The full array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO)has been in operation since July *** its kilometer-square array(KM2A),we optimized the selection criteria for very high and ultrahigh energyγ-rays using data collected from August 2021 to August 2022,resulting in an improvement in significance of the detection in the Crab Nebula of approximately 15%,compared with that of previous *** the implementation of these new selection criteria,the angular resolution was also significantly improved by approximately 10%at tens of *** aspects of the full KM2A array performance,such as the pointing error,were also calibrated using the Crab *** resulting energy spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the energy range of 10-1000 TeV are well fitted by a log-parabola model,which is consistent with the previous results from LHAASO and other experiments.

The number ofψ(3686)events collected by the BESⅢdetector during the 2021 run period is determined to be(2259.3±11.1)×10~6 by counting inclusiveψ(3686)hadronic *** uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is ***,the numbers ofψ(3686)events collected during the 2009 and 2012run periods are updated to be(107.7±0.6)×10~6 and(345.4±2.6)×10~6,*** numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard *** total number ofψ(3686)events in the three data samples is(2712.4±14.3)×10~6.

Aging biomarkers are a combination of biological parameters to(i)assess age-related changes,(ii)track the physiological aging process,and(iii)predict the transition into a pathological *** a broad spectrum of aging biomarkers has been developed,their potential uses and limitations remain poorly *** immediate goal of biomarkers is to help us answer the following three fundamental questions in aging research:How old are we?Why do we get old?And how can we age slower?This review aims to address this ***,we summarize our current knowledge of biomarkers developed for cellular,organ,and organismal levels of aging,comprising six pillars:physiological characteristics,medical imaging,histological features,cellular alterations,molecular changes,and secretory *** fulfill all these requisites,we propose that aging biomarkers should qualify for being specific,systemic,and clinically relevant.

Impaired flagellar development and impaired motility of sperm is a cause of infertility in males. Several genes, including those of the AKAP, CCDC, CFAP, and DNAH families, among others, are involved in the‘‘multiple morphological abnormalities of the flagella"(MMAF) phenotype;these are the most common causes of male infertility. The Cilia-and flagella-associated protein(CFAP) family includes six members reported to cause MMAF phenotypes: CFAP43, CFAP44, CFAP69, CFAP65, CFAP70, and CFAP251. Here, we found that cilia-and flagella-associated protein 61(Cfap61) is highly expressed specifically in murine testes and show that the Cfap61-knockout male mice demonstrate MMAF phenotype, including sperm with short, coiled, and irregular flagella. Deletion of Cfap61 resulted in severe morphological and behavior abnormalities in sperm, reduced total sperm counts, impaired sperm motility, and led to male ***, absence of Cfap61 impaired sperm flagella ultrastructural abnormalities on account of numerous distortions in multiple flagellum components. Immunostaining experiments in wild-type mice and healthy adult humans indicated that Cfap61 is initially localized at the neck of sperm, where it potentially functions in flagellum formation, and is later localized to the midpiece of the sperm. Thus, our study provides compelling evidence that dysregulation of Cfap61 affects sperm flagellum development and induces male infertility in mice. Further investigations of the CFAP61 gene in humans alongside clinical evidence showing MMAF phenotype in humans should contribute to our understanding of developmental processes underlying sperm flagellum formation and the pathogenic mechanisms that cause male infertility.

An efficient copper-catalyzed method has been developed to achieve direct C-H/N-H annulation of benzamides witharynes to synthesize phenanthridinones,which are paramount core structural units and occur widely in a variety of biologically active pharmaceutical ***,we reported the first copper-catalyzed selective ortho-C-H/N-H annulation to synthesize the key tricyclic core of phenanthridinones under mild conditions,which avoiding the use of sensitive and expensive metals and demonstrated broad substrate scope for both benzamides and *** annulation products showed relatively good activity for inhibiting the growth of cancer sell such as SKOV-3 ***,we developed a copper-mediated selective annulation of arynes with the other substrate of indolcarboxamide,which obtaining tetracyclic core skeleton of isocryptolepine and its derivatives in good yield,and playing a pivotal role in researching anti-malaria especially infected by the parasite of plasmodium falclparum.

Subterranean estuaries are highly dynamic in processing dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN).Here we investigate DIN turnover in surface sediments(0–20 cm depth)at the higher,medium and lower intertidal of a seepage face,i.e.,the outer “mouth”of the subterranean estuary,during four consecutive seasons in Sanggou Bay,*** the studied period,ammonium(NH_(4)^(+))and nitrite(NO_(2)^(-))concentrations in the sampled porewaters did not vary significantly with depth or *** contrast,peaks in porewater nitrate(NO_(3)^(-))concentration and decreases in δ^(15)N-NO_(3)^(-) and δ^(18)O-NO_(3)^(-) were observed in the 15–20 cm depth(bottom)sediment,particularly during summer and *** with NO_(3)^(-) production,the sediment total nitrogen was also markedly peaking in the bottom layer of the studied seepage *** with abundant heterotrophic microbes in the sediment,this NO_(3)^(-) accumulation was linked to a reaction chain including organic matter decomposition,ammonification and *** winter,porewater enrichment in total nitrogen occurred closer to the surface of the seepage face but triggered also active NO_(3)^(-) *** pattern reinforced the importance of pelagic organic matter supply on NO_(3)^(-) *** the shallower depths of the seepage face(key driver for nitrate cycling,as evidenced by the high NO3production rate in spring by comparison to *** highest NO_(3)^(-) turnover rates were found in summer,suggesting the comb

Despite being a promising photoanode material for water splitting,WO_(3) has low conductivity,high onset potential,and sluggish water oxidation *** this study,we designed Ti-doped WO_(3) nanoplate arrays on fluoride-doped tin oxide by a seed-free hydrothermal method,and the effects of doping on the photoelectrochemical performance were *** optimal Ti-doped WO_(3) electrode achieved a photocurrent density of 0.53 mA/cm^(2) at 0.6 V(vs Ag/AgCl),110%higher than that of pure WO_(3) nanoplate ***,a significant cathodic shift in the onset potential was observed after doping.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy valence band and ultraviolet–visible spectra revealed that the band positions of Ti-doped WO_(3) photoanodes moved upward,yielding a lower onset ***,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements revealed that the conductivities of the WO_(3) photoanodes improved after doping,because of the rapid separation of photo-generated charge ***,we report a new design route toward efficient and low-cost photoanodes for photoelectrochemical applications.
