The BUT of 51 strabismus patients were measured before and after operation. The average pre-op BUT was 28.75 seconds(10.96"-91.80"). The post-op BUT in all operated eyes were reduced significantly, no matter what procedures had been performed and whether dellen appeared or not(P<0.01). 观察了维拉帕米(Verapamil,Ver)对感染柯萨奇B_3病毒(CVB_3)的大鼠培养心肌细胞Ca^(2+)内流及CVB_3-RNA复制的影响。结果发现在感染48h后,Ver对感染细胞及正常对照的Ca^(2+)内流均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01);若在病毒感染同时加入Ver,经48h培养后,细胞中CVB_3-RNA含量显著高于病毒对照组(P<0.05)。提示钙拮抗剂(如Ver)可减少病毒感染引起的心肌Ca^(2+)内流增加,有可能减轻感染细胞的继发性Ca^(2+)损伤;但Ver会促进病毒RNA的复制,提示在急性病毒性心肌炎临床上用Ver治疗心律失常时宜慎重。

To evaluate the effect of adenovirus-mediated p53 gene(Adp53) on apoptosis and radiosensitivity of human gastric carcinoma cell ***:Recombinant adenovirus expressing wild-type p53 lines with different p53 genetic status.p53 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry assay and western blot *** survival was assessed using a clonogenic *** assay was used in determination of *** human gastric carcinoma cells infected with Adp53 were irradiated with 4Gy and cell cycle distribution and Sub-G1 peak were assayed by flow ***:G2/M arrest,apoptosis and inhibition of tumor cell proliferation were induced by infection at Adp53 at 100 MOI which caused high transfer rate of wild-type p53 and strong expression of p53 protein in four human gastric carcinoma *** radio-enhancement ratio of Adp53 at 4Gy were3.0 for W cell,3.6 for M cell,2.2 for neo cell and 2.5 for 823 cell in *** :This study demonstrated that Adp53 transfer increased cellular apoptosis and radiosensitivity of human gastric carcinoma cell lines in vitro independently on cellular intrinsic p53 status thus supporting the combination of p53 gene therapy with radiotherapy in clinical trials.

Constructing blue thermally activated delayedfluorescence materials for high-performance organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs)remains challenging due to the intrinsically strong intramolecular charge transfer nature of the nearly orthogonal connection of electron donor(D)and acceptor(A),which results in long-wavelength ***,an effective delayed-fluorescence design strategy of modulating D–A torsion angles is proposed and efficient sky-blue,pure-blue,and deep-blue delayed-fluorescence molecules consisting of a xanthenone acceptor and carbazole-based donors are created by decreasing the torsion *** exhibit strong delayed fluorescence with high photoluminescence quantum yields of 85–94%in doped films,and their delayed-fluorescence lifetimes are elongated from 1.0 to 27.6μs as the torsion angles *** molecules can function as excellent emitters in OLEDs,providing efficient electroluminescence peaking at 442 nm(CIEx,y=0.15,0.08),462 nm(CIEx,y=0.15,0.18),and 482 nm(CIEx,y=0.17,0.30)with state-of-the-art external quantum efficiencies of up to 22.2%,33.7%,and 32.1%,respectively,demonstrating the proposed molecular design for efficient blue delayed-fluorescence molecules is successful and promising.

Multilayer polarization elements and their applications to polarimetric studies in 20～400 eV region are mainly reviewed. General principle of selecting material combinations to get high linear polarizance multilayers of reflection type is given with practical examples,with periodic or non-periodic layer structures depending on the usage. Transmission type is introduced as linear polarizer and phase shifter. Their applications include polarization diagnosis of laboratory optical systems and synchrotron radiation beamlines of linear and circular polarization,magnetic rotation experiments such as Faraday rotation and magnetic Kerr rotation on magnetic films and multilayers,and ellipsometry to measure optical constants of thin films precisely. Polarization analysis of soft X-ray fluorescence using multilayer-coated grating is also mentioned. Finally this review is summarized with outlook of further developments.

