Ali CPT-1 is the first Chinese cosmic microwave background(CMB) experiment aiming for the high-precision measurement of CMB B-mode polarization. The telescope, currently under deployment in Tibet, will observe in two frequency bands centered at 90 and 150 GHz. We forecast the CMB lensing reconstruction, lensing-galaxy, and lensing-cosmic infrared background(CIB) cross-correlation signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) for Ali CPT-1. We consider two stages with different integrated observation times, namely “4 module*yr”(first stage) and “48 module*yr”(final stage). For lensing reconstruction, we use three different quadratic estimators, namely temperature-only, polarization-only and minimum-variance(MV) estimators, using curved sky geometry. We take into account the impacts of inhomogeneous hit counts and mean-field bias due to incomplete sky *** the first stage, our results show that the 150 GHz channel can measure the lensing signals at 15σ significance with the MV estimator. In the final stage, the measurement significance will increase to 31σ. We also combine the two frequency data in the harmonic domain to optimize the SNR. Our results show that the coadding procedure can significantly reduce the reconstruction bias in the high multiple range. Owning to the high quality of the polarization data in the final stage of Ali CPT-1, the EB estimator will dominate the lensing reconstruction in this stage. We also estimate the SNR of cross-correlations between Ali CPT-1 CMB lensing and other tracers of the large scale structure of the universe. For its cross-correlation with Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument(DESI) galaxies/quasars, we report the cross-correlation SNR = 10-20 for the four redshift bins at 0.05 2.1. In the first stage, the total SNR is approximately 32. In the final stage, the lensing-galaxy cross-correlation can reach SNR = 52. Topologically protected edge states based on valley photonic crystals(VPCs)have been widely studied,from theoretical verifcation to technical ***,research on integrated tuneable topological devices is still ***,we study the phase-shifting theory of topological edge modes based on a VPC *** from the phase vortex formed by the VPC structure,the optical path of the topological edge mode in the propagation direction is approximately two-fold that of the conventional optical mode in a strip *** experiments,we show a 1.57-fold improvement inπ-phase tuning *** leveraging the highefficiency phase-shifting properties and the sharp-turn features of the topological waveguide,we demonstrate an ultracompact 1×2 thermo-optic topological switch(TOTS)operating at telecommunication wavelengths.A switching power of 18.2 mW is needed with an ultracompact device footprint of 25.66×28.3μm in the wavelength range of 1530-1582 *** the best of our knowledge,this topological photonic switch is the smallest switch of any dielectric or semiconductor 1×2/2×2 broadband optical switches,including thermo-optic and electro-optic *** addition,a high-speed transmission experiment employing the proposed TOTS is carried out to demonstrate the robust transmission of high-speed *** work reveals the phase shifting mechanism of valley edge modes,which may enable diverse topological functional devices in many fields,such as optical communications,nanophotonics,and quantum information processing.

Magnetic reconnection driven by intense lasers

Laser-driven magnetic reconnection(LDMR) occurring with self-generated B fields has been experimentally and theoretically studied extensively, where strong B fields of more than megagauss are spontaneously generated in highpower laser–plasma interactions, which are located on the target surface and produced by non-parallel temperature and density gradients of expanding plasmas. For properties of the short-lived and strong B fields in laser plasmas, LDMR opened up a new territory in a parameter regime that has never been exploited before. Here we review the recent results of LDMR taking place in both high and low plasma beta environments. We aim to understand the basic physics processes of magnetic reconnection, such as particle accelerations, scale of the diffusion region, and guide field effects. Some applications of experimental results are also given especially for space and solar plasmas.

Evidence for a Dirac nodal-line semimetal in SrAs_3

Dirac nodal-line semimetals with the linear bands crossing along a line or loop, represent a new topological state of matter. Here, by carrying out magnetotransport measurements and performing first-principle calculations, we demonstrate that such a state has been realized in high-quality single crystals of SrAs_*** obtain the nontrivial ∏ Berry phase by analysing the Shubnikov-de Haas quantum oscillations. We also observe a robust negative longitudinal magnetoresistance induced by the chiral *** first-principles calculations identifies that a single hole pocket enclosing the loop nodes is responsible for these observations.

目的:软土流变和结构破坏的相互耦合导致结构性软土的参数难以准确得到。本文拟建立一个有效的参数确定方法,期望仅基于常规的室内试验得到可靠的、合理的本构参数。创新点:1.通过采用优化方法来实现结构性软土参数的确定;2.仅基于常规的室内试验得到本构参数;3.采用最近提出的考虑各向异性、流变和结构破坏的超应力本构模型。方法:1.建立数值模拟和试验数据之间的误差计算公式;2.通过流变本构模拟室内常规试验,并计算模拟误差;3.采用下山单纯形法(simplex)优化方法,寻找模拟误差的最小值;此最小值对应的这组模拟参数即为土体的最优参数;4.利用最优参数模拟其他类型的试验,验证参数的合理性和可靠性。结论:本文提出的优化程序可以有效的找到结构性土体的流变和结构破坏参数,并且找到的参数非常的合理。

Recently, Worobey et al.(2022) published a report entitled ‘The Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in Wuhan was the early epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic’ that succinctly summarizes their study [1]. A pre-print version of this study had earlier elicited a series of highprofile media coverages [2,3]. All these reports deliver a social-political message that the Huanan market is the epicenter of COVID-19.

Polymeric coating lubricates nanocontainers to escape macrophage uptake for bioreceptor recognition

Accurate drug delivery to the lesion has been deliberated for several decades,but one important phenomenon is usually neglected that the immune system can prevent smooth transportation of *** injection would reduce first-pass effect,macrophages in the blood can still recognize and phagocytose *** we show that a lubricated nanocontainer,which is prepared based on polyelectrolytes and mesoporous silica nanoparticles,can accurately target muscarinic bioreceptor while escaping from the identification of *** in vitro and in vivo studies,this nanocontainer,combining both immune escape and bioreceptor targeting,has greatly improved the drug ***,this nanocontainer shows good biocompatibility,and the targeted heart tissues and other important metabolic organs,such as liver and kidney,keep physiological structures and functions without the detection of side ***,the mechanism of immune escape for the developed nanocontainer has been investigated by lubrication test and molecular *** anticipate that our study will establish a new perspective on the achievement of immune escape-based targeted drug delivery,which can provide a fundamental approach for the design of related biomaterials.
