As a widely used food preservative,methyl paraben was experimentally evidenced with serious hormonelike adverse ***,a high performance thin-layer chromatography platformed bioluminescent bioautography and image analysis for the selective quantification and confirmation of methyl paraben was proposed and validated in vinegar and coconut ***,the detectability of the bioautography to the analyte on different layer materials was estimated,revealing that normal silica gel was the best *** that,the liquid of sample extract and working solution were separated to overcome the background noises due to co-extracted *** separation result was then coupled to the optimized bioautography,enabling instant and straightforward screening of the targeted *** accurate quantification,bioluninescent inhibition pattern caused by the analyte was processed by image analysis,giving useful sensitivity(LOD>16 mg/kg),precision(RSD<10.1%)and accuracy(spike-recovery rate 76.9%-112.2%).Finally,the suspected result was confirmed by determining its MS fingerprint,further strengthening the reliability of screening.

As the core of the yangtze River Delta cultural and creative industrial cluster, Shanghai regards the development of cultural and creative industrial clusters as an important measure for promoting a new round of economic development and building advanced culture. With its long-standing cultural heritage and forward-looking development vision, Shanghai has created a lot of cultural and creative parks. At present, these industrial clusters have begun to take shape, forming a certain concentration of creative design. In this investigation, we focused on the investigation of the creative industrial park in the Pudong New Area. We found several typical cases of good development in Beijing, Hangzhou and other old districts in Pudong New Area. Through these successful and typical investigations, we will gain effective experience in property fights protection, institutional design, government supervision, service enhancement, etc., in addition to providing advice on intellectual property rights for the three-in-one bureaus that are exploring ways of working, and also related to The management department provided suggestions from other relevant parties and worked together to contribute to the creation of the Shanghai ＂International Creative Industry Center＂ program.

Digital watermarking technology plays an essential role in the work of anti-counterfeiting and ***,image watermarking algorithms are weak against hybrid attacks,especially geometric attacks,such as cropping attacks,rotation attacks,*** propose a robust blind image watermarking algorithm that combines stable interest points and deep learning networks to improve the robustness of the watermarking algorithm ***,to extract more sparse and stable interest points,we use the Superpoint algorithm for generation and design two steps to perform the screening *** first keep the points with the highest possibility in a given region to ensure the sparsity of the points and then filter the robust interest points by hybrid attacks to ensure high *** message is embedded in sub-blocks centered on stable interest points using a deep learning-based *** kinds of attacks and simulated noise are added to the adversarial training to guarantee the robustness of embedded *** use the ConvNext network for watermark extraction and determine the division threshold based on the decoded values of the unembedded *** extensive experimental results,we demonstrate that our proposed algorithm can improve the accuracy of the network in extracting information while ensuring high invisibility between the embedded image and the original cover *** with previous SOTA work reveals that our algorithm can achieve better visual and numerical results on hybrid and geometric attacks.

In this paper ,a new approach of pattern recognition for tone classification of Putonghua Which is important for speech recognition of Putonghua is discribed . In this method , four parameters of the fundamental frequency trajectory are selected based on a large number of statistical experiments . It is assumed that the four parameters satisfy multidimensional Gaussion distribution and a non-Euclidean distance function for each tone class is derived according to the rule of minimum probability of calssification error . the optimal decision results are obtained in a sense of statistics . It is proved that this method provides very satisfactory results by the experiments for speaker-independent tone classification of Putonghua .

State of health(SOH)estimation of e-mobilities operated in real and dynamic conditions is essential and *** of existing estimations are based on a fixed constant current charging and discharging aging profiles,which overlooked the fact that the charging and discharging profiles are random and not complete in real *** work investigates the influence of feature engineering on the accuracy of different machine learning(ML)-based SOH estimations acting on different recharging sub-profiles where a realistic battery mission profile is *** features were extracted from the battery partial recharging profiles,considering different factors such as starting voltage values,charge amount,and charging sliding ***,features were selected based on a feature selection pipeline consisting of filtering and supervised ML-based subset *** linear regression(MLR),Gaussian process regression(GPR),and support vector regression(SVR)were applied to estimate SOH,and root mean square error(RMSE)was used to evaluate and compare the estimation *** results showed that the feature selection pipeline can improve SOH estimation accuracy by 55.05%,2.57%,and 2.82%for MLR,GPR and SVR *** was demonstrated that the estimation based on partial charging profiles with lower starting voltage,large charge,and large sliding window size is more likely to achieve higher *** work hopes to give some insights into the supervised ML-based feature engineering acting on random partial recharges on SOH estimation performance and tries to fill the gap of effective SOH estimation between theoretical study and real dynamic application.

