PROteolysis TArgeting Chimeras(PROTACs)have been considered the next blockbuster ***,due to their inherent limitations,the efficacy of PROTACs is frequently impaired by limited tissue penetration and particularly insufficient cellular internalization into their action ***,based on the ultra-pH-sensitive and enzyme-sensitive nanotechnology,a type of polymer PROTAC conjugated and pH/cathepsin B sequential responsive nanoparticles(PSRNs)are deliberately designed,following the construction of the PROTAC for Cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6(CDK4/6).Colorectal cancer(CRC)which hardly responds to many treatments even immune checkpoint blockades was selected as the tumor model in this *** a result,PSRNs were found to maintain nanostructure(40 nm)in circulation and efficiently accumulated in tumors via enhanced permeation and retention ***,they were dissociated into unimers(<10 nm)in response to an acidic tumor microenvironment,facilitating tumor penetration and cellular ***,the CDK4/6 degrading PROTACs were released intracellularly following the cleavage of cathepsin ***,PSRNs led to the enhanced degradation of target protein in vitro and in *** degradation of CDK4/6 also augmented the efficacy of immune checkpoint blockades,through the upregulation of programmed cell deathligand 1(PD-L1)expression in cancer cells and the suppression of regulatory T cells cell proliferation in tumor *** combination withα-PD-1,an enhanced anti-tumor outcome is well achieved in CT26 tumor ***,our study verifies the significance of precise intracellular delivery of PROTACs and introduces a promising therapeutic strategy for the targeted combination treatment of CRC.

The catalytic activity of Cu-ZSM-5 in trichloroethylene （TCE） combustion increases with the increasing skeletal Cu amount and however decreases with the increase of surface amorphous CuO, which is detected by infrared spectroscopy （IR） and diffuse reflectance ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy （DRS-UV-vis）, therefore the skeletal Cu species are concluded to be the active sites for the TCE combustion.

The paper introduces a computational model of airspace conflict risk in the hierarchy of performance-based navigation （PBN） airspace operation and combines it with air traffic controller （ATC） workload to propose a method for safety assessment of PBN airspace operational planning. Capacity probability distribution is employed to depict airspace capacity in uncertain weather, errors of deviating from nominal PBN track are taken into consideration, and the stochastic process based on Gaussian distribution is used to depict random aircraft motion according to airspace PBN specification, so as to build an airspace conflict risk computational model in corresponding capacity scenario. Guangzhou No. 15 sector is chosen for simulation validation. The analysis results suggest that 60% of ATC workload is corresponding to sector traffic flow of 31 aircraft/h and airspace risk of 0.018 conflict/h, while 70% of ATC workload is corresponding to sector traffic flow of 35 aircraft/h and airspace risk of 0.03 conflict/h. As air traffic flow increases, both airspace conflict risk value and ATC workload will increase, resulting in reduction of airspace safety, though their increasing magnitudes differ with different capacity scenarios. The safety assessment method enables effective quantization of safety with regard to airspace operational plan- ning strategy, and benefits the development of optimal operational scheme that balances risk with capacity demand.

By leveraging the high maneuverability of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) and the expansive coverage of the intelligent reflecting surface(IRS), a multi-IRS-assisted UAV communication system aimed at maximizing the sum data rate of all users was investigated in this paper. This is achieved through the joint optimization of the trajectory and transmit beamforming of the UAV, as well as the passive phase shift of the IRS. Nevertheless, the initial problem exhibits a high degree of non-convexity, posing challenges for conventional mathematical optimization techniques in delivering solutions that are both quick and efficient while maintaining low complexity. To address this issue, a novel scheme called the deep reinforcement learning(DRL)-based enhanced cooperative reflection network(DCRN) was proposed. This scheme effectively identifies optimal strategies, with the long short-term memory(LSTM) network improving algorithm convergence by extracting hidden state information. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme outperforms the baseline scheme, manifesting substantial enhancements in sum rate and superior performance.