2017年8月8日,九寨沟发生7.0级大地震,给当地带来了巨大的财产损失和人员伤亡。九寨沟景区作为世界著名自然环境保护区,其生态环境也受地震影响而被严重破坏,植被损毁、水土流失等生态环境问题加剧。因此,对九寨沟景区景观格局变化以及景观修复模式和措施进行分析与研究,对合理进行景区的景观修复工作具有重要指导意义。本文在获取研究区2016-2019年的Landsat 8 OLI遥感影像数据和DEM数据的基础上,以GIS和RS技术为手段,将景观类型划分为林地、草地、水体、建设用地及未利用地五种类型,利用转移矩阵、景观格局指数等分析方法,对研究区景观格局地震后的变化特征进行分析,掌握地震对景区景观产生的影响以及震后景区的景观恢复情况;并以植被覆盖度为切入点,分别分析了不同坡度、海拔、水土流失敏感度对景观修复的影响,并提出不同景观修复模式;再选取不同模式中的典型灾害点,结合其实际自然条件与损毁情况,进行景观修复措施的研究。研究的主要结论如下:九寨沟景区的景观格局在地震之后变化较大。从景观面积变化来看,水体、草地等景观类型大面积减少,未利用地增加,而到了2019年,虽然各类景观有所恢复,但仍然存在大面积损毁,林地面积减少19.59 km,水体面积减少1.3km;从景观类型转化来看,从2016-2019年,林地、草地和未利用地之间的转化是最多的;从景观格局指数变化来看,地震后研究区斑块数目增加,景观破碎化程度高,斑块形状向不规则化转变,景观结构复杂化程度加剧,整体景观多样性减少,景观分布相对分散。到了2019年,在人工修复的帮助下,各景观损毁情况有所好转,但与地震之前相比,林地、草地、水体及建设用地的斑块数量和斑块密度仍然减少了,林地和水体所占百分比以及形状指数仍然降低了。从植被覆盖度与坡度、海拔、水土流失敏感度三方面的景观修复影响因素分析,发现2016-2017年,不同坡度分级、不同海拔分级、不同水土流失敏感度分级的植被覆盖度变化都不大;但2017-2018年,不同分级的植被覆盖度均有明显降低;而2018-2019年,在自然恢复及人工修复的帮助下,不同分级的植被覆盖度均有一定程度的增加,并发现坡度30°-50°、海拔3000 m–4000 m、水土流失中低敏感度区域,景观修复效果明显,从而将坡度按照≤30°,30°-50°,≥50°分别划为三种类别,将海拔按照≤3000 m,3000 m-4000 m,≥4000 m分别划为三种类别,提出自然修复、保护性修复和治理性修复三种不同的景观修复模式。针对不同的景观修复模式,结合实际损毁情况,分别提出不同景观修复措施。在自然修复区域采取自然修复的方式,依靠环境自身调节能力进行自我修复;在保护性修复区域采取拉防护网等保护性修复措施,防止灾害对环境造成更多影响及再次发生;在治理性修复区域,对崩塌损毁采取了“客土喷播+生态袋防护”的景观修复措施,对滑坡损毁采取了“格构防护系统+植生袋填充”的景观修复措施,对泥石流损毁采取了“集水区封山育林或补植造林+形成流通区崩塌等灾害治理+堆积区微圃植树”相结合的景观修复措施。通过一系列的分析与模式措施的采取,将使研究区景观得到更好的恢复,并为其他类似区域地震发生后的景观修复提供理论指导和技术支持。

Cellular Response and Membrane Formation on the Surface of Implanted Posterior Chamber Intraocular Lens in Rabbit

Purpose: In order to study the cellular response and membrane formation on the surface of intraocular lens after cataract surgery and lens implantation, this study was designed to observe the deposits on the surface of implanted posterior chamber intraocular lens (PC-IOL) for 4,7,15,30 and 90 days in rabbits. Methods : 30 rabbits had undergone ECCE with PC-IOL implantation. PC-IOLs were removed at different stages after operation. 20 PC-IOLs were stained by HE to demonstrate cells on the surface of PC-IOL under light microscopy. 5 PC-IOLs for scanning electron microscopy were observed. 5 membranes were studied by transmission electron ***: On 25 implanted PC-IOLs, the incidence of cell adhesion was 100% . The cells adherent to lens included macrophages,fibroblast-like cells,epithelioid cells,giant cells, ultralarge giant cells and lymphocytes. It was seen that there was a thin proteinaceous film on the surface of the implanted PC-IOLs and the membrane was composed of fibrin collagen

A non-linear turbulent hydrodynamic model was proposed by Zhan and Li (1993) using the large eddy simulation approach and directional eddy viscosity method. The model is simplified in this paper and is applied to the problem of a side discharge into open-channel flow,where a recirculation zone develops downstream of the discharge. The numerical results are compared with experimental results (Strazisar and Prahl (1973) and Mikhail, Chu, and Savage (1975)) and previous numerical results obtained using a k-model (McGuirk and Rodi, 1978). The agreement is good.
