Study on effect of exercise rehabilitation combined with self-management intervention therapy in patients with heart failure

The Janus fabrics designed for personal moisture/thermal regulation have garnered significant attention for their potential to enhance human ***,the development of smart and dynamic fabrics capable of managing personal moisture/thermal comfort in response to changing external environments remains a ***,a smart cellulose-based Janus fabric was designed to dynamically manage personal moisture/*** cotton fabric was grafted with N-isopropylacrylamide to construct a temperature-stimulated transport ***,hydrophobic ethyl cellulose and hydrophilic cellulose nanofiber were sprayed on the bottom and top sides of the fabric to obtain wettability *** fabric exhibits anti-gravity directional liquid transportation from hydrophobic side to hydrophilic side,and can dynamically and continuously control the transportation time in a wide range of 3–66 s as the temperature increases from 10 to 40℃.This smart fabric can quickly dissipate heat at high temperatures,while at low temperatures,it can slow down the heat dissipation rate and prevent the human from becoming too *** addition,the fabric has UV shielding and photodynamic antibacterial properties through depositing graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets on the hydrophilic *** smart fabric offers an innovative approach to maximizing personal comfort in environments with significant temperature variations.

Predictive model of re-hospitalization in patients with coronary artery disease combined with heart failure

Background The number of patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)complicated with heart failure(HF)in China is large,the prognosis is poor,and the re-hospitalization rate is *** study established a predictive model of re-hospitalization factors for patients with CAD and *** A total of 326 patients with CAD and HF who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology of Guangdong Provincial People.s Hospital from2019 to 2020 and were *** medical records of patients were collected by electronic medical record system and followed up for 6 ***-wise logistic regression analysis was used to select the potential predictors of *** risk factors related to re-hospitalization of CAD with HF(P<0.10)were included in the final multivariate logistic regression *** predictive efficacy of re-hospitalization risk factors for CAD complicated with HF was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)*** Re-hospitalization occurred in 83 patients(26%)during the 6-month *** York Heart Association(NYHA)class(per 1-level increment,adjusted OR:1.45,95%CI:1.14-2.23,P=0.034),smoking(adjusted OR:2.30,95%CI:1.20-4.38,P=0.012),drinking(adjusted OR:2.22,95%CI:1.08-4.56,P=0.029)and the use of statin(adjusted OR:0.50,95%CI:0.25-0.98)were independent predictors of *** predictors showed a good performance with the area under curve(AUC)of 0.702(95%CI:0.632-0.754).Conclusions This study developed a novel prediction model for re-hospitalization among patients complicated with CAD and HF,which included four easily accessible clinical variables(NYHA class,smoking,drinking and the use of statins).This model provided a theoretical basis for the identification,intervention and treatment of such patients.

Demonstrate that the key factor to determine the activity of reconstructed surfaces is the surface chemistry, instead of reconstruction degree using the popular perovskite LaNi1-xFexO3 oxides as model *** content can influence both the surface reconstruction degree, the activation degree, and the activity of reconstructed *** oxygen evolution reaction activity of reconstructed catalysts is primarily governed by the chemistry of the reconstructed surface species. Water splitting hinges crucially on the availability of electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction. The surface reconstruction has been widely observed in perovskite catalysts, and the reconstruction degree has been often correlated with the activity enhancement. Here, a systematic study on the roles of Fe substitution in activation of perovskite LaNiO3 is reported. The substituting Fe content influences both current change tendency and surface reconstruction degree. LaNi0.9Fe0.1O3 is found exhibiting a volcano-peak intrinsic activity in both pristine and reconstructed among all substituted perovskites in the LaNi1-xFexO3 (x = 0.00, 0.10, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00) series. The reconstructed LaNi0.9Fe0.1O3 shows a higher intrinsic activity than most reported NiFe-based catalysts. Besides, density functional theory calculations reveal that Fe substitution can lower the O 2p level, which thus stabilize lattice oxygen in LaNi0.9Fe0.1O3 and ensure its long-term stability. Furthermore, it is vital interesting that activity of the reconstructed catalysts relied more on the surface chemistry rather than the reconstruction degree. The effect of Fe on the degree of surface reconstruction of the perovskite is decoupled from that on its activity enhancement after surface reconstruction. This finding showcases the importance to customize the surface chemistry of reconstructed catalysts for water oxidation.

目的:检测人质子感知受体G蛋白偶联受体2A(G2A)和卵巢癌G蛋白偶联受体1(OGR1)在低氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)患者外周血细胞中的变化。方法:研究对象选取31例HPH患者为低氧性肺动脉高压组(HPH组),男性16例,女性15例,年龄(65.19±5.86)岁。同时符合中华医学会呼吸病学分会慢性阻塞性肺疾病学组诊断标准和呼吸衰竭诊断标准,选取30例健康体检者为正常组(NC组),男15例,女15例,年龄(63.47±6.16)岁。心脏彩超计算HPH组肺动脉压力、进行血气分析和肺功能检测,采集外周血检测G2A、OGR1基因mRNA表达水平、血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。结果:HPH组Pa CO2较NC组明显增高(P<0.05),1 s用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV1pro%)和1 s用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)明显低于NC组(P<0.05)。HPH组外周血中G2A mRNA及TNF-α含量明显高于NC组(P<0.05)。OGR1 mRNA与NC组无差别。HPH组G2A mRNA及TNF-α表达与肺动脉压力呈显著正相关。结论:肺动脉高压患者外周血细胞中质子感知受体G2A表达增加,TNF-α水平增加,G2A的表达和TNF-α水平与肺动脉压力呈明显正相关。

Effect of ozone injection on the long-term performance and microbial community structure of a VOCs biofilter

For biofilters treating waste gases containing volatile organic compounds（VOCs）, biomass accumulation is a common problem which will induce bed clogging and significant decrease in VOCs removal efficiency during long-term operation. In this study, ozone injection was developed as a biomass control strategy, and its effects on the biofilter performance and the microbial community structure were investigated in long-term operation. Two biofilters,identified as BF1 and BF2, were operated continuously for 160 days treating gaseous toluene under the same conditions, except that 200 mg/m^3 ozone was continuously injected into BF1 during days 45–160. During the operation period, ozone injection did not change the toluene removal efficiency, while the pressure drop of BF1 with ozone injection was significantly lowered compared with BF2. The wet biomass accumulation rate of BF1 was 11 g/m^3/hr, which was only46% of that in BF2. According to the carbon balance result, ozone injection also increased the toluene mineralization rate from 83% to 91%, which could be an important reason for the low biomass accumulation. The PMA-q PCR result indicated that ozone injection increased the microbial viability of the biofilm. The high-throughput sequencing result also revealed that the dominant phyla and genera were not changed significantly by ozone injection, but some ozonetolerant genera such as Rhodanobacter, Dokdonella and Rhodococcus were enhanced by ozone exposure. All the results verified that ozone injection is capable of sustaining the long-term performance of biofilters by lowering the biomass accumulation, increasing the microbial viability and changing the microbial community structure.