Utilizing machine learning techniques for data-driven diagnosis of high temperature PEM fuel cells is beneficial and meaningful to the system durability. Nevertheless, ensuring the robustness of diagnosis remains a critical and challenging task in real application. To enhance the robustness of diagnosis and achieve a more thorough evaluation of diagnostic performance, a robust diagnostic procedure based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and a new method for evaluation of the diagnosis robustness was proposed and investigated in this work. To improve the diagnosis robustness: (1) the degradation mechanism of different faults in the high temperature PEM fuel cell was first analyzed via the distribution of relaxation time of EIS to determine the equivalent circuit model (ECM) with better interpretability, simplicity and accuracy;(2) the feature extraction was implemented on the identified parameters of the ECM and extra attention was paid to distinguishing between the long-term normal degradation and other faults;(3) a Siamese Network was adopted to get features with higher robustness in a new embedding. The diagnosis was conducted using 6 classic classification algorithms—support vector machine (SVM), K-nearest neighbor (KNN), logistic regression (LR), decision tree (DT), random forest (RF), and Naive Bayes employing a dataset comprising a total of 1935 collected EIS. To evaluate the robustness of trained models: (1) different levels of errors were added to the features for performance evaluation;(2) a robustness coefficient (Roubust_C) was defined for a quantified and explicit evaluation of the diagnosis robustness. The diagnostic models employing the proposed feature extraction method can not only achieve the higher performance of around 100% but also higher robustness for diagnosis models. As a vital type of light-absorbing aerosol,brown carbon(BrC)presents inherent associations with atmospheric photochemistry and climate ***,the understanding of the chemical and optical properties of BrC is limited,especially in some resource-dependent cities with long heating periods in northwest *** study showed that the annual average abundances of Water-soluble BrC(WS-BrC)were 9.33±7.42 and 8.69±6.29μg/m^(3)in Baotou and Wuhai and the concentrations,absorption coefficient(Abs_(365)),and mass absorption efficiency(MAE365)of WS-BrC presented significant seasonal patterns,with high values in the heating season and low values in the non-heating season;while showing opposite seasonal trends for the Absorption Angstr?m exponent(AAE_(300-400)).Comparatively,the levels of WS-BrC in developing regions(such as cities in Asia)were higher than those in developed regions(such as cities in Europe and Australia),indicating the significant differences in energy consumption in these *** combining fluorescence excitation-emission matrix(EEM)spectra with the parallel factor(PARAFAC)model,humic-like(C1 and C2)and proteinlike(C3)substances were identified,and accounted for 61.40%±4.66%and 38.6%±3.78%at Baotou,and 60.33%±6.29%and 39.67%±4.17%at Wuhai,*** results of source apportionment suggested that the potential source regions of WS-BrC varied in heating ***-heating seasons and that the properties of WS-BrC significantly depended on primary emissions(e.g.,combustion emissions)and secondary formation.

压力型体制及其衍生的“层层加码”现象备受学界关注,但鲜有研究对这种看似非均衡的结构为何可以持续运行多年并不断创造治理奇迹给予合理解释,而地方政府的“主动加码”现象也引人关注。文章发现,面对“任务—资源”失衡的困境,下级政府并非只有被动承压或者应付、变通等选项,其积极适应甚至“主动出击”不仅有助于将“目标加码、任务超载”转变为“任务打通、资源扩充”,缓解“任务—资源”的紧张关系,而且有助于政府间的纵向合作与横向竞争。上述发现深化了有关压力型体制的研究,也丰富了对中国政策过程动态运行机理和演变逻辑的理解。
