustained antibacterial effect,which maintains above 99.9%of antibacterial rate after repeated 5 *** surface temperature of the Tf-TA2/Ag sample reaches 52.5℃ after simulated sun irradiation for 20 min,which is significantly higher than that of the contact groups(water:36.4℃,Ti foam:38.2℃ and Tf-TA2:40.9℃).The capacity of seawater evaporation and salt removal is enhanced due to the excellent photothermal properties,low reflectance,and uniform heat dissipation *** water production efficiency of Tf-TA2/Ag sample is 1.41 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) in artificial seawater and 0.76 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) in oily sewage under simulated sun ***,the hydrophilic and oleophobic properties of Tf-TA2/Ag are critical to extracting water from oil/water mixture in diverse water ***,this four-birds-with-one-stone approach provides a new perspective for the improvement of solar seawater desalination performance.

With the development of flexible electronics, flexible supercapacitor shows great potential in the flexible display devices and flexible storage system. Therefore, the electrode materials as the most important part of the supercapacitor has caused wide attention and study. We use low-cost, flexible carbon cloth as basis material, MnO evenly growed on the carbon cloth through simple hydrothermal method, and prepare the CC/MnO self-supporting composite material, meanwhile, we study the reaction time influence on the morphology and electrochemical performance. The electrochemical test shows that the specific capacitance of the material reaches 375.6 F/g, indicating excellent electrochemical performance. The compound material almost 71.0% capacitance retaining after 500 cycles at 6m A/cm, showing good cycle stability.

Objective:The cystatins are a family of cysteine protease inhibitors which has been used in the treatment of inflammatory diseases because of its inhibitory effect on enzyme activity and negative *** infarction(MI) is an kind of aseptic inflammatory diseases which is lack of effective drugs for the treatment of *** cystatin family 1(Stefins) is involved in MI is not ***,to explore the protective effect of recombinant rSjcystatin on MI of mice,cardiac structure and function,infiltration of inflammatory cells and serum inflammatory cytokine levels were measured in this ***:120 male C57 BL/6 J wild mice were randomly divided into four groups:(1) Sham group;(2)MI+PBS group;(3) MI+stefin group;(4) MI+dexamethasone(Dex) positive control *** changes of cardiac function and the structure at the 1,3,5,7,14 th and 28 th day post MI were observed by echocardiography,masson trichrome staining,the ratio of heart weight to body weight and the survival *** infiltration of inflammatory cells and sera inflammatory factors levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 and TGF-β at the 1,3 rd,5 th and 7 day after MI were respectively observed by hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EliSA).Results:Echo results showed that LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction) and LVFS(left ventricular fractional shortening) in stefin treatment group and Dex treatment group were significantly higher than those in PBS group at the 28 day after MI(P <0.05).Masson staining results showed that at the 28 day post MI,the left ventricular wall thickness,infarct area and the diameter of left ventricle in stefin group and Dex treatment group were significantly improved compared with those in PBS group(P <0.05).HE staining showed that the inflammatory cells infiltration in PBS group was significantly higher than that in other groups at the same time point after *** results showed that TNF-alpha and IL-6 representin
