Thermal Performance Analysis of PCM Capsules Packed-Bed System with Biomimetic Leaf Hierarchical Porous Structure

As an efficient natural selection nutrient transport system,biomimetic leaf hierarchical porous structure has unique advantages in material transportation and energy transfer.Biomimetic leaf hierarchical porous structure has been widely used in solar thermochemical reactions,photocatalysis,and energy storage.To improve the thermal efficiency and reduce the power consumption,the authors introduce the idea of bionic leaf hierarchical porous structure packed-bed latent heat thermal energy storage(LHTES)system.Under the same porosity,the diameter of the PCM capsules is designed to change along the flow direction to optimize the thermal performance.The effects of velocity on temperature distribution,pressure drop,liquid fraction,and thermal storage capacity of the conventional uniform model and bionic leaf hierarchical porous model are analyzed.The results show that the bionic leaf hierarchical porous structure can thin the thickness of the thermocline,reduce the pressure drop,increase the heat transfer area,and improve the thermal response of the packed-bed compared with the conventional uniform model.The maximum increases of liquid fraction and completion rate are 36.6%and 20.3%with pressure drop reduction of 25 Pa,respectively.The maximum decrease of the above-melting point(MP)thermocline is 51.7%as well.These results provide suggestions to optimize the packed-bed LHTES system and improve its thermal performance under practical conditions.

Performance analysis of a single-stage scroll compressor used in a drying heat pump over a wide condensing temperature range(30–80°C)

This study presents the performance of a new single-stage scroll compressor used for the heat pump drying of thermally sensitive materials over a wide temperature range.The performance of the new compressor was predicted by an ARI standard 540map-based compressor model and verified by a semi-open drying heat pump system constructed for this purpose.A comparison of the experimental data with the predicted data proved that the new scroll compressor used in the drying heat pump works well,can supply a wide range of condensing temperatures(30–80°C)(without auxiliary heating),and has a minimum coefficient of performance(COP)above 2.0,even in the worst condition.

聚苯胺具有低廉的价格、简单的制备方法、良好的环境稳定性、特殊的掺杂/去掺杂特性和良好的化学稳定性等特点,是一种良好的电化学传感材料。采用循环伏安法在含苯胺的硫酸电解液中合成了不同段数的纤维状聚苯胺(PANI)/不锈钢复合电极,通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对材料的形貌和结构进行表征,探讨了合成条件对材料形貌和结构的影响;通过循环伏安法、恒电流充放电和差分脉冲伏安法对制备的复合电极的电化学性能和传感性能进行测试。结果表明:50段合成的PANI/不锈钢复合电极与60段合成的复合电极比电容相差不大;合成段数为50段和60段的PANI/不锈钢复合电极所构建的无酶传感器检测葡萄糖的线性范围分别为0.5~3.3mmol/L和3.9~10.5mmol/L,线性相关系数R 2分别为0.99287和0.99203,灵敏度分别为590.3μA/[(mmol·L^(-1))·cm^(2)]和157.6μA/[(mmol·L^(-1))·cm^(2)]。

Interregional Value-Added Tax in the Era of E-Commerce: Tax Policy Design Based on Big Data from Online Retailing

The value-added tax(VAT)in China is levied and allocated based on the origin principle.Under the background of the increasing substitution of online retail for traditional offline retail,this mechanism will exacerbate the disparity of regional tax revenue,and intensify tax competition among local governments.Therefore,reconsidering the allocation mechanism of value-added tax in China can be an important policy decision,and it is influenced by various economic and social factors.Firstly,we utilize large-scale retail transaction data from an e-commerce platform to measure regional disparities in retail and consumption among different regions and then reveals present tax policy results in revenue imbalance in different regions.Secondly,we establish a model based on game theory to illustrate how the origin principle leads to fierce tax competition among regions.Furthermore,by establishing and solving tax allocation models between local governments and the central government,this study simulates and calculates the degree of revenue imbalance under different scenarios and attempts to propose policy measures.The results indicate that implementing the destination principle will reduce regional tax imbalances.Moreover,adjusting the allocation ratio between the central government and local governments based on city levels is advantageous for further reducing regional tax revenue disparities.

Bragg filters are of essential importance for chip-scale photonic systems.However,the implementation of filters with sub-nanometer bandwidth and rejection beyond 70 dB is hindered by the high index contrast of the siliconon-insulator platform,which makes filters prone to fabrication imperfections.In this paper,we propose to combine coherency-broken cascading architecture and cladding modulation to circumvent the intrinsic limitation.The cascading architecture effectively prevents the accumulation of phase errors,while the cladding modulation offers additional design freedom to reduce the coupling coefficient.A bimodal Bragg filter with a testingequipment-limited rejection level of 74 dB and a 40 dB bandwidth of 0.44 nm is experimentally demonstrated.The minimum feature size is 90 nm,which significantly relieves the fabrication constraints.

Optimization of environmental maintenance system used in a refuge chamber

Mine refuge chambers are used to shield miners who fail to escape from the mine when incidents occur. Environment maintaining system plays a key role in stabilizing thermal environment of a mine refuge chamber against heat emitted from metabolism and transferred from outside. The safety and comfort of refugees are closely related to the environment maintaining system design. In order to improve the comfort of refugees, optimization on the environment maintaining system has been done based on the previous work. To evaluate the environment of the chamber, eight volunteers were involved into the experiment. Under close observation and safety protection, they lived in a heat-isolated test chamber for 106 hours. The volunteers were asked to maintain low level of activities to simulate refugees’ situation. It shows that the environment maintaining system worked well and the temperature, relative humidity and emitted harmful air content such as CO2 and CO were all kept in the safety level, and no discomfort was felt by volunteers at all.

为分析空晒对平板太阳能集热器热损的影响,通过准稳态的测试方法,得出3种涂层(蓝膜、黑铬、阳极氧化)集热器的热性能。此外,也分析了总热损系数随吸热板的平均温度、环温和风速等因素的变化趋势。分析结果表明,经过长期的空晒老化,蓝膜、黑铬和阳极氧化太阳能集热器的总热损系数分别为5.072、5.246和5.996 W/(m^(2)·K),总热损系数的决定性因素为吸热板平均温度和发射率,风速和倾斜角是其重要影响因素,环境温度对总热损系数的影响较小。通过理论计算得出的总热损系数与实验数据拟合得出的系数相对误差不超过4%,说明所给出的不同涂层性能的计算结果具有较好的准确性。通过扫描电镜的观测分析,说明了在抗腐蚀、抗氧化和热稳定性方面,黑铬和阳极氧化涂层优于蓝膜涂层。避免平板太阳能集热器长期高温空晒,降低涂层发射率可有效减小集热器的总热损系数。
