OBJECTIVE:To explore the mechanism of Dangua Fang(丹瓜方,DGR)in multi-target and multi-method regulation of glycolipid metabolism based on phosphoproteomics.METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats with normal glucose levels were randomly divided into three groups,including a conventional diet control group(Group A),high-fat-highsugar diet model group(Group B),and DGR group(Group C,high-fat-high-sugar diet containing 20.5 g DGR).After 10 weeks of intervention,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h blood glucose[PBG;using the oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)],hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),plasma total cholesterol(TC),and triglycerides(TG)were tested,and the livers of rats were removed to calculate the liver index.Then,hepatic portal TG were tested using the Gross permanent optimization-participatiory action planning enzymatic method and phosphoproteomics was performed using liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)analysis followed by database search and bioinformatics analysis.Finally,cell experiments were used to verify the results of phosphoproteomics.Phosphorylated mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 4(MAP4k4)and phosphorylated adducin 1(ADD1)were detected using western blotting.RESULTS:DGR effectively reduced PBG,TG,and the liver index(P1.2),DGR upregulated the modification of 228 phosphorylation sites involving 204 corresponding function proteins,and downregulated the modification of 358 phosphorylation sites involving 358 corresponding function proteins,which included correcting 75 phosphorylation sites involving

Dear Editor,Unlike previous outbreaks of the mpox(previously known as monkeypox),which were localized in Africa and resulted in small numbers of infections due to limited human-to-human transmission,the current outbreak beginning in May 2022,has spread rapidly primarily through human-to-human transmission in non-endemic countries(Gong et al.,2022).As of 27 Sep 2023,115 countries and regions have reported cases of mpox to the World Health Organization(WHO),bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 90,618 including 125 deaths.Although the number of new cases has decreased in most WHO regions in the second half of 2022,the curves reveal a long outbreak tail in different subregions of the Americas.More worrying,106 mpox cases were reported in the mainland of China in June 2023.

A study was conducted on the effect of time delay and structural parameters on the vibration reduction of a time delayed coupled negative stiffness dynamic absorber in nonlinear vibration reduction systems. Taking dynamic absorbers with different structural and control parameters as examples, the effects of third-order nonlinear coefficients, time-delay control parameters, and negative stiffness coefficients on reducing the replication of the main system were discussed. The nonlinear dynamic absorber has a very good vibration reduction effect at the resonance point of the main system and a nearby area, and when 1 increases to a certain level, the stable region of the system continues to increase. The amplitude curve of the main system of a nonlinear dynamic absorber will generate Hop bifurcation and saddle node bifurcation in the region far from the resonance point, resulting in almost periodic motion and jumping phenomena in the system. For nonlinear dynamic absorbers with determined structural parameters, time-delay feedback control can be adopted to control the amplitude of the main system. For different negative stiffness coefficients, there exists a minimum damping point for the amplitude of the main system under the determined system structural parameters and time-delay feedback control parameters.

研究目的:阐释都市圈国土空间区域一体化分工分区与合作治理的逻辑关联与实践思路,为都市圈国土空间高质量治理提供理论和实践借鉴。研究方法:理论分析,案例归纳法。研究结果:都市圈国土空间功能分工分区可以确立开发与保护的基本格局,实现因地制宜、优势互补的空间发展和分类管控。跨行政区空间合作是实现生态和经济收益最大化的空间分工发展的手段。毗邻和非毗邻地区的跨行政区空间合作,包括互补型、连通型、共享型三种类型,常常面临信息不对称引起的空间规划不对接“逆向选择”和地域间合作成本收益不对等导致的不合作“道德风险”两种障碍,需要通过畅通信息渠道、组织利益协商、上级政府协调才能破除障碍,推动合作。研究结论:都市圈国土空间治理的核心要义在于空间分工与合作,分工是合作的科学依据,合作是实现分工的手段。成本共担—利益共享是合作的目标准则,信息沟通、利益协商、自上而下的协调是均衡地域间成本收益、推动合作成功的驱动力。

