Flexible ion-conductive materials exhibit intriguing advantages for applications in flexible electronic ***,the further enhancement of their conductivity within environmental limitations is an urgent demand for the development of flexible electronic devices,yet remains as a great ***,we report a“dual-acid”strategy,via the encapsulation of two acids,H_(3)PW_(12)O_(40)(HPW) and NH_(2)SO_(3)H(SA),with synergistic interaction into poly(vinyl alcohol)-glycerol(PVA-Gly) hydrogel,to achieve polyoxometalate(POM)-based flexible materials with superionic conductivity under various environmental *** a representative example,the prepared PVA-Gly/HPW-SA-20% hydrogel presents an ultrahigh proton conductivity ranging from -30℃(3.33×10^(-2)S cm^(-1)) to room temperature(2.78×10^(-1)S cm^(-1)) under ambient ***,the PVA-Gly/HPW-SA-20% hydrogel exhibits remarkable advantages in anti-freezing,mechanical flexibility and self-adhesiveness,making it a promising multifunctional electrolyte for flexible electronic *** experimental results and molecular dynamics(MD) simulations jointly demonstrate that SA bridges HPW clusters to form a dense proton transport pathway induced by multiple electrostatic and hydrogen bonding interactions between SA and HPW counterparts,which contributes to the high-level proton conductivity of the PVA-Gly/HPW-SA-20% *** work provides new insights into the design of POM-based flexible materials with superionic conductivity.

Study on the fast elimination of smoke particle based on electro-acoustic coupling agglomeration technology

Fire smoke,which consists large amounts of fine particles,is considered as the fatal factor in *** this study,a fast smoke particle elimination method based on electro-acoustic coupling agglomeration technology is ***,the experimental results show that the electro-acoustic coupling agglomeration has higher smoke elimination efficiency compared to *** smoke transmission is much less than 80%after 30s of single acoustic or electric field action,while the coupled field reaches 90%.Then,the effects of acoustic frequency,sound pressure level and voltage on the smoke elimination characteristics are *** is found that the optimal acoustic frequency is *** as the sound pressure level and voltage increase,the elimination efficiency first increases and then tends to stabilize,the critical values of the sound pressure level and voltage are 135 dB and *** indicates that there is an optimal combination of the three ***,through the theoretical analysis of particle movement and the micro-morphology of agglomerates,the particle agglomeration mechanism under the electro-acoustic coupling is *** study provides a new idea for the fast elimination of fire smoke particle.

OBJECTIVE:To explore whether the regulation of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9)/tissue inhibitors of MMPs(TIMPs)gene expression through histone acetylation is a possible mechanism by which electroacupuncture(EA)protects blood-brain barrier(BBB)integrity in a middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)rat ***:Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups:the sham group,the MCAO group,the MCAO+EA(MEA)group,and the MCAO+EA+HAT inhibitor(HATi)*** MCAO model was generated by blocking the middle cerebral *** was applied to Baihui(GV20).Samples were collected 1 or 3 d after *** function scores and Evans blue extravasation were employed to evaluate the poststroke *** effect of EA on MMP-9/TIMPs gene expression was assessed by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)and chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP).RESULTS:Our results showed that EA treatment prominently improved neurological function and ameliorated BBB *** RT-qPCR assay showed that EA reduced the expression of MMP-9 and promoted TIMP-2 mRNA expression,but HATi reversed these effects of *** addition,ChIP results revealed that EA decreased the enrichment of H3K9ace/H3K27ace at MMP-9 promoters and notably stimulated the recruitment of H3K9ace/H3K27ace at TIMP-2 ***:EA treatment at Baihui(GV20)regulates the transcription of MMP-9 and TIMP-2 through histone acetylation modification in the acute stage of stroke,which preserves the structural integrity of the BBB in MCAO *** findings suggested that the histone acetylation-mediated transcriptional activity of target genes may be a crucial mechanism of EA treatment in stroke.

It is well known that the deformation and damage of reservoir colluvium landslides are often determined by the combined dynamics of reservoir water level change and *** on the systematic analysis of the change law of reservoir water level,rainfall and displacements of reservoir colluvium landslide,this paper proposes the compound hydrodynamic action of rainfall and reservoir water as the unload-load parameter,and the landslide displacement as the unload-load response *** on this,a physical prediction model of the compound hydrodynamic unload-load response ratio of reservoir colluvium landslide was established,and the quantitative relationship between the compound hydrodynamic unload-load response ratio and its stability evolution was in-depth analyzed and *** the basis of the above research,taking shuping landslide,a typical hydrodynamic pressure landslide as an example,the unload-load response ratio model is used to systematically evaluate and predict the stability evolution law and the change trend of the landslide under compound hydrodynamic *** prediction result shows that the variation law of the compound hydrodynamic unload-load response ratio is consistent with the dynamic evolution law of its ***,the above studies show that the compound hydrodynamic unload-load response ratio parameter is an effective displacement dynamic evaluation parameter for reservoir colluvium landslides,so it can be used in the prediction of the reservoir colluvium landslides.

