Extruded soybean meal （ESBM） was evaluated as a protein source for partial replacement of fish meal （FM） in diets of juvenile Litopenaeus vannarnei. In the control diet （Diet 1）, FM protein was replaced with increasing dietary levels of ESBM （4.28%, 8.40%, 12.62%, 16.82%, and 25.26%） at 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 60% levels （Diets 2 to 6, respectively）. An eight-week feeding trial was conducted on 720 juvenile shrimp （0.67 g ± 0.01 g mean initial Weight）, and nutrient digestibility of the six diets was determined. ESBM could replace 20% of FM without causing a significant reduction in growth of shrimp, but other dietary treatments strongly affected whole body composition. Crude protein content of the whole body fed Diet 6 was significantly lower than that fed Diet 2 （P〈0.05）, while crude lipid content of the whole body fed Diet 5 or 6 was significantly higher than that fed Diet 2 （P〈0,05）. Protein digestibilities of Diets 5 and 6 were significantly lower than that of Diet 1 （P〈0.05）. Digestibility of lipids ranged from 96.97% in Diet 6 to 98.34% in Diet 3, whereas dry matter digestibility decreased with increasing replacement level. This study indicates that 20% FM replacement with ESBM in the basic diet containing 40% protein and 30% FM is optimal for juvenile L. vannamei.

Bouveret's syndrome is an extremely rare type of gallstone-induced ileus with atypical clinical manifestations,such as abdominal distension and pain,nausea and vomiting,fever or even gastrointestinal bleeding,which may easily be misdiagnosed. In the present case,a 55-year-old male was admitted to the hospital with upper gastrointestinal obstructive symptoms but without pain,fever,jaundice or melena. At first,gastrolithiasis and peptic ulcer combined with pyloric obstruction were suspected after gastroscopy revealed a large,hard stone in the duodenal bulb. A revised diagnosis of Bouveret's syndrome was made following abdominal computed tomography. Subsequently,the patient exhibited a good postoperative recovery after laparoscopic duodenotomy for gallstone removal and subtotal cholecystectomy. The condition of the patient remained stable after being followed up for 6 mo. The successful application of laparoscopic therapy to treat Bouveret's syndrome has seldom been reported. Laparoscopic enterolithotomy is safe and effective,with good patient tolerability,rapid postoperative recovery and few wound-related complications. The laparoscopic treatment of Bouveret's syndrome is worth exploring.

Various diseases seriously affect the quality and yield of tomatoes. Fast and accurate identification of disease types is of great significance for the development of smart agriculture. Many Convolution Neural Network (CNN) models have been applied to the identification of tomato leaf diseases and achieved good results. However, some of these are executed at the cost of large calculation time and huge storage space. This study proposed a lightweight CNN model named MFRCNN, which is established by the multi-scale and feature reuse structure rather than simply stacking convolution layer by layer. To examine the model performances, two types of tomato leaf disease datasets were collected. One is the laboratory-based dataset, including one healthy and nine diseases, and the other is the field-based dataset, including five kinds of diseases. Afterward, the proposed MFRCNN and some popular CNN models (AlexNet, SqueezeNet, VGG16, ResNet18, and GoogLeNet) were tested on the two datasets. The results showed that compared to traditional models, the MFRCNN achieved the optimal performance, with an accuracy of 99.01% and 98.75% in laboratory and field datasets, respectively. The MFRCNN not only had the highest accuracy but also had relatively less computing time and few training parameters. Especially in terms of storage space, the MFRCNN model only needs 2.7 MB of space. Therefore, this work provides a novel solution for plant disease diagnosis, which is of great importance for the development of plant disease diagnosis systems on low-performance terminals.

Abnormal State Detection of OLTC Based on Improved Fuzzy C-means Clustering

An accurate extraction of vibration signal characteristics of an on-load tap changer(OLTC)during contact switching can effectively help detect its abnormal ***,an improved fuzzy C-means clustering method for abnormal state detection of the OLTC contact is ***,the wavelet packet and singular spectrum analysis are used to denoise the vibration signal generated by the moving and static contacts of the ***,the Hilbert-Huang transform that is optimized by the ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD)is used to decompose the vibration signal and extract the boundary spectrum ***,the gray wolf algorithm-based fuzzy C-means clustering is used to denoise the signal and determine the abnormal states of the OLTC *** analysis of the experimental data shows that the proposed secondary denoising method has a better denoising effect compared to the single denoising *** EEMD can improve the modal aliasing effect,and the improved fuzzy C-means clustering can effectively identify the abnormal state of the OLTC *** analysis results of field measured data further verify the effectiveness of the proposed method and provide a reference for the abnormal state detection of the OLTC.

