Internet of Things (IoT) as an important and ubiquitous service paradigm is one of the most important issues in IoT applications to provide terminal users with effective and efficient services based on service community. This paper presents a semantic-based similarity algorithm to build the IoT service community. Firstly, the algorithm reflects that the nodes of IoT contain a wealth of semantic information and makes them to build into the concept tree. Then tap the similarity of the semantic information based on the concept tree. Finally, we achieve the optimization of the service community through greedy algorithm and control the size of the service community by adjusting the threshold. Simulation results show the effectiveness and feasibility of this algorithm.

The carbon budgets in terrestrial ecosystems in China are strongly coupled with climate changes. Over the past decade, China has experienced dramatic climate changes characterized by enhanced summer monsoon and decelerated warming. However, the changes in the trends of terrestrial net ecosystem production(NEP) in China under climate changes are not well documented. Here, we used three ecosystem models to simulate the spatiotemporal variations in China’s NEP during 1982–2010 and quantify the contribution of the strengthened summer monsoon and warming hiatus to the NEP variations in four distinct climatic regions of the country. Our results revealed a decadal-scale shift in NEP from a downtrend of–5.95 TgC/yr~2(reduced sink) during 1982–2000 to an uptrend of 14.22 TgC/yr~2(enhanced sink) during 2000–10. This shift was essentially induced by the strengthened summer monsoon, which stimulated carbon uptake, and the warming hiatus, which lessened the decrease in the NEP trend. Compared to the contribution of 56.3% by the climate effect, atmospheric CO2concentration and nitrogen deposition had relatively small contributions(8.6 and 11.3%, respectively) to the shift. In conclusion, within the context of the global-warming hiatus, the strengthening of the summer monsoon is a critical climate factor that enhances carbon uptake in China due to the asymmetric response of photosynthesis and respiration. Our study not only revealed the shift in ecosystem carbon sequestration in China in recent decades, but also provides some insight for understanding ecosystem carbon dynamics in other monsoonal areas.

Enhancing the terrestrial ecosystem carbon sink(referred to as terrestrial C sink) is an important way to slow down the continuous increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) concentration and to achieve carbon neutrality *** better understand the characteristics of terrestrial C sinks and their contribution to carbon neutrality,this review summarizes major progress in terrestrial C budget researches during the past decades,clarifies spatial patterns and drivers of terrestrial C sources and sinks in China and around the world,and examines the role of terrestrial C sinks in achieving carbon neutrality *** to recent studies,the global terrestrial C sink has been increasing from a source of (-0.2±0.9) Pg C yr^(-1)(1 Pg=1015g)in the 1960s to a sink of (1.9±1.1) Pg C yr^(-1) in the *** synthesizing the published data,we estimate terrestrial C sink of 0.20–0.25 Pg C yr^(-1) in China during the past decades,and predict it to be 0.15–0.52 Pg C yr^(-1) by *** terrestrial C sinks are mainly located in the mid-and high latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere,while tropical regions act as a weak C sink or *** C balance differs much among ecosystem types:forest is the major C sink;shrubland,wetland and farmland soil act as C sinks;and whether the grassland functions as C sink or source remains *** might be a C sink,but the magnitude and the associated mechanisms are still *** atmospheric CO_(2) concentration,nitrogen deposition,climate change,and land cover change are the main drivers of terrestrial C sinks,while other factors such as fires and aerosols would also affect ecosystem C *** driving factors of terrestrial C sink differ among *** CO_(2) concentration and climate change are major drivers of the C sinks in North America and Europe,while afforestation and ecological restoration are additionally important forcing factors of terrestrial C sinks in *** future studies,we recommend th

Background:The large-conductance,voltage-gated,calcium(Ca(2+))-activated potassium channel(BKCa)plays an important role in regulating Ca(2+) signaling and cell physiological function,and is aberrantly expressed in some types of *** present study focuses on identifying the oncogenic potential and clinical significance of BKCa in endometrial adenocarcinoma,as well as exploring the mechanistic relevance by 17 β-estradiol(E2)inducing aberrant activation of MEK1/2 and ERK1/2 via ***:The expression of BKCa,ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 were examined by immunohistochemical staining in 263 cases,including 185 primary types Ⅰ endometrial cancer tissues,38 endometrial atypical neoplasm tissues and 40 normal endometrium *** growth,cycle,apoptosis rate,migration and invasion was separately tested in Ishikawa cells using siRNA-BKCa and/or E2 treatment,as well as the expression of these interested proteins by western blot ***:We showed that expression of BKCa is significantly elevated in 185 types Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma tissues compared to those of the normal endometrium and endometrial atypical neoplasms ***,in vitro observations revealed that down-regulation of BKCa expression inhibited cell growth by both enhancing apoptosis and blocking G1/S transition,suppressed cell migration and invasion in Ishakiwa cells,and decreased the expression of p-MEK1/2 and p-ERK1/***,RNAi-mediated knockdown of BKCa attenuated the increased cellular growth and invasion,as well as the elevated expression of p-MEK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 proteins,induced by E2 *** importantly,the aberrant expression of BKCa and p-ERK1/2 were closely related with poor prognostic factors in type Ⅰ endometrial cancer,and up-regulated expression of p-ERK1/2 was significantly associated with shorter disease-free survival(DFS) and overall survival(OS) and was an independent prognostic factor in type Ⅰ endometrial cancer ***:Our results demonstra

为减缓改性脲醛树脂与面粉调配后黏度快速升高对胶合板淋胶工艺施胶均匀性的影响,本研究提出利用含疏水结构分子的乙二醇油酸酯、三油酸甘油酯和吐温-80削弱调配胶液组分间缔合作用,控制胶液黏度,并探讨含疏水结构分子对胶液黏度及其变化速率以及胶合强度的影响。结果表明,非离子型表面活性剂类含疏水结构分子的吐温-80添加量为胶液质量的1.6%时,胶液黏度由4039mPa·s降低至3429mPa·s,且在调配后0.5~5.5h内,胶液黏度平均增加速率相比对照组降低74%。非离子型表面活性剂类含疏水结构分子的亲水端保障其在胶液体系中均匀分散,疏水端有效削弱胶液组分间缔合作用;适当添加非离子型表面活性剂类含疏水结构分子,可提高胶合板的胶合强度,但添加过量时,会降低胶合板的胶合强度。

目的了解成人无骨折脱位颈脊髓损伤的临床特征及法医学鉴定原则。方法自2012年12月～2016年12月共受理此类案例18例。对法医临床学鉴定(包括损伤程度、伤残等级)进行分析。结果对18例被检者中15例进行伤病关系分析,参与度以同等作用最多,占33.33%,其次为主要作用、次要作用,分别占22.22%,3例未进行伤病关系分析。结论成人无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤是以颈椎退行性改变为基础的疾病,大部分均涉及伤病关系分析,必要时给出伤病参与度。