Biodegradable magnesium(Mg) and its alloy show huge potential as temporary bone substitute due to the favorable biocompatibility and mechanical compatibility. However, one issue deserves attention is the too fast degradation. In this work, mesoporous bioglass(MBG)with high pore volume(0.59 cc/g) and huge specific surface area(110.78 m^(2)/g) was synthesized using improved sol-gel method, and introduced into Mg-based composite via laser additive manufacturing. Immersion tests showed that the incorporated MBG served as powerful adsorption sites, which promoted the in-situ deposition of apatite by successively adsorbing Ca2+and HPO42-. Such dense apatite film acted as an efficient protection layer and enhanced the corrosion resistance of Mg matrix, which was proved by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements. Thereby, Mg based composite showed a significantly decreased degradation rate of 0.31 mm/year. Furthermore,MBG also improved the mechanical properties as well as cell behavior. This work highlighted the advantages of MBG in the fabrication of Mg-based implant with enhanced overall performance for orthopedic application.

目的分析探讨罕见的2型Treacher Collins综合征(Treacher Collins Syndrome 2,TCS2)家系的临床特征、分子病因学特征及治疗手段。方法完善先证者(女,8岁)的病史采集、体格检查、实验室检查、听力学检查及影像学检查,完善先证者家属的体格检查,同时提取先证者的基因组DNA进行全外显子组测序,提取家系成员基因组DNA进行一代测序验证,并检索PubMed、中国知网等数据库,对截止2023年8月31日前报道的由POLR1D基因致病变异所致的TCS2临床特征进行归纳总结并分析比较。结果先证者自幼听力差,纯音测听示传导性听力损失;下颌较小,双侧耳前瘘管及杯状耳畸形;颞骨CT示左侧外耳道、双侧中耳及内耳畸形;手术植入骨导助听装置,术后听力恢复至正常水平;其母亲下颌略小。先证者POLR1D基因存在新的变异NM_015972.4:c.38_47del,为杂合变异,常染色体显性遗传,变异遗传自其母亲,根据美国医学遗传学与基因组学学会(American college of Medical Genetics and Genomics,ACMG)指南评级为致病变异。已报道病例的回顾性分析未发现TCS2的基因型-表型相关性。结论分子诊断对TCS2患者的诊断意义重大,面部形态正常者也有可能是POLR1D基因致病变异携带者,有生育出完全外显TCS2患儿的风险,适时的骨导助听装置干预能提高患者的生活质量。

While drug resistance appears to be an inevitable problem of an increasing number of anticancer drugs in monotherapy, combination drug therapy has become a prosperous method to reduce the administered total drug dosages as well as overcome the drug resistance of carcinoma cells. Curcumin, considered to possess multi- faceted roles in cancer treatment according to its multiple anti-neoplastic mechanisms as a depressor of chemo- resistance, can significantly facilitate its anti-cancer functions and improve therapeutic effects via combination usage with a variety of other drugs with different reaction mechanisms. To explore this possibility, four anti-cancer chemotherapeutic agents that all possess a certain degree of drug resistance problems, including three tyrosine kinase inhibitors （erlotinib, sunitinib and sorafenib） that are acting on different cell pathways and a typical anticancer drug doxorubicin, were combined with curcumin individually to examine the synergistic anti-tumor effect both in vitro and in vivo. Results revealed that sunitinib combined with curcumin at the molar ratio of 0.46 yielded the most potent synergistic effect in vitro, and was therefore chosen for further animal evaluation. To further enhance the anti- cancer effect, bovine serum albumin （BSA） nanoparticles were utilized as a carrier to deliver the selected drug combination in situ. Preliminary in vivo findings confirmed our hypothesis of being able to maintain a similar injected drug ratio for prolonged time periods in tested animals by our approach, thereby maximizing the therapeutic potency yet minimizing the toxicity of these drugs. This work could open up a new avenue on combination drug therapy and realization the clinical utility of such drugs.

Dion-Jacobson phase two-dimensional(DJ 2D)perovskites,recently attracting considerable interests,exhibit excellent environmental stability and structural tunability,but their solar cells still offer unsatisfactory power conversion efficiencies(PCEs).Herein,we develop DJ 2D perovskites employing formamidinium(FA+)as a ternary cation in the perovskite cages((PDA)(FA)x(MA)3-xPb4 I13,χ=0,0.15,0.3 and 0.6,PDA=1,3-propanediammonium)for highly efficient and stable perovskite solar cells(PSCs).We found that the DJ 2D perovskite with a 10%FA+fraction presents improved crystallinity,preferred vertical orientation,and longer charge carrier lifetime compared to that without FA+*** a result,the FAdoped DJ 2D PSCs exhibit a champion PCE of 14.74%with superior device *** unencapsulated devices sustain over 92%of its initial PCE after storage at a constant relative humidity(RH)of 65%for 6000 h,90%by heat at 85℃in air for 800 h,and 94%under 1-sun illumination for 5000 *** findings demonstrate that the incorporation of FA cation into the DJ 2D perovskite is a promising strategy to develop highly efficient and stable DJ 2D PSCs.
