Background:A One Health approach has been increasingly mainstreamed by the international community, as it provides for holistic thinking in recognizing the close links and inter-dependence of the health of humans, animals and the environment. However, the dearth of real-world evidence has hampered application of a One Health approach in shaping policies and practice. This study proposes the development of a potential evaluation tool for One Health performance, in order to contribute to the scientific measurement of One Health approach and the identification of gaps where One Health capacity building is most urgently ***:We describe five steps towards a global One Health index (GOHI), including (i) framework formulation;(ii) indicator selection;(iii) database building;(iv) weight determination;and (v) GOHI scores calculation. A cell-like framework for GOHI is proposed, which comprises an external drivers index (EDI), an intrinsic drivers index (IDI) and a core drivers index (CDI). We construct the indicator scheme for GOHI based on this framework after multiple rounds of panel discussions with our expert advisory committee. A fuzzy analytical hierarchy process is adopted to determine the weights for each of the ***:The weighted indicator scheme of GOHI comprises three first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators, and 57 third-level indicators. According to the pilot analysis based on the data from more than 200 countries/territories the GOHI scores overall are far from ideal (the highest score of 65.0 out of a maximum score of 100), and we found considerable variations among different countries/territories (31.8–65.0). The results from the pilot analysis are consistent with the results from a literature review, which suggests that a GOHI as a potential tool for the assessment of One Health performance might be ***:GOHI—subject to rigorous validation—would represent the world’s first evaluation tool that constructs the

As a ubiquitous bacterial secondary messenger, c-di-GMP plays key regulatory roles in processes such as bacterial motility and transcription regulation. CobB is the Sir2 family protein deacetylase that controls energy metabolism, chemotaxis, and DNA supercoiling in many bacteria. Using an Escherichia coli proteome microarray, we found that c-di-GMP strongly binds to CobB. Further, protein deacetylation assays showed that c-di-GMP inhibits the activity of CobB and thereby modulates the biogenesis of acetyl-CoA. Interestingly, we also found that one of the key enzymes directly involved in c-di-GMP production, DgcZ, is a substrate of CobB. Deacetylation of DgcZ by CobB enhances its activity and thus the production of cdi-GMP. Our work establishes a novel negative feedback loop linking c-di-GMP biogenesis and CobB-mediated protein deacetylation.

为了研究促生菌Bacillus sp. KTS-1-1和/或氮磷钾复合肥对太子参生长及代谢的影响,试验采用盆栽方式,且设置了7个处理:T1:KTS-1-1+0.25 g氮磷钾复合肥(100 mL 3×10~8CFU·mL^(-1)菌悬液+100 mL含0.25 g复合肥的水溶液);T2:KTS-1-1+0.5 g氮磷钾复合肥(100 mL 3×10~8CFU·mL^(-1)菌悬液+100 mL含0.5 g复合肥的水溶液);T3:KTS-1-1+1.0 g氮磷钾复合肥(100 mL 3×10~8CFU·mL^(-1)菌悬液+100 mL含1.0 g复合肥的水溶液);T4:2 g复合肥(200 mL含2.0 g复合肥的水溶液);T5:单独喷施KTS-1-1(200 mL 3×10~8CFU·mL^(-1)菌悬液);T6:浸种(200 mL 3×10~8CFU·mL^(-1)菌悬液);T7:对照(200 mL自来水)。太子参开花后进行喷施处理,一个月后采样测定太子参生长及代谢相关指标。结果表明:与T4、T7相比,促生菌Bacillus sp. KTS-1-1与氮磷钾复合肥配施可提高太子参生物量;促生菌Bacillus sp. KTS-1-1与低中剂量氮磷钾复合肥配施(T1、T2)有利于太子参叶片碳代谢产物还原糖和叶绿素,氮代谢产物铵态氮、总蛋白质、总氨基酸、硝酸还原酶和抗逆性指标过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APx)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、丙二醛(MDA)、总酚和木质素的改善,且降低植株体内脱落酸含量。因此采用促生菌Bacillus ***-1-1和减施75.0%~87.5%氮磷钾复合肥配施的方案(T1、T2),既可以促进太子参的生长和碳氮代谢物的积累,同时还可提高其田间抗逆性。

上海市社区精神分裂症患者近期应激事件与危险行为的关联分析

目的分析上海市社区精神分裂症患者近期应激事件与危险行为发生的关联。方法以上海市徐汇区、虹口区、嘉定区随访管理的9520名精神分裂症患者为研究对象,2018年4月通过问卷调查收集一般人口学特征、服药情况、自知力情况、涉及暴力的精神症状、社会功能、监护情况和最近3个月内应激事件发生情况,2018年7月和10月随访危险行为发生情况。采用多因素Logistic回归方法分析近3个月应激事件发生情况(无/轻微/严重)与危险行为的关系,并按年龄、性别等特征进行亚组分析。结果共纳入7955名研究对象进行分析,随访6个月期间,共观察到危险行为发生有203例,发生率为2.55%。多因素调整相关因素后,以近3个月无应激事件的患者为参照,有轻微应激事件的患者危险行为发生风险是其7.18倍(95%CI:4.17~12.37),有严重应激事件的患者危险行为发生风险是其9.33倍(95%CI:2.33~37.41)。分层分析结果提示,在教育程度为初中和高中的分层中,存在近3个月应激事件的患者发生危险行为风险分别是无应激事件患者的7.37倍(95%CI:3.27~16.61)和21.65倍(95%CI:8.95~52.40);而在教育程度为小学及以下的患者中,这一比值是2.32(95%CI:0.19~27.88,P_(for interaction)=0.010)。在规律服药的分层中,存在近3个月应激事件的患者发生危险行为风险是无应激事件患者的12.61倍(95%CI:6.95~22.88);而在未规律服药的患者中,经历应激事件者发生危险行为的风险是未经历者的2.86倍(95%CI:0.82~9.97,P_(for interaction)=0.015)。结论在上海市社区精神分裂症患者的队列研究中,存在近3个月应激事件是患者危险行为的危险因素,且这种负性影响在中学学历和服药规律的患者中被增强。

A sub-array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),KM2A is mainly designed to observe a large fraction of the northern sky to hunt for γ-ray sources at energies above 10 *** though the detector construction is still underway,half of the KM2A array has been operating stably since the end of *** this paper,we present the KM2A data analysis pipeline and the first observation of the Crab Nebula,a standard candle in very high energy γ-ray *** detect γ-ray signals from the Crab Nebula in both energy ranges of 10-100 TeV and>100 TeV with high significance,by analyzing the KM2A data of 136 live days between December 2019 and May *** the observations,we test the detector performance,including angular resolution,pointing accuracy and cosmic-ray background rejection *** energy spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the energy range 10-250 TeV fits well with a single power-law function dN/dE=(1.13±0.05stat±0.08sys)×10^(-14).(E/20 TeV)-309±0.06stat±0.02syscm^(-2) s^(-1) TeV^(-1).It is consistent with previous measurements by other *** opens a new window of γ-ray astronomy above 0.1 PeV through which new ultrahigh-energy γ-ray phenomena,such as cosmic PeVatrons,might be discovered.

The jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main *** of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator *** this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/*** ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are *** large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation *** m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith ***,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment.