Since the first reported case of monkeypox in the UK in May 2022,there has been an upward trend in monkeypox cases and a global outbreak.However,reports of severe cases are relatively limited.In this study,we report a case of severe monkeypox in a patient with HIV.The patient presented with skin lesions that started on his face and around the penis and persisted for several months.Throughout the course of the disease,he received systematic symp-tomatic supportive treatment,topical remedies,and special care for the rash.He also underwent cidofovir antiviral therapy and smallpox‐vaccinated healthy population‐derived plasma therapy in succession,with the condition ultimately showing improvement after plasma treatment.After more than 3 months of hospitalization,he fully recovered.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first reported use of smallpox‐vaccinated healthy population‐derived plasma in the treatment of severe monkeypox cases.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence and possible targets of Dangua Fang(丹瓜方)on tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle and respiratory chain to enrich the prescription’s mechanism of effective intervention on glycolipid metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes.METHODS:After interventional rats were fed with high glucose and high fat diet ad libitum for 4 weeks,intraperitoneally injected streptozotocin to induce diabetic model.According to blood glucose level,28 diabetic rats were selected and continued to be fed with high glucose and high fat diet,were stratified by body weight,and divided randomly by blood glucose into Model group(was given sterile water by gastric perfusion and injected aquae pro injection intraperitoneally),Dangua group[Dangua liquor(丹瓜方液)20.5 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1) by perfusion and aquae pro injection intraperitoneally],Inhibitor group[sterile water by perfusion and nicotinamide phosphoribosyl transferase(Nampt)specific blocker GEN-6171.25 mg/kg intraperitoneally],DanInhit group(Dangua liquor and GEN-617 synchronously).Control group were continuously fed with ordinary diet.The intervention was last for 10 weeks.Body weight(BW),liver index(LI),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),TC,TG,free fatty acids(FFA),creatinine(Cr),and A-ketoglutarate(α-KG),Iso-citric acid(ICA),oxaloacetic acid(OAA)were tested.The cytochrome C oxidase(COX)and Succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)were evaluated by Colorimetry;Nampt protein,Adenosine triphosphate(ATP)synthase(ATPs),Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD^(+))and its reduced(NADH)in liver were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The expressions of Nampt and mitochondrialnadhdehydrogenase-1(mt-ND1)gene in liver was assessed by real-time polymerase chain reaction.Hepatic tissue staining was also completed.RESULTS:The levels of BW,ICA,α-KG and Nampt-mRNA in the Model group are lower than that in the Normal group(P<0.05),conversely,liver weight,LI,TC,HbA1c,SDH and ATPs,mt-ND1-mRNA,and Nampt protein in the Model group are higher(P<0.01,P<0.05).Compared with Model group,the levels

Self-reciprocity calibration for spherical transducers based on acoustic reflection from the inside wall of a spherical shell

B ased on the emission of pulsed spherical acoustic waves from a spherical transducer and their reflection from the inside wall of a concentric spherical shell,the electromechanical reciprocity theorem is applied to derive a reciprocity coefficient for the calibration of a spherical transducer in a spherical acoustic field.First,a self-reciprocity calibration method using a closed spherical shell reflector is proposed to obtain the five fundamental electroacoustic parameters of the spherical transducer from a single measurement.Further,a conversion factor is given for converting the voltage sensitivity obtained by the current method to the standard sensitivity defined in plane wave fields.To determine this conversion factor,a method is developed for measuring the scattering coefficient of the transducer.Calibration of a 10-mm-radius spherical transducer was performed in the frequency range 25 kHz to 63 kHz.The results showed that the standard uncertainty of the measured voltage sensitivity was up-bounded by 0.9 dB.

In this paper, a bit error ratio(BER)-based relay selection strategy is investigated under opportunistic relay selection.The challenging problem is to design the relay selection rule so that the relay is able to measure the performance of the cooperative system at the destination exactly with low computation costs.This paper derives a closed-form expression of the end-to-end bit error rate firstly. Then, an approximate BER expression based on the relationship between the instantaneous signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of the relay-to-destination link and the probability of error propagation is derived. Finally, a simplified relay selection formula is proposed. Simulation results prove that the proposed relay selection rule can reflect the BER of each relay properly as well.

孕妇年龄28岁,身高164 cm,体质量79 kg。因"停经40+3周,阴道少量见红3 h余"入院。既往焦虑症病史3年余,口服帕罗西汀治疗,孕期停药。入院诊断:妊娠状态;妊娠期体质量增加过度;焦虑症。孕妇待产期间要求行分娩镇痛。取左侧卧位,使用钢丝加强型腰硬联合包经L3,4正中法穿刺,至硬膜外腔后,向头侧置入硬膜外导管4 cm并固定,操作过程顺利。注射1.5%利多卡因试验剂量3 ml,观察5 min无不适后,予0.1%罗哌卡因复合0.5μg/ml舒芬太尼行硬膜外分娩镇痛,首剂量15 ml,持续剂量6 ml/h,PCA剂量6 ml,锁定时间30 min。孕妇镇痛效果满意,顺利分娩。侧卧位欲拔除硬膜外导管时,发现阻力大,拔管困难。上级医师到场后多次调整体位,并嘱产妇做弯腰、挺腹动作,辅以导管旁局部浸润麻醉、按摩等措施,仍未成功。为避免暴力拔管致导管离断,暂予导管处消毒包扎固定。