Metabolites and metabolism-related gene expression profiles in skeletal muscle change dramatically under obesity, aging and metabolic disease. Since obese and lean pigs are ideal models for metabolic research. Here, we compared metabolome and transcriptome of Longissimus dorsi(LD) muscle between Taoyuan black(TB, obese) and Duroc(lean) pigs at different ages. We defined the “window phase” of intramuscular fat(IMF) deposition in TB pig, which has significantly higher IMF than Duroc pig. Our results displayed discrepant lipid composition and different expression genes(DEGs) enriched in lipid metabolism, and both metabolome and transcriptome analyses revealed stronger energy expenditure and more active amino acid and protein metabolism in Duroc pig. 10 up-and 51 down-regulated biomarker metabolites with age-and breed-specificity were identified. Potential secretory metabolites, including organic acid(fumaric acid, succinate,malic acid, and gamma-aminobutyric acid), amino acid(L-lysine, and L-glutamic acid), lipid(2-hydroxyisovaleric acid, and L-carnitine) were demonstrated a significant correlation with IMF deposition. Our research highlights the huge difference of metabolic spectrum in skeletal muscle between obese and lean model and muscle-derived secretory metabolites might act as an ambassador of intercellular communication to regulate systematic metabolism.

In this study, we collected particles with aerodynamic diameter ?2.5 μm (PM2.5) from three different public indoor places (a supermarket, a commercial office, and a university dining hall) in Jinan, a medium-sized city located in northern China. Water-soluble inorganic ions of PM2.5 and particle size distributions were also measured. Both indoor and outdoor PM2.5 levels (102.3–143.8 μg·m?3 and 160.2–301.3 μg·m?3, respectively) were substantially higher than the value recommended by the World Health Organization (25 μg·m?3), and outdoor sources were found to be the major contributors to indoor pollutants. Diurnal particle number size distributions were different, while the maximum volume concentrations all appeared to be approximately 300 nm in the three indoor locations. Concentrations of indoor and outdoor PM2.5 were shown to exhibit the same variation trends for the supermarket and dining hall. For the office, PM2.5 concentrations during nighttime were observed to decrease sharply. Among others, SO 4 2?, NH 4 + and NO 3 ? were found to be the dominant water-soluble ions of both indoor and outdoor particles. Concentrations of NO 3 ? in the supermarket and office during the daytime were observed to decrease sharply, which might be attributed to the fact that the indoor temperature was much higher than the outdoor temperature. In addition, domestic activities such as cleaning, water usage, cooking, and smoking also played roles in degraded indoor air quality. However, the

One of the most intriguing questions in eusocial insects is to understand how the overt reproductive conflict in the colony appears limited when queens or kings are senescent or lost because the morphologically similar individuals in the colony are reproductively *** there are some individuals who preferentially differentiate into replacement reproductives or not has received little *** consistent individual behavioral differences(also termed“animal personality”)of individuals from the colony can shape cunningly their task and consequently affect the colony fitness but have been rarely investigated in eusocial ***,we used the termite Reticulitermes labralis to investigate if variations in individual personalities(elusiveness and aggressiveness)may predict which individuals will perform reproductive differentiation within *** observed that when we separately reared elusive and aggressive workers,elusive workers differentiate into reproductives significantly earlier than aggressive *** we reared them together in the proportions 12:3,10:5,and 8:7(aggressive workers:elusive workers),the first reproductives mostly differentiated from the elusive workers,and the reproductives differentiated from the elusive workers significantly earlier than from aggressive ***,we found that the number of workers participating in reproductive differentiation was significantly lower in the groups of both types of workers than in groups containing only elusive *** results demonstrate that the elusiveness trait was a strong predictor of workers’differentiation into replacement reproductives in ***,our results suggest that individual personalities within the insect society could play a key role in resolving the overt reproductive conflict.

Expression profiles of ten pathogenesis-related （PR） genes during plant defense against Fusarium, Yellow dwarf virus （YDV） aphid-transmitted and Hessian fly （Hf） were compared temporally in both resistant and susceptible genotypes following pathogen infection or insect infestation. Quantitative real-time PCR （qRT-PCR） revealed that PR1, PR2, PR3, PR5, PR6, PR8, PR9, and PR15 appeared to be induced or suppressed independently in response to Fusarium, YDV aphid-transmitted or Hf during the interactions. The PR gene（s） essential to defense against one organism may play little or no role in defense against another pathogen or pest, suggesting the alternative mechanisms may be involved in different interactions of wheat- Fusarium, wheat-YDV aphid-transmitted and wheat-Hf. However, strong up- or down-regulation of PRl2 and PR14 encoding low molecular membrane acting protein, defensin and lipid transfer protein （LTP）, respectively, had been detected after either pathogen infection or insect infestation, therefore showed broad responses to pathogens and insects. It was postulated that low molecular proteins such as defensins and LTPs might play a role in the early stages of pathogenesis in the signaling process that informs plants about the attack from biotic stresses. In addition, a synergistic action between different PR genes might exist in plants to defense certain pathogens and insects on the basis of comprehensive expression profiling of various pathogenesis-related genes revealed by qRT-PCR in this study.
