In order to control the heat saturation time, the temperature field of the regenerators of high temperature air combustion （HTAC） technology after reheating furnace was studied. A one-dimensional unsteady mathematical model was established and discretized through finite difference method. The relationship between the heat saturation time and some factors was determined through the calculation of a program developed by language C. The heat saturation time decreases with the increase of heat convection coefficient, however, the increase of heat capacity, density and radius of regenerator all increase the heat saturation time approximately linearly.

西藏尼洋河流域水能资源丰富,然而存在超300m厚度的覆盖层,探明深厚覆盖层的成因对开发水能资源有十分重要的意义。通过对多布水电站坝址深厚覆盖层进行钻探分析、物探解译和综合分析,发现青藏高原特殊的地质环境与气候变迁是多布水电站深厚覆盖层形成的直接原因。研究结果表明,尼洋河流域深厚覆盖层成因主要包含“气候型”加积型、河流冲积层、崩滑流加积层、堰塞湖相沉积、“构造型”加积层等5种类型。本文可为含深厚覆盖层地区水电工程选址和开发提供参考和指导。

In this study, the effect of extreme laser fields on the α decay process of ground-state even–even nuclei was *** the deformed Gamow-like model, we found that state-of-the-art lasers can cause a slight change in the α decay penetration probability of most nuclei. In addition, we studied the correlation between the rate of change of the α decay penetration probability and angle between the directions of the laser electric field and α particle emission for different nuclei. Based on this correlation, the average effect of extreme laser fields on the half-life of many nuclei with arbitrary α particle emission angles was calculated. The calculations show that the laser suppression and promotion effects on the α decay penetration probability of the nuclei population with completely random α particle-emission directions are not completely *** remainder led to a change in the average penetration probability of the nuclei. Furthermore, the possibility of achieving a higher average rate of change by altering the spatial shape of the laser is explored. We conclude that circularly polarized lasers may be helpful in future experiments to achieve a more significant average rate of change of the α decay half-life of the nuclei population.

The effect of metallurgical fluxes CaO and CaCO3 on the reduction rate of iron ore pellets containing carbon in nitrogen atmosphere has been studied by a weight-loss thermal balance. The experimental results showed that adding CaO or CaCO3 can promote reduction reaction as the added CaO or CaCO3 probably decrease the apparent activation energy of iron ore concentrate-carbon-CaO or CaCO3 reaction, and the reduction rate constant changes with mass percent of CaO and CaCO3.　The kinetic analysis also showed that the rate-controlling step of the reaction is inner gas diffusion.

The efficiency of coal combustion is an important factor for the blast furnace *** influence of low xO/xC on coal combustion performance under nitrogen free blast furnace condition was researched through the self-developed pulverized coal burning *** results show that the coal combustion rate reduces with xO/xC decreasing,and the combustion rate of bituminous coal is higher than that of *** coal combustion rate ascends with the rise of volatile matter,but when volatile matter of pulverized coal is more than 18%,the combustion rates will not increase *** amount of CaCO3 and CO2 additions can promote coal combustion,and the effect of CaCO3 is more apparent,which can increase the pulverized coal combustion rate by 15%-18% or so.

Influence of Profile of Blast Furnace on Motion and Stress of Burden by 3D-DEM

The objective of the present investigation is to analyze the influence of profile of blast furnace on the burden motion and stress field through 3D-DEM （three-dimensional discrete element method）. It is clarified that the decrease of shaft angle speeds up the velocity of burden descending and decreases normal stress between particles or particle and wall. This change is good for the smooth operation of blast furnace. However, ore and coke would be mixed for the too small shaft angle （75~） , which would influence the permeability in blast furnace. Thus, the appro- priate shaft angle is around 80°. Decrease of bosh angle prevents the burden descending motion and increases normal stress between particles and bosh wall. Meanwhile, maximum normal stress acting on the wall moves from belly wall to bosh wall in the case of 68° bosh angle, which accelerates abrasion of refractory in bosh by friction force between particles and wall. Although burden descends smoothly in the case of 88° bosh angle, room is not enough for the as- cending heated gas flow. Thus, the appropriate bosh angle is about 78°.

The incorporation of dynamic covalent bonds into thermosets facilitates the reprocessing of polymer networks, thereby meeting the sustainable requirements for polymer recycling. However, the mechanical properties of many materials often decline significantly upon reprocessing due to side reactions caused by harsh processing conditions. In this work, we find that the aromatic dithiocarbamate bond can undergo dissociation under mild conditions without the need for a catalyst, enabling the efficient reprocessing of the corresponding *** a consequence, the mechanical properties of the polydithiourethane can be largely preserved after reprocessing. The discovery of this dynamic chemistry is anticipated to broaden the potential for material design in dynamic covalent polymer networks.

Recycling precious metals with high-efficiency is undoubtedly beneficial to optimize resource utilization for environmental remediation and sustainable ***,we report an efficient route to recycle the palladium(Pd)and platinum(Pt)electrocatalysts using a phase transfer *** strategy involves acidic dissolution of deactivated precious metal(Pd/Pt)electrocatalysts from their loading substrates,mixing with an ethanolic solution of dodecylamine(DDA),subsequent extraction of metal ions into a non-polar organic phase,and final reduction by sodium borohydride to reproduce high-performance electrocatalysts towards typical electrochemical reactions,e.g.,oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR).In specific,the transfer efficiencies are up to 98%and the final recovery rate is over 85%for Pd and Pt electrocatalysts in each *** approach symbolizes a facile and efficient way to recover precious metals,which might be applied to recycling a wide range of metals in various realms after appropriate modifications.
