目的:了解普通外科住院患者亲属的心理健康状况及内省需求情况。方法:应用随机双肓法通过采用Molter的急危重患者家庭需要量表(CCFNI)及症状自评量表(SCL-90),对125例普通外科住院患者亲属志愿者(实验组)和130例普通外科非住院患者亲属志愿者(对照组)进行调查。结果:SCL-90得分情况,Molter的CCFNI主要项目得分情况,实验组与对照组之间的得分情况比较差异有显著性(P0.05)。Molter的CCFNI的部分内省需求项目与入选研究对象一般情况之间的相关性较强。结论:普通外科住院患者亲属的心理健康状况水平明显低于对照组,其内省需求情况具有危机状况下的特殊性。

Mitochondrial Rho-GTPase 1 (MIRO1) is an outer mitochondrial membrane protein which regulates mitochondrial transport and mitophagy in mitosis. In present study, we reported the crucial roles of MIRO1 in mammalian oocyte meiosis and its potential relationship with aging. We found that MIRO1 expressed in mouse and porcine oocytes, and its expression decreased in aged mice. MIRO1 deficiency caused the failure of meiotic resumption and polar body extrusion in both mouse and porcine oocytes, which could be rescued by exogenous MIRO1supplementation. Mass spectrometry data indicated that MIRO1 associated with several cytoskeleton and cell cycle-related proteins, and MIRO1 regulated motor protein Dynein for microtubule-organizing centers (MTOCs) dynamics at germinal vesicle (GV) stage, which determined meiotic resumption. Furthermore, we found that MIRO1 regulated Aurora A and kinesin family member 11 (KIF11) for meiotic spindle assembly in oocytes. Besides, MIRO1 associated with several mitochondria-related proteins dynamic-related protein 1 (DRP1),Parkin and lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2 (LAMP2) for mitochondrial dynamics and mitophagy during oocyte meiosis. Taken together, our results suggested that MIRO1 played pivotal roles in meiotic resumption, spindle assembly and mitochondrial function in mouse and porcine oocytes, and its insufficiency might contribute to the oocyte maturation defects during aging.

The proteasome, an evolutionarily conserved proteolytic complex comprising the 20S core particle and 19S regulatory particles, performs both shared and distinct ***, a highly complex developmental process, relies on proteasome activity at multiple stages to regulate protein turnover. In this study, we selected the20S subunit PSMA1 and 19S regulatory subunit PSMD2 to investigate the potential functions of the proteasome in spermatogenesis. Using Psma1-EGFP and Psmd2-mCherry knock-in mouse models, we confirmed the expression of both subunits in all spermatogenic cell types,with pronounced presence in early germ cell *** further clarify their functional significance, we specifically knocked out Psma1 and Psmd2 in germ *** of either PSMA1 or PSMD2 led to disrupted spermatogenesis, characterized by the complete absence of sperm in the epididymis. Subsequent analysis indicated that loss of these proteasome components impaired meiotic initiation. Psma1 and Psmd2 knockout germ cells showed accumulation of DMRT1, a key regulator of mitosis-to-meiosis transition, leading to a reduction in STRA8 levels and consequent disruption of meiosis initiation. This study sheds light on the molecular mechanisms that govern meiotic initiation and identifies potential genes associated with male infertility.

Seed storage proteins and their abundance are closely related to the formation of rice quality and grain size.A better understanding of the molecular basis of seed storage proteins will provide important information for developing new rice breeding *** this study,we report that a seed storage protein albumin,named OsRAL5,positively regulates rice quality and grain ***5 is specifically expressed during the grain-filling stage,suggesting its key role in regulating seed *** editing of OsRAL5 using the CRISPR/Cas9 system diminished grain size and weight,resulting in the development of white-core endosperm and a reduction in eating and cooking quality(ECQ).Conversely,the endosperm appearance became transparent,and both grain weight and ECQ improved in the OsRAL5 over-expressed *** major seed storage components differed significantly between the OsRAL5-edited(dOsRAL5-TS)and OsRAL5-overexpressed(OsRAL5-OE)lines compared with the wild *** protein and total lipid contents both decreased in the dOsRAL5-TS lines and increased in the OsRAL5-OE ***,the over-expression of OsRAL5 significantly increased nutritional content and simultaneously improved yield and *** results imply that OsRAL5 might be a promising candidate gene for breeding super rice varieties with increased yield potential and superior quality.

