The gut microbiota has a critical role in the maintenance of immune *** in the intestinal microbiota and gut microbiota-derived metabolites have been recognized in many immune-related inflammatory *** metabolites can be produced by gut microbiota from dietaiy components or by the host and can be modified by gut bacteria or synthesized de novo by gut *** microbiota-derived metabolites influence a plethora of immune cell responses,including T cells,B cells,dendritic cells,and *** e of these metabolites are involved in the pathogenesis of immune-related inflammatory diseases,such as inflammatory bowel diseases,diabetes,rheumatoid arthritis,and systemic lupus ***,we review the role of microbiota-derived metabolites in regulating the functions of different immune cells and the pathogenesis of chronic immune-related inflammatory diseases.

我国肿瘤专业分级诊疗实行情况调查与分析

目的:对国内肿瘤专业分级诊疗情况进行调研,为进一步促进肿瘤诊疗资源的合理布局提供依据。方法:以分级诊疗核心内容为基础制定调研问卷,依靠国家肿瘤规范化诊疗工作网络进行调研回收问卷,对调研结果进行统计分析。结果:本次调研回收769份问卷,问卷总共来自346所医院。结果显示284所医院会进行双向转诊,24所仅进行向上转诊,23所医院仅进行向下转诊,15所医院无转诊。从地区来看,东部未进行转诊医院占比为8.1%,中部为0.8%,西部为1.6%(P<0.01)。从医院类型来看,肿瘤专科医院中通过系统转诊医院占比为85.4%,非肿瘤专科医院为52.8%(P<0.01)。从医院等级来看,三级医院中通过系统转诊医院占比为58.5%,二级医院为30.0%(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤专业整体分级诊疗实行情况较好,但还存在地区之间差异、信息化转诊水平偏低等问题,有待进一步完善。

旅游效率提升是促进旅游业高质量发展战略目标实现的重要途径。以四川省21个市(州)为例,采用DEA-Malmquist模型对其2015—2022年的旅游效率进行综合分析,并使用Tobit回归模型探讨影响因素。研究结果表明:四川省旅游效率变化趋势呈先升后降;旅游全要素生产率在波动中下降;地区旅游发展不平衡;各经济区间效率变化差异显著;各城市效率类型分层明显;旅游效率受交通、基础设施制约;对外开放、人力资源、政府干预及产业结构对效率提升具有积极作用。

伴随着登山运动的不断普及以及鞋服智能化程度的不断加深,登山鞋靴的设计也亟待转型升级。以夜间登山智能鞋为研究对象,从消费者视角出发,通过词频分析法识别夜间登山鞋在实用性和智能化方面的关键需求,即发光和定位两大功能。总结出发光和定位两大类功能中的10项细分功能点,采用问卷调查法分析消费群体对各功能点的需求程度和需求差异。最后采用发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)、荧光面料、全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)和智能互联技术,设计了一款集成照明、提示、导航、求助和互动等多种功能的智能夜间登山鞋。设计方案不仅拓展了登山鞋的功能性设计思路,且为夜间登山智能鞋的设计和制作提供了实践参考,有助于推动户外运动产业的智能化发展,满足消费者对夜间登山活动安全性和便捷性的要求。

A day-ahead voltage-stability-constrained network topology optimization(DVNTO)problem is proposed to find the day-ahead topology schemes with the minimum number of operations(including line switching and bus-bar splitting)while ensuring the sufficient hourly voltage stability margin and the engineering operation requirement of power *** AC continuation power flow and the uncertainty from both renewable energy sources and loads are incorporated into the *** proposed DVNTO problem is a stochastic,largescale,nonlinear integer programming *** solve it tractably,a tailored three-stage solution methodology,including a scenario generation and reduction stage,a dynamic period partition stage,and a topology identification stage,is ***,to address the challenges posed by uncertainties,a novel problem-specified scenario reduction process is proposed to obtain the representative ***,to obtain the minimum number of necessary operations to alter the network topologies for the next 24-hour horizon,a dynamic period partition strategy is presented to partition the hours into several periods according to the hourly voltage information based on the voltage stability ***,a topology identification stage is performed to identify the final network topology *** effectiveness and robustness of the proposed three-stage solution methodology under different loading conditions and the effectiveness of the proposed partition strategy are evaluated on the IEEE 118-bus and 3120-bus power systems.

Orthopedic applications of Fe have been hindered by the insufficient degradation *** with noble elements(such as Ag,Au,and Pt)to generate galvanic couples is a feasible ***,the direct preparation of homogenous alloys by mechanical alloying or metallurgy is difficult because of the differences in strength,density,and *** this study,Ag_(2)O was selected as the precursor phase for incorporation into Fe to achieve a homogeneous distribution of Ag,which was then reduced in situ to Ag via a mechanochemical reduction reaction during mechanical *** composite powders were printed as implants by selective laser melting,where a fast cooling rate contributed to the retention of the phase distribution of the obtained *** electrochemical tests showed that the Fe-Ag_(2)O implant had a high corrosion current density(21.88±0.12μA/cm^(2))and instantaneous corrosion rate(0.23±0.05 mm/year).Moreover,the implant exhibited a faster degradation rate(0.22 mm/year)than Fe(0.15 mm/year)and Fe-Ag(0.21 mm/year)after immersion for 28 *** acceleration mechanism of the implant could be attributed to the uniformly distributed Ag particles triggering many galvanic couples with the Fe grains,which was confirmed by the observation of the corrosion *** addition,the composite implants exhibited good biocompatibility and antibacterial properties.
