The issue of energy consumption has garnered significant interest due to its excessive usage.Recently,thermoelectric devices have been getting increased attention,as they can harness waste heat from various sources,such as solar radiation,human body,and industrial processes.Traditionally,the recovery of low-grade heat has been a challenge,resulting in unsustainable energy use and significant losses.While considerable advances have been made in thermoelectric materials in recent decades,the majority of these devices still primarily employ semiconductors.Nevertheless,the emergence of quasi-solid-state thermoelectric materials represents a novel development with profound promise for the environment and society.These materials offer several advantages,such as improved energy conversion capacities,cost-effectiveness,versatility,and scalability,to support increased usage.Additionally,this review explores the application of thermoelectric materials in self-powered sensors,integrated modules,and heat harvesting management.Lastly,the potential of high-performance thermocouples based on thermogalvanic effects is assessed,along with the challenges that must be overcome to realize this goal.

In this viewpoint,recent hot topics in the photovoltaic community,interdigitated back contact(IBC)cells,are systematically reviewed from the view of device configuration.Two categories of IBC designs on the most popular perovskite solar cells(PSCs)were discussed,and a planar back-contact perovskite module was first proposed.The device configuration,fabrication methods,working mechanism,optimization strategies,and future development directions of this novel PSC module were put forward to show its superiorities in the module performance,processing difficulty,and extensible functionality among present perovskite modules,presenting promising potential to improve the competitiveness of perovskite technology in the photovoltaic market.

This paper aims to propose a topology optimization method on generating porous structures comprising multiple materials.The mathematical optimization formulation is established under the constraints of individual volume fraction of constituent phase or total mass,as well as the local volume fraction of all phases.The original optimization problem with numerous constraints is converted into a box-constrained optimization problem by incorporating all constraints to the augmented Lagrangian function,avoiding the parameter dependence in the conventional aggregation process.Furthermore,the local volume percentage can be precisely satisfied.The effects including the globalmass bound,the influence radius and local volume percentage on final designs are exploited through numerical examples.The numerical results also reveal that porous structures keep a balance between the bulk design and periodic design in terms of the resulting compliance.All results,including those for irregular structures andmultiple volume fraction constraints,demonstrate that the proposedmethod can provide an efficient solution for multiple material infill structures.

针对稳态和暂态谐波检测易受噪声干扰的问题,提出一种基于分数阶小波变换(fractional wavelet transform,FRWT)的电力系统谐波检测方法。首先,通过快速傅里叶变换(fast Fourier transform,FFT)检测出各频谱的频率,根据频率确定分解层数;其次,利用FRWT对信号进行分解和重构,实现基波与各次谐波分量的分离;最后,对各次谐波分量进行Hilbert变换(Hilbert transform,HT),获取各次谐波分量的频率和幅值检测结果以及暂态扰动的起止时刻。对多种谐波信号的仿真试验结果表明,FRWT方法可以有效实现对含噪信号中稳态和暂态谐波的检测,即使信噪比较低也能保证各项结果的检测精度,证明FRWT方法是检测谐波的一种有效新方法。

In the regional integrated energy system, gas turbine and power-to-gas (P2G) can realize the coupling of the power system and the natural gas system. Frequent adjustments of gas turbine output and P2G gas production rate will cause violent fluctuations in the pressure, flow rate, and line-pack of natural gas in the pipeline, resulting in unsTab. operation of the gas turbine connected to it, which may cause grid failure. In this paper, the method of characteristic which was suiTab. for analyzing the dynamic process of natural gas pipeline in a district energy system was used to solve the partial differential equations describing its dynamic characteristics. The method could obtain dynamic data of pressure, flow rate, and line-pack over time. A natural gas network with a ring structure with uncertain flow direction was used as a simulation case to verify the stability of the algorithm, and the correctness of the results was verified by comparison with thermodynamic calculations. The sTab. operation of the gas turbine depends on the sTab. gas supply. In order to suppress the fluctuation of natural gas in the pipeline, a control strategy of installing a compressor with a constant outlet pressure at the branch node of the pipeline connected to the gas turbine was proposed based on the simulation results. This paper compared the simulation results of the calculation case with compressor and the simulation result of the calculation case without compressor. The comparison result proves the correctness of the control strategy. © 2022 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.

高通量计算与材料数据库推动了数据驱动的机器学习方法的发展.机器学习已经成为材料计算研究的重要方法,在分析材料数据、加速材料计算、预测材料性质、推进新材料发现、筛选和设计等方面展现出极大的潜力.众多与材料计算相交叉的机器学习方法、模型以及框架不断涌现.本文综述了近年来光电半导体材料计算设计领域内机器学习方法的最新进展与应用.介绍了机器学习的流程与类型,基于不同材料表示方法的浅层模型、集成模型和深度神经网络,以及相关材料数据库和相关工具.我们还讨论了这些模型在预测材料稳定性与光电性质、材料逆向设计、构建材料构效关系等方面的应用.最后,本文对目前机器学习方法存在的机遇与挑战,即数据数量与质量、材料的表示、材料逆向设计做了进一步总结与讨论.