The dynamic weapon target assignment(DWTA)problem is of great significance in modern air ***,DWTA is a highly complex constrained multi-objective combinatorial optimization *** improved elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II(NSGA-II)called the non-dominated shuffled frog leaping algorithm(NSFLA)is proposed to maximize damage to enemy targets and minimize the self-threat in air combat *** NSFLA,the shuffled frog leaping algorithm(SFLA)is introduced to NSGA-II to replace the inside evolutionary scheme of the genetic algorithm(GA),displaying low optimization speed and heterogeneous space search *** improvements have also been raised to promote the internal optimization performance of ***,the local evolution scheme,a novel crossover mechanism,ensures that each individual participates in updating instead of only the worst ones,which can expand the diversity of the ***,a discrete adaptive mutation algorithm based on the function change rate is applied to balance the global and local ***,the scheme is verified in various air combat *** results show that the proposed NSFLA has apparent advantages in solution quality and efficiency,especially in many aircraft and the dynamic air combat environment.

二氧化锆（ZrO2）具有热稳定性高、化学稳定性好和吸附性能优异等特性，可作为固相微萃取（SPME）的纤维涂层。聚多巴胺（PDA）具有抗氧化性强、稳定性高、吸附能力强以及环境友好等优点，也常被用作SPME的纤维涂层。本研究采用循环伏安法在不锈钢丝（SS）表面快速构筑二氧化锆掺杂聚多巴胺（ZrO2@PDA）纳米复合膜作为SPME的纤维涂层。将制备的SS@ZrO2@PDA纤维与高效液相色谱（HPLC）联用，考察了其对4类典型芳香化合物的富集萃取能力。结果显示，SS@ZrO2@PDA纤维对多环芳烃（PAHs）和钛酸酯（PAEs）类化合物的萃取能力强，对紫外线吸收剂（UvFs）的萃取能力弱，而对氯酚（CPs）类化合物几乎不萃取。在优化的实验条件下，采用SS@ZrO2@PDA纤维结合HPLC法对5种PAHs进行富集和测定，各目标物在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好，线性相关系数（R）>0.9986，检出限（LODs, S/N=3）为0.018～0.082μg/L。将本方法用于环境水样中目标PAHs的富集分析，加标回收率为86.7%～102.4%，相对标准偏差（RSDs）<8.2%。SS@ZrO2@PDA纤维制备简单、稳定性高、重现性好、使用寿命长，有良好的应用潜能。

随着宽禁带器件的发展,SiCMOSFET得到广泛应用,对其短路保护的研究成为保障电力电子设备可靠性的重要课题。针对SiC MOSFET短路耐受时间短、短路故障难保护的问题,提出1种基于平面型差分罗氏线圈的SiC MOSFET短路检测方法。该方法通过测量电路的漏源极电流实现对短路故障的快速识别,具有响应速度快、抗干扰能力强、与主电路完全隔离等优点。首先介绍基于平面型罗氏线圈的SiC MOSFET短路检测方法的工作过程,着重研究平面型罗氏线圈的部分元等效电路PEEC(partial element equivalent circuit)建模方法,得到能反映线圈高频特性的等效模型。同时分析平面型罗氏线圈几何结构对线圈性能的影响,提出兼顾高增益及高带宽的优化设计方案,并针对罗氏线圈在强电磁干扰环境中测量准确度较低的问题,提出使用差分线圈方案提高抗扰性能。最后通过实验验证了所设计平面型差分罗氏线圈的抗干扰性能及基于该线圈的短路保护方法的可靠性。
